I was very pleased with the care my pet received at this facility. The front office worker was exceptionally nice and helpful. My pet was treated with genuine care and concern. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to treat my pet well. I feel that the prices were fair and I will definitely be coming back for follow-up care. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my kitty Tucky in to be spayed on December 14,2023. The assistant Vanessa came and sat down with us and explained things to us. I have always had high regard for Dr. Brian. He's straightforward and tells it like it is. I like that characteristic in a person.Great place to take your animals if you want them in a loving, caring environment.

The vet was very informative of my 15 year old dog's condition and picked up on 2 or 3 things about my dog's situation that I didn't even notice. He answered all my questions and we discussed different treatment plans. He is one of the best vets I have taken any of my pets to.

Golden Valley Animal Clinic is a highly recommended veterinary clinic that provides exceptional services. During a recent emergency, our regular veterinarian was unavailable - as usual these days, and we had to seek help elsewhere. Fortunately, Golden Valley Animal Clinic was able to accommodate us promptly, even though we had never been there before. We were impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and care provided to our cat, who had a severe infection in his ear. The vet treated our cat immediately and gave him an antibiotic injection, as well as giving us some medication for his pain and swelling.After a few days, when the infection persisted, we returned to the clinic, and the team put our cat on stronger antibiotics without charging us for the visit, only for medicine. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to providing quality care for their patients and not just making money.In contrast, we had a previous experience with our regular veterinarian, who was less aggressive and took a less serious approach when our cat O.C. suffered from a similar infection, which unfortunately led to our cat's demise. This experience made us appreciate the quality of care provided by Golden Valley Animal Clinic even more. Our new cat is recovering well and has found a new home with us. We (as well as my mother and her family) are now also planning to switch from our regular veterinarian to Golden Valley Animal Clinic due to their excellent services, availability for emergency appointments, and exceptional care and consideration of the animals in their care.In summary, the care, professionalism, and kindness offered by Golden Valley Animal Clinic were exceptional and highly appreciated. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary services.

I took both of my dogs to Golden Valley Animal Clinic today for their yearly exam, heartworm testing and vaccination update. Dr. Kueffer was great with both of them. He sat down on the exam floor with them and let them get to know him and he took his time and didn't rush and it was clear that they trusted him immediately. He gladly answered questions that I had and gave me his medical opinion on several things. I've been taking my pets here since 2017 and I have never been unhappy. Overall great visit from start to finish. A+ to he and the wonderful staff that works there.

My outdoor cat suffered a severe fracture of one of his rear legs. Dr. Kueffer took xrays and sat us down to explain the injury. He was very kind and honest in that he did not feel comfortable doing the surgery. We are calling around to see our options. We will absolutely return with any future pet needs.

I don’t understand the reviews that say everyone was so caring and nice. I didn’t get that feeling at ALL at least from the receptionist. I understand it’s not an emergency clinic, but they leave no openings for walk ins or short notice visits. OK. I also understand that, I’m a pretty understanding person about stuff like that. But the receptionist was RUDE and cold and just really not nice. It made me really sad. Speaks to the state of things around the US quite a bit. Clinton MO is no different than living in the big city full of rude city folk. I hope they work on her attitude because it was quite heartbreaking when all I wanted was some help for my suddenly onset sick dog.

Dr Jamie is the most caring, most intelligent, most investigative vet I have ever taken a pet to see. All the clinic staff are sympathetic, the office are sparkling clean, and service is speedy. Thanks to Dr Jamie, my sweet kitty is doing very well.

Took my dog there and had a different vet then I had 3 weeks earlier both times it was for infection in ear 3 weeks earlier it was for right ear an dr Brian did a good job and got charged 68$ this time it was for left ear w dr Brookshire sat in exam room 45 min after appointment time then got charged 161$ to say the least I am pissed. Will be looking for a new place to go . Recp we’re good but will never goo to Dr Shane Brookshire again he’s a money hog
