I had an amazing experience with Yips & Yaps today! I’d never brought my dog to a groomer before- she’s anxious, which makes me anxious to bring her out and about. We’d had some negative experiences with staff at other local daycares when she was younger, but the feel with Yips & Yaps was completely different! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Athena seemed to feel very comfortable with them, and I left knowing she was in good hands. She came home a new dog- super soft and clean with perfect nails! We will definitely be returning in the future.

We recently moved to the area and have been searching for a place to tend to our little pup. We are so happy with the grooming experience we had! The groomer was very friendly and helpful, and she made our nervous little dog feel safe and calm in this new situation. Our dog also looks adorable with her new cut. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Yips and Yaps.

I was probably more nervous than my rescued poodle mix taking her for her first grooming but the ladies at Yips & Yaps put us both at ease! They listened carefully to what I hoped could be done, looked at a couple of pictures that I brought and made it all happen! So pleased with the outcome, and that my girl was as perky and happy coming out with her pretty new ‘do as she was when I dropped her off! The photos show the “before” and “after”😊

We just switched our pup to Yips and Yaps. They are very quick and do a great job with her. No leaving your dog all day until they get to them. Highly recommend.

Just picked up my Siberian Husky from here, they took their time to get it RIGHT! The place is clean, staff friendly, and my pup was handled with CARE. Lana was our groomer, and did a fabulous job. Will absolutely 💯 be back!

I had an appointment scheduled for my dog at 8:00am. I was running late and showed up at 8:20am. I was immediately told in a rude tone that my dog could not be groomed. I apologized and said they could keep him all day and I could be flexible. I was never made aware of the 15 minute grace period. If they couldn't get my dog in for the day it should of been said in a nicer tone and better presented. I thought I was the customer? I've never been spoken to like this by any business and will not be back.

Started taking our older doodle here after some concerns with big name box groomer. She loves going here, doesn’t come home distressed, looks and smells great! Plus the price is even more reasonable. The staff is sweet with her and very nice! Thank you for taking great care of my old girl 😘

Everyone is so friendly and they really seem to care for the pets. Lauren is our favorite. She has been grooming our pups for a while now. She changed employers and now works here. She's wonderful which is why we followed her.

I have two Australian shepherds that require pretty specific cuts as well as a lot of undercoat. The also aren't the most well behaved (a little hyper!). The team here handle them awesome and the cuts are always great. They get to know the dogs and they always keep records of how I want them cut so it's great. I've been to several over the years and by far my favorite.

I have a difficult dog to groom do to a prior bad grooming experience from a different groomer, and Jessica was able to put my dog at ease. I trained and handled working dogs for a long time and it was immediately clear to me that Jessica knows how to handle dogs and her grooming skills are great!

We took our dog Allie there yesterday for the first time to be groomed. It was Allie's first time ever going to a groomer and they did a great job with her. She looks great, smells great and the people were very friendly! We will be bringing Allie back for future grooming!

We found Yips and Yaps by accident while looking for battery replacement for our electric fence some 8-9 years ago and fell in love with it immediately. The staff is pleasant to work with, the service outstanding and our babies love the attention they receive while there. The stay time is between 2-3 hours and the pricing is reasonable. Their work is outstanding. Ask for Brooke as she is an outstanding groomer!

I absolutely love this place. My husband and I left our two dogs for a week and a half while in Europe. Yips and Yaps had to administer medication to both dogs over the week and did it without a problem. When we picked the dogs up they had been bathed and looked extremely happy and healthy. One of my dogs was put in the kennel when she had allergies and when we picked her up she was all clear, that is how I know they administered the medicine. I would recommend this kennel to anyone plus I can tell my dogs love going there. The price is reasonable for letting the dogs play all day and boarding.

The website pricing was not the pricing that the girl at the counter said when I dropped off my two dogs. According to the website, playtime for the first dog is $15 per day for the first dog, and $5 per day for the second dog. Prior to dropping the dogs off I actually had called to inquire about the place and the owner answered and confirmed the website pricing. The girl at the counter had never heard of this and tried to charge me $35 per day, per dog for play time. After getting all that straightened out (or so I thought) I left my dogs there for 3 days. When I picked the dogs up, my total was for kenneling only, no play time, which means they didn't get any play time at all and were basically locked up in their cage for 3 days straight. I had to ask the girl at the counter (different girl than the first one) to bring me their beds that I left, and when she brought them to me they were COVERED in dog pee. She said "I'm sorry they have pee all over them. We have a washer and dryer so I don't know why they didn't get washed".... so in other words, my dogs sat in their own pee for 3 days straight and didn't get let out at all. I was still charged for the kenneling, full price, no discount. Naturally I did not want to take piss covered dog beds in my car so I left them there, so now I have to buy new beds. I also have to bathe both dogs since they reek of pee from laying in their own urine for 3 days, although I took them to the groomers the day before I dropped them off. Upon bathing my dogs I found cuts and scrapes on their bodies that were not there before, including a large fresh bloody sore on the tip of one dog's tail. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOGS HERE AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS NEGLECTFUL, THE STAFF ARE IDIOTS, AND I WAS OFFERED NO COMPENSATION OR EVEN AN APOLOGY. My dogs were basically abused for 3 days.

Absolutely love this place! The employees are always so nice, and my dog LOVES going! He gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. They always listen to how I want him groomed, and he comes out smelling and looking wonderful! Best groomer around!!!!

I like the cut my dog got. Jessica listens to what I want and she does it. Very pleased with her work and pricing for the grooming..I like her nail clipping and dremmel work too. I recommend Yips and Yaps and Jessica.

They do a great job with grooming - very little anxiety for our dog and they are very friendly. We had an instance were we needed to reschedule a grooming and they worked with us to adjust their schedule to make it work.

I took my dog for day camp and had received a tour as well. Where they keep the small dogs was quite gross. It smelled like a rodent cage. There were also kennels in the lobby where they put grooming dogs. Very unprofessional as well as unsafe. However my biggest concern was when I came to pick up my baby they let him out into the lobby with no leash on. Any one could have opened that door and my dog would run out into a busy street. Also he has a pinch training collar. A collar I myself underwent training for to use properly. Well when I dropped him off with it on I figured any moron would think to take it off before allowing him to play and possibly hurting himself or other dogs. Completely unacceptable and there is zero excuse. Being in the professional dog care side I have not recommended this place nor when asked have good things to say. Stay away.

It was my first time there and I was given a girl that was new and didn’t really know what she was doing. I picked my dog up and noticed that the right side of his face was longer than the left. I called and Jessica answered and I told her about his hair being longer on the right and she said “ Oh well that happens if they move we were very busy, I said I would think someone would check to see if it was even she said well we were very busy I just finished my 12 o’clock apt and laughed. As a new customer this is very unsettling I’m not sure if I would go back or refer them to anyone.

We have been taking our Westie, Georgie, here for about 2yrs or so, & they do a FANTASTIC job with grooming!!! And our dog LOVES it there & we don't hear from them that he's hyper, or that he can't come back until he's SEDATED!!! WHAT??? Im not going 2 sedate my dog for a grooming, he doesn't like 2 be crated, that's all!!! I tell EVERY1 we know, 2 take their dog 2 YIPS & YAPS......<3 <3

Will never use them again! Went there for a couple years, I had appointment in Dec this year & I was 20 mins late they refused to do our puppy! I don't understand this as they put them in cages when you get there & then do them whenever! Our puppy as always there for 2 to 3 hrs before being done! Even rude when I asked to please do her!

Lost a life long customer because they say that they are open until whenever when in all actuality the groomers leave in the afternoon!! They left at 1:30/2 today and were supposed to be "open" until 6. I've been up there three times lately and every time the groomers are gone and nothing can be done! What kind of business is this???
