Just ate here and understand why this has such a higher rating than any other nearby Sonic. Ordered 2 burgers and 1 side of fries. Both burgers had subtractions and came out perfectly made. We do a lot of traveling and stop at Sonic when we can, but this is by far the best and most well-made food from any Sonic we've been to in years. Too bad it is so out of the way or we would add this to our trip route. Polite and quick service. Food hot and filling. Area clean and not run-down looking. Thanks to B who helped us.Parking: A small number of spots so it might be full during peak eating times but the town is also small.

Horrible customer service from manager I believe her name is Angie. Fourth Time my daughter or I has went in two months and order at the red button and still the order brought out has been wrong . The manager has told us each time she didn't care if we returned or called corporate and walks off with a very bad attitude. The photos is a copy of the recent order and what was given and it was thrown around exactly as the photo is.

Not a huge fan. The service has been frustrating to say the least. From attitudes in the drive thru, asking for something and not getting it, to food that is so salty they border on inedible. There is no consistency and is kind of a roulette of sorts as to how your experience will be. I do not use the stalls, the wait times have been ridiculous.

A very busy location, considering the size of the town. The low amount of choices nearby probably affects this outcome.The food is average for Sonic, but many of the stalls have issues with the screens. During a busy evening as many as 4 screens have error codes and it's impossible to know before pulling into them, and then there's a wait to back out in pull into another spot.Orders are typically correct, but always check to be sure. Oftentimes it's so hectic at night that you may end up with the wrong order or missing items.

Last night we went and waited 15 minutes for some one to answer..we drove thru the drive thru and waited another 5 minutes. Drove up to window 3 carrots inside seen us never came to window. Finally a red headed lady came asked us what we wanted. We told her we had been waiting her remarks was we stopped taking orders cause we busy .told her been nice if they could of told us and was rude. Other customers pulled off also ..As a manager she should if told customers they where busy and be right with them ..

Love sonics Food, Absolutely love the food there, the chili tots and dogs and the burgers.My ex wife loves the corndogs for real loves them all the way.To put it simpley Sonic Has some of the best food sent out hot and ready, and in a timely fashion. Improvents i would consider is outdoor movie theater for customers to enjoy and eat meals love sonic and thanks.

Not bad, lot of teenagers hanging around, basically visiting with crew which meant the crew wasn't real focused on their jobs. Had to repeat our order 3 times. Food was decent, not "great" but I mean, it's Sonic so .... I still gave it a 4 star, kids enjoyed it.

As I was ordering i had to change the size of a drink the employee response was OMG for real seriously. She definitely cost sonic plenty of money when I order from it's at least 50 plus. That's ok I will not be spoken to like that. My own don't speak to me like that nor will yours..

carhops stay at vehicle too long and food gets cold.. twice change wasnt right at window..orders more then half the time wrong.. some food stale.. or really cold.. overpriced for fast food..
