Rude, rude, rude. Not sure how they got my number, but I blocked their number 5 months ago. Even though it auto rejects it I guess it still goes to voicemail where they wait 2 seconds after the message & then hang up, so I have to delete the "message". I finally called them back today since they have done this 4 times this month to see about getting my number removed from their call list. She said we don't have a list, someone you know must have given us your number. Either way, I just want you to stop calling me, so remove my number! She again went with an excuse as to why they might have my number. I said I don't care, I just need you to stop calling me. She then said I was being rude. No, rude is when you harass people & then blame them for getting harrassing phone calls & hang up voicemails.

I have my phone so that if I don’t recognize a number it goes to voicemail so that I can call back if need be. For month I kept getting a call from this number but they never left a message. I finally just called back and the women asked if I would like to help someone I know get a gift or attachment of some sort. I then explained that I’m very happy with my current Rainbow vacuum which she replied “we can just take a few minutes to demo our latest vacuum.”I then said “Aren’t we still dealing with the pandemic?” She goes on to say that they are in homes everyday and it’s fine. No thank you. Unnecessary people in my home for something I already have along with a snarky attitude...thank you NEXT.

Super helpful staff. Very clean business😉 because they deal in the best vacuums made!! My 13 year old Rainbow 🌈 runs like brand new! This will be the last vacuum you'll ever need or buy.

Just another Multi-Level Marketing scheme. Would rather buy a fleet of used robot vacuums for 3k than one rainbow. Seriously I could get like 12 of them for that price....
