Great people! We drove over 4 hrs to see/purchase a vehicle. Just with a phone call, they held the vehicle for us. When we arrived, we were treated awesome! I have bought two vehicles from Banks Motors in the last month and I couldn't be happier! They had exactly what I wanted. The financing/ signing process is the fastest I've ever dealt which is awesome since I bring my three kids with me and travel two plus hours on top of it so it's nice not sitting at a dealership all day. The Banks family took really good care of us both times and I feel like I've known them for years and it's only been a month. I will be buying all of my vehicles from them in the future!!! I bought a 2015 Audi A3 in September and I could not imagine going anywhere else! This is NOT your typical car lot where you feel like your being manipulated or rushed into a vehicle with a fake smile. There’s no BS with this place and that’s unheard of when you’re trying to buy a car. I am so in love with my vehicle! The price was beyond fair and it was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would most definitely recommend them to Everyone and Anyone. I fumbled the bag with this amateur car dealership.I spent cash on my 2015 jeep renegade. Within a week of owning this outright, the ignition sensor clearly had been going out prior to purchase. I talked to Shane about it due to the fact the key just won't turn and had left me stranded multiple times (one time it was impounded bcs it was on another's property where I had to be given a ride home from the sheriff)... I've had it a little over a month and have been stranded 6 times. This last time at a business right next to their lot. This is where it gets interesting. Shane told me when I had called early on they'd replace it and then ghosted me repeatedly; even blocking my number. So this last time, a kind stranger helping me at the business location I broke down last evening went across the street and talked to them for quite a while and told me they told him they'd be by to help me. They never came. They exited the opposite wayAnd we had to walk home. Came back this morning and they left for lunch. Laughing at me crying in the front seat. The stranger who helped me talk to them told me I'd been in there on drugs according to their gossip and that I was mean to them but I'd only been there to pay for my car in full. I chose not to push the replacement of the part because I'm tired of the disrespect I've received more than once when I didn't do anything to anyone and they chose to be prejudiced and treat a cash buyer like this. I will never do business with them again. VERY unprofessional. I heard Dana is a jerk so I should've listened when I was warned. Who ghosts a buyer?? Reporting to the BBB.

My husband and I had a GREAT experience with Banks Motors in Clinton. I called to make sure the truck we wanted to look at was still there since it was a 2 hour drive for us to get there. They had it warmed up and ready to go when we got there. They made the process very simple and were very easy to deal with. They stayed late for us to look at the truck and sign the papers since they knew we were coming from so far. Stewart, Jill, and Rod were all great to deal with and made this the easiest vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Absolutely love this place!! My husband had been searching for the perfect truck for him for 6 months and found it here! Drove 2 hours to get here, loved the truck, loved how Shane treated us and his staff. So easy to work with. Shane even let us take home the truck for a few days while he worked on the paperwork. It was so nice to feel trusted and he had just met us. Came back a few days later and signed all the papers. No big dealership haggles, no pressure, just honest friendly people!! They are very friendly and personable. They offer financing which was very easy and fast. Also offer an extended warranty which they do not profit off of. Everyone there even the dog were all very nice. Its clean and makes you feel comfortable being there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice clean truck. If i ever need to trade i will check with them first. Would rate more stars but 5 is the max allowed

We had an AMAZING experience with Banks Motors this last week. We have been contemplating a new vehicle for our growing family and we came across Banks one day. We found exactly what we were looking for and the staff was amazing. Shane, the salesman, was very helpful and pleasant. He didn't push you or make you feel pressured like many car salesmen do. We left unsure what we wanted to do and were thankful we decided to go back and purchase! It was so easy and they were willing to work with our schedule to get the rates and price we were hoping for! We came in on a Saturday and back on a Monday evening so we haven't met much of the other staff but conversations via phone have shown them to be a very friendly place to do business.
