Customer service is incredible.I didn’t know I needed to have my feet measured digitally - I was wearing the wrong size shoe! I would never have picked the shoes they suggested based on my arch, stride, narrow heal. Wow!They sales staff don’t work on commission, so I could tell they were low pressure and just pleasant people.Furthermore, the running groups they host are motivating! I don’t run in one, but I when I see them gather before a run, I can tellThe vibes are positive and safe.

I have bought three pairs of running shoes here on three different occasions. I love that the staff take time to measure my feet, and come up with recommendations. The staff are not pushy and seem to be willing to give me all the time I need to make a choice. This store has the latest and greatest running shoes from all the major brands. I also have been a big fan of their sock collection, especially Feetures. Definitely would recommend for running shoes / socks / fuel.

**Editing to add and explain change of my review:I was honestly really excited about my purchase when I first came in. I was told that the shoes I decided on would be sent from the Jefferson City store and it would take about a week. Two weeks later, I still have not received my shoes. I called the store today and they said “they didn’t know where the miscommunication was, but the shoes had to be special ordered due to the size and color.” This was never explained to me when I paid for the shoes up front. Additionally, shoes are not ordered the day of purchase, they only order upon their vendor’s availability. My shoes were ordered a WEEK AFTER I paid for them and are taking over two weeks to deliver to the store… not my address. If I had ordered them from Amazon, they would be at my house in three days. No compensation for the inconvenience of three weeks was offered. Honestly, my great experience turned disappointing.Original:I was very happy with my experience at Fleet Feet! As a healthcare worker and nursing student, I am no stranger to long shifts. I have a bad back and have learned from previous jobs how important properly-fitting, quality shoes are. I went to Fleet Feet and was immediately greeted by a staff member. I took the opportunity to have my feet and gait scanned. Using those results, a staff member brought me three choices of shoes and helped me the entire way throughout the fitting process. I fell in love with the first pair I tried in, but still tried the two other choices. The shoes are expensive, but I truly believe that you should invest in your feet. I have never been happier, and neither have my feet! Best. Decision. Ever. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved my experience getting fitted for my first pair of real-deal running shoes. I was made to feel very comfortable as a beginner runner. The scan revealed that I have been wearing the wrong size shoes. The employee who helped me seemed so genuinely interested in getting me in the right pair of shoes. The standout pair just happened to be on sale. 🙌🏽 I also left with two pair of running socks which are also amazing. Runners, get yourself to Fleet Feet ASAP. Worth it!

So glad I found this store. Jenn really helped my husband find the right fit, correct shoes, and proper socks. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. I did miss seeing the beautiful sweet dog Mila. Mila is a great addition to the staff.

Different experience. Got feet measured and sales rep brought me shoes she thought I'd like. Despite the measurements, the first round of shoes I was shown was too big. The next fit better, but weren't really my style. The third were more to my liking, but not colors I'd pick. So I got some comfortable flip flops but no shoes. Popular store with lots of customers. Not sure about the store's approach to them selecting shoes that would be good for my feet. Definitely new. Sales person was very helpful and tried hard without being pushy.

Helpful and good selection. I've had a few misfires with them fitting me in inappropriate shoes for my foot. It seems like some of the sales people are very experienced, others are just shooting in the dark. So I appreciate them, but always go with your gut if you don't think the shoe is right! Good news is, they will honor their return policy.:)

I love that they have a program to analyze your feet to see which shoes will fit your specific feet for the activities that you'll be using your shoes for. The one on one attention is so nice, and you aren't rushed or pressured into any purchases.

This was our first visit. It was amazing! Nancy was so supportive and listened to all of our concerns. She was very knowledgeable. It was also very busy, she and Alfred were great at helping all the people that were needing assistance at the same time. The FIT, (a 3D scan of your feet to get the best shoe fit) was very quick and provided us with tons of information that helped us understand the issues we were having. They have shoes, hydration and fuel supplies they have clothes, sports headphones, unique dog leashes specific to runners. They also have Garmin activity watches. They actually have a model in stock that no one else has had! They have a wide range of brands and shoe sizes. They carry up through size 15 in several brands and styles. Even with all the things they have in stock; their knowledge, service, guarantees, and community involvement are even better.

I stopped in at Fleet Feet today to look at getting a new pair of running shoes. I explained to Sidney what I was looking for and she was AMAZING! I kid you not, she was able to thoroughly describe the features of every shoe she brought out and compared them to my current shoes and each other. Needless to say I (and my feet) walked out very happy and will definitely be back!

I have bought 4 pairs of Hooka shoes here in the last few months. Until today I had good experiences. They called to notify me that my shoes were here so I explained that my asthma was horrific and asked if I pulled up could someone bring them out to me and was told that they didn't have anyone who could do that. When I got there 3 young Girls were at the register talking so i asked again and was told no we don't do that. If a business can't walk out the front door to help a customer who can't breathe get their shoes then I will not ever be purchasing there again and can't recommend them to anyone!!

I have had good customer service in this store in the past but this morning I did not. I went in to get new orthotics but wanted some help picking them. They were busy but when one sales associate finished checking a customer out she was looking all around the store but I couldn’t catch her eye. I thought she was looking for someone in particular. Then she went over to a gentleman who came in after me and asked if she could help him.???? At this point I left. I had been in the store for about 10 minutes and I felt invisible.

Had a great experience. Got my feet/walk quickly and easily measured. And was able to try on every single shoe I was interested in and more. They had a great selection of shoes and clearance items. I went in looking for one shoe and ended up ordering another. They really knew the options and did not pressure me to spend $$. Really was impressed and great store!

Absolutely love this place! I was first scanned and fitted in St Charles and needed an update. Staff was extremely helpful and skilled in helping my find the PERFECT new running shoes that fit my needs! When I called to order a second pair a couple weeks later, they were super helpful on the phone and I was able to get exactly what I needed. Don’t go anywhere else for shoes! Fleet feet will get you all set up!

This place is wonderful. They measure your feet and how you walk to find you the perfect shoe! It's expensive, but worth it to not have sore feet after a 12 hour shift! I can't wait to try out my new shoes tomorrow!

The lady helping me scanned my feet, listened to what I needed, and suggested the best shoe for me. The best part? After I went to order the shoes I wanted, I found out they weren’t in stock. Instead of being pushed towards another shoe, they suggested I either wait or order directly off the shoe company’s website. I really appreciated their help and knowledge. Great customer service!

I ended up with a pair of shoes that I wasn't happy with after wearing them for a few days. Fleet Feet bent over backwards to make sure I knew I could return them and they'd help me choose another pair - no questions asked. Their staff is extremely helpful.
