Low-key and friendly, this older doc is outstanding! Super knowledgeable and professional, his experience really shows; we felt confident with his strong expertise. Our large dogs have been seen (and we were not impressed) by new vets in other upscale storefronts- not here. Compassionate and budget friendly, Eureka is the best vet clinic ever, in a relaxed small-town environment. Try it!

Last Wednesday I called Eureka Vet Clinic . We had made the incredible difficult decision that it was time for our dog to cross over. I asked if they did in home appointments and I was told yes they do and they asked where were were and I told them our location. I gave them my name and our dogs name. Our dog has been to this vet before. I was told they couldn’t find the file at the moment but they’d pull it up later, despite being told that I also asked if they needed my address which they said yes they would go ahead and take it. I gave them my address. The appointment was made for Saturday at 12:30 they said they would come after they close. We spent Saturday morning saying our goodbyes and snuggling our dog. 12:30 came and passed and they never showed, they never called. I called just after 1:00 and left a voicemail with my name, my number, and said no one was here yet and to please call me back. We never received a call back. I called them today and was told that they couldn’t come because they didn’t have any information which is a total lie. She even said she tried to “catch” me before I hung up. If that’s true I left my phone number on the voicemail they could have called. This was beyond careless it was cruel. Sharing this in hopes that is saves someone else the pain we experience due to their incompetence.

I love this vet. He saved my cats life. He is an older man they call Doc. He's #1 in my books. I even showed up with my 2 cats a week ago as soon as they opened and he saw them without an appointment. They had very bad sinus infections.

I've taken several of my animals here over the years. Dr. Damian, Andrea, and Stacy are all incredible. It costs me a fraction of the cost of almost anywhere else I called and they got me in on very short notice. I appreciate Dr. Damian and all he does and my family will continue to see him!

Eureka Vet, the staff and Dr. Damon are awesome. I have been taking my animals to Dr. Damon for many years, no matter where I live at, it is work the trip. This week I had an emergency with my fur buddy. No other in Arnold or otherwise area would see him, said they were full. I call Eureka, told them the situation and they said bring him in.And I appreciated the fact I did not have to wait outside or wait for a text. I went in with my fur friend, help hold and comfort him while Doc stitched him up. I am so grateful for Eureka Vet and their life long dedication to animals and their human friends. Thank you Dr Damon and all the staff at Eureka.

This was my first visit. The doc was very thorough, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable with my pet. He even cared about me. The staff was helpful, accomodating, caring and even fit my animal into their busy schedule despite my last minute emergency. The wait was very short. The paperwork was minimal and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.....with the rest of my animals. Thanks Eureka Veterinary Clinic! I wish I would have known about you a long time ago!

Dr. Daman has been our family vet since I was a little girl and now is my family's veterinarian. They give every animal that walks through their doors the love and attention as if it was one of their own. Dr. Daman is very upfront and real when it comes to financial concerns and offers many routes/options for any given situation (such as deciding when to let go of a family member/if your cat looses the ability to walk). He stays up-to-date with medical knowledge and will also recommend outside resources because he truly wants what is best for your pet. 110% recommended!

These guys are a great team. They truly care about your pet. My little dog Frankie has had 2 surgeries there. The outcome was really good , and Frankie had a fast recovery. They do not price gouge like the other fancy animal hospitols and vets do ,that in itself is very,very helpful. Thank you for everything! 😊

.Dr. Damon has been my vet since 1993 and i will not trust my fur babies care to any one else. He is very caring and loves his patients .He has treated both my horses and my dogs . You will not find a more caring vet. After my husband passed away and I could not care for the horses he helped me find them a new home, Just the best I do not know what I will do if he ever retires.

Dr. Daman has been my vet for almost 40 years. He is so compassionate and knowledgeable. He has put up with a lot of tears through the years. His advise has been right on track. He sent me to someone that he knew was a good surgeon for what my dog had instead of trying it himself. No complaints from me.

Went to a vet in chesterfield for a cyst on my cat. 500 bucks was quoted. I went to Eureka Veterinary to get second opinion and quote. It was 200 bucks. It's been 2 weeks. Got his sti ches out yesterday. Everyone there was very pleasant and caring. Wished I would have been going here 20 years ago.

They have one vet there that is very old and not friendly at all. He cut my dogs nails too short and made them bleed, and then was mad at the dog for not wanting to come near him. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

2 stars for price only. Brought in our 12 week old puppy. First words out of the grumpy Dr's mouth was "Just once, I wish I would have a patient that would just stay still" then proceeded to tell us that my puppies skull bones were fused in the wrong place. Thankfully the visit made us try another vet. The shots and visit were affordable if you don't care that the vet doesn't really wanna be there.

I called in today to do a vet check for a client hoping to adopt a dog. The receptionist that I spoke with was one of the rudest women I have ever talked to. She muttered under her breath the whole time, saying things like "why are you asking so many questions" and "why would this person need another dog?". The entire call took 5 minutes and 54 seconds, but she acted like I was taking up her entire day. I can't think of a time when I have spoken to someone more unprofessional.

I am so disgusted by this place. My son lives out of town, but came home for a routine surgery. I am watching his puppy and discovered the puppy possibly had a UTI. I called this place and very nicely explained my situation. The woman was beyond rude on the phone. I asked her what she would do if she were out of town and her own dog was sick. She didn’t care. She said to go to the ER. Really? For a UTI? I would never even consider this place now for my own animals.

I think doctor Damon at this vet office is awesome he is very knowledgeable he is very friendly he is very down the Earth and he is just a regular guy to get along with he does the facts and knows what he is doing the downside to his practices is his nurses and desk help they are unfriendly. they make you feel unwelcome they make you feel bad for bringing your dog in meededing care and kind of the degrade as a bad dog owner you are left feeling buy, once u get to see dr.damian all gets better for bringing your dog in for service. The staff he has are very bossy and kind of mean to the dr.damain otherwise if he got new nurses and caring people oriented staff he'd have a more succesful practice. I went to him for yours but, staff made me switch but, still miss dr.damian he a great vetenairian .

2 of my nieces dog had a fight. So we high tailed it to Eureka Veterinary. The Dr is very nice and matter of fact. The Doc and his staff were quick, efficient. The veterinary office is not the Taj Mahal a sign the Doc does it for the love of animals... not money.

Met them years ago when I was a Girls Town Big Sister who with my foster "little sister" and I were bringing a found by the road side injured cat to the closest clinic possible. They were Sweet people, no hesitations in taking the animal with no money even mentioned or asked for. It was animal lives first, questions later. Bravo!

This vet is a small family owned place and the service is unbeatable. I have a rambunctious chiwawa and they take care of him with patience. My sister recommend me to take my dog there and I will be going there forever!! They are the best place for animals nervous about going to the vet! Prices are the cheapest in town not to mention and they don't try to sell you unecessary shots.

Doc Damon is the best vet by far !!! My wife & I have been using DOC DAMON FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS !! Back in the day when the CIRCUS came to town they called DOC DAMON to checkOn their animals !!! DOC takes care of ALL of OUR FUR BABIES !!DOC MAY BE GETTIN UP THERE IN AGE BUT, DON'T LET THAT FOOL Y'ALL.. DOC'S STILL GOT HIS WITS ABOUT HIM... HE'S A REALLY GOOD GUY, AND LOVES HIS PRACTICE !!!

Doc is one of the very few vets I know who knows how to treat chickens. He tells me he owned and showed chickens himself in the past. Doc cured one of my Crevecoeur roosters of bumblefoot, and that rooster went on to win Reserve Class champion at the Missouri State Fair a couple of years ago. I strongly recommend him for chickens, but I do bring my dogs and cats there, too.
