Don't let the outside of this place fool you bc the rooms are nice or at least the one I got was nice and spacious and for the price I think I paid $49 for one night one person. I love how people ridicule the smallest things when they stay some of the reviews I read I almost didn't but glad I did I have stayed in some top end rooms that have been worse so I guess it's the eye of the beholder. I live on the road in and out of motels and truck stops this was nice, it was little old school but it was nice Thank you

Love this place just off the highway on our trip found it to take rest for the night we weren't expecting much but you can see you as soon as you walk in how clean it is the ladies up front and the cleaners are super nice let us check in early the rooms were cheap very clean and they had Netflix which we loved plus there is a nice gas station right in the parking lot that will have a restaurant in it soon and a couple truck stops nearbyRooms: The room was clean and the beds were comfortableWalkability: If you are walking to the truck stop then you got plenty of walkabilityFood & drinks: There are drinks and a restaurant in the truck stop in the parking lot there's also a truck stop next door and then one across the highway with more optionsNoteworthy details: Love the upgraded TV with Netflix and RokuThere is a resident cat and a few puppies hanging out in front too

The lady who checked us in didn’t seem very friendly. Very outdated . Looks like from the 40’s. The cigarette smell in hallway is enough to make you want to puke. One plug in and wasn’t by the bed. Shower head is something I’ve never seen in my life. It sucked. My sons room had hair in shower and 2 used cars of soap. Nasty. I won’t stay there again.

This motel doesn’t look like much so I was surprised to find it was a pretty descent place. The staff is doing a great job with cleaning , there were no signs of dirt and dust in the usual places. Good job for caring. The shower head needs replaced but still works. The price was under $60. So Im not complaining. It definitely isn’t a top of the line place but I gave it five stars because the staff obviously cares. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Very pleasantly surprised. I had read some pretty bad reviews but I found a comfortable, clean and quiet room. The staff was pleasant and even made me coffee at 5:00 in the morning. We stayed here to go to the Prairie Chicken viewing at Dunn Ranch. For so close to the interstate it was quiet and very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This Motel surprised me..It was clean. It is very nice.Americans own it..the price was very fair considering how comfortable and safe I felt..the dinner was walking distance with a convenient store . try the breakfast at the dinner..the store had everything plus a leisure store for adult beverage. A diamond in the rough.will return.easy accsess for campers and big rigs with plenty of options for parking..

Nice quiet place. Fair price. I stay there several times a yr with my travels between Illinois and Kansas its the half way point. I suggest the firehouse 54 pizza in Eatonville for dinner also dinner bell restaurant for breakfast

Top of my list is that it was CLEAN!!! There were no nasty smells and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our fridge didn't work but we were only there over night and it was not a big deal to us. Our small dog was very welcome.I would stay there again!!

Beds were comfy and the motel was mostly quiet. However the rooms need to be updated. The furniture looked like it was from the 70's and the walls and ceilings looked like they hadn't been painted in 20 years, so they were dirty and dingy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, however.

We have traveled extensively and stayed at many older motels so I don't know how the other travelers could have given this place a good rating. Stayed here because there were no alternatives. The motel smells like an old ashtray even though we were in the non-smoking "area" in room #3. Yes it is old, but the linens should have been replaced 10 years ago, towels worn out, tv still the old tube kind, shower nozzle shoots water out like a garden hose, had to hunt for outlets to charge electronics, no coffee, only 2 plastic cups, one tiny bar of soap. The room was large with stained dark carpet, old semi cool refrigerator. The heater worked well.

It's reasonably priced. The people are nice. Soft beds. Clean room. I honestly thought it was gonna be worse when I drove up but it's actually ok. they just need to Change the shower heads though cause it comes out like a garden hose.

This place was amazing. Rooms were very clean the people were really nice the restaurant on walk away once upon a truly awesome and the price was very reasonable. If you're ever in town this is a great place to stay

Pleasant the rooms were accomodating. Beds are comfortable. TVs are 20 years out dated but for the price atleast you got a TV. Great hospitlity and didnt need to worry aboit 2 pieces of ID, 7 major credit cards a cosigner and depoit. I like it but could have been more inviting

Good place to stay. Little more and my dog got to stay. No problems. For my girlfriend, my dog or me. Not for high society " snob's" LOL country fokes would love it. Shower head's could be up higher.

A perfectly acceptable motel. My vehicle was seriously damaged and I was left on the side of the highway a couple years back. The proprietors here were accomodating, had fair pricing, and helped to find the folks in town who could get me back on the road to Chicago.I only rate 4 stars because there were quite a few questionable stains on the floor that admittedly would've improved the experience had they not been there. But for someone who usually stays on the corporate dime at Big City hotels with all the bells and whistles, this was really the only valid grief I care to mention. And even then, it's just the floor. The beds were perfectly fine and clean.I'll always thank the folks at the Eagle's Landing Motel and those in Eagleville, MO in general for their help out of a crappy situation!

Traveling from texas to Minnesota started having car trouble had to pull over good thing there was a hotel right next to us stayed the night room was super clean owners are very friendly good people was going to check out next day and let them know I was going to be in the parking lot waiting for a mechanic its was 1030 they told me& my wife we could wait in room until 4 thank you guys for helping us out in a tough situation God Bless

Was stuck in Eagleville all weekend. The hotel here was $44.99. Brand new, soft beds. If you're looking for frills, this isn't the place for you. If you want a quiet, comfortable place to stay, this is perfect.
