It was my 3rd time at Treats Unleashed in Chesterfield with my goldendoodle (1.5 yr old). We switched from another location. I heard praise from the Banfield location next door. Kirsten took care of my pupper this time. I admitted to being a bad owner and letting the mats get out of hand. I said do what you need to do. Kirsten did a great job. Usually my pupper hates the groomer. She was timid upon arrival but had a smile upon her face when I picked her up. Kirsten said she did a good job. Kirsten was lovely and didn't make fun of me with dropping off the "diaper bag" with my dog, lol. I always bring a bag with toys, a bone, treats, sweater. Sadly we had to shave her down during winter due to our negligence with grooming and mats. Kirsten did an amazing job and did what she could with what she had. This location in Chesterfield off Clarkson and Baxter is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I'm glad I switched it up!#grooming

We recently moved from Florida, and our dear four-legged daughter turned one today. I searched for a cake for her and decided to try Treats Unleashed. A kind and customer service-centered gentleman took my order over the phone and had a customized cake made for her and ready for pick up on the same day. When I came to pick it up, I was amazed by the selection of fantastic baked goods and a massive array of chews and treats. The people couldn’t have been nicer, and I felt like I was being welcomed into a family, not just another patron. I bought a ton of stuff, and our girls loved everything thus far. The cake was amazing and created with love and passion. I will definitely be back. I can still smell the deliciousness of the bakery. Thank you.

We visit this location for grooming needs every other month. We’ve been seeing Lindsey for probably 2 years now. I can’t say enough good things about her and how happy I am to have someone so sweet and talented take care of my precious Savi girl’s grooming needs. The entire staff at this location is so kind and welcoming, they get you in and out in an efficient manner and it’s always a real pleasure to visit and check out the latest treats and toys.

Lindsey did an amazing job on our 6month old goldendoodle! He was cut exactly as we asked, and she was wonderful at identifying how he would look best! She has a strong understanding of mixed breed coats and advised us accordingly. We are so pleased!

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service! The middle of January, I brought our 1 year old Bichon/Shitzu Theo, for grooming. When I picked him up they said he bites and if I wanted to continue grooming I’d need to bring him back in 4 weeks. In that amount of time he didn’t need grooming. I’m not spending $100 just to have him back when he didn’t need it. So I went into the store 2 weeks ago to book an appointment. When I walked in there were 2 employees behind the counter making cookies or what not while I stood waiting to be helped. When I said I was there to make an appointment, I was told there was a note in my account saying it had to be approved if I wanted Theo to come back. They called and said it wasn’t approved so could not come back. They went on to say they do not use muzzles and are a no stress environment. What work environment is no stress? And what dog doesn’t get nervous when about to get groomed? Theo is the sweetest 16lb dog that does not bite! He must have gotten nicked or wasn’t treated well to do whatever they said he did. He has gone to other groomers where he was completely fine. Why would he be fine there? We thought we’d try Treats Unleashed since it’s so close to our house. They will never have our business again and I’ll never recommend their services. Very disappointing to have my dog banned.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! I always enjoy talking to them when I go in. I took my pup in to get his nails clipped, and he was in and out of there in a few minutes. They're great!

I brought my two precious Aussies in for grooming and they are always a little skittish being away from their family, yes two Velcro dogs . Bella made fast friends with my pups as they pranced right along side of her back to the grooming area. She is very kind and very professional. You could feel her love for animals. She put them and me at ease in no time. They looked fabulous after their grooming! Just precious with their fall themed hankies! Thanks Bella!!

This was my first time using TU for my Golden Retriever. Bella did an outstanding job; she was thoughtful in learning about her new client; asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted done etc.. All of the staff rom scheduling to pick up were friendly and helpful. My dog looks wonderful! I’ll always ask for Bella in the future. Also, the store is amazing!!!! You need to see it!

Rosie, whom was 3 mos old had her first grooming at Treats Unleashed. The groomer had to tackle a bundle of energy, a puppy unfamiliar with a bath that also involved touching and trimming. The groomer and other employees played with her to help diffuse her energy before the grooming process. She looked so well groomed and happy when we picked her up.

Bella was so patient and kind with Olivia. Her fur was so soft and the groom around her face was done perfectly. Thank you, Bella, for spending so much time on Olivia’s furry feet and pedicure. She feels so much better now.

Bought a few items here for our new puppy. 9 wks old. Asked if the could do a shave around her butt. Was told this was weeks out to schedule. Would be charged for a full groom. Literally a small 5 lb puppy. I dont need a full groom for a 9 wk old. Just a cut around her behind. Not a freebie. Couldn't possibly take more than a few mins. You've lost a customer. I would have been ba k for a full groom and needed someone later.Customer service seems to be a lost art anymore. No one wants to do anything a bit different.

Brought my lab for the first time to the self wash. Fabulous experience. Everything was ready for us- the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! They had everything we needed - shampoo choices, brushes, ear wash, towels and a dryer and the best of all treats after our bath!! We will be back!

I've been coming here since my chocolate lab was a puppy for self serve dog washes. I'm constantly impressed by the friendly staff. I recently started getting my his nails cut here and now I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Becca and Morris are both professional and perfectionists! My chocolate lab is ridiculously high energy and can be a bit exhausting but the team members and groomers always love on him. They remember his name and always give him treats and hugs. The fact that my dog can't wait to get a bath and nail trim says everything I need to know about their services. One team member even commented that they saw Hobbes on the schedule and couldn't wait to see his happy dance. Hobbes is a crazy goof but they make us feel loved and welcome every single visit. Definitely recommend the mutter butter cookies! 🐶

Our first experience with grooming at Treats Unleashed for my 6m old Goldendoodle pup was excellent. Sandi is very professional and kind and understands the challenges of puppy behavior at the salon! She was patient and took her time and even played fetch with her to wear her out. We will be back!

Theresa the groomer is fantastic. So professional and loved the challenge of trimming up my Coton de Tulear dog for an upcoming dog show. She was very good. All the staff were very friendly and gave lots of love to my little dog. You can tell they enjoy their job and love animals.

I brought my two pup here over 6 months ago, but I completely forgot to review! Better late than never! Taylor was great, made great suggestions based on my dogs breeds. They looked adorable and I know they were treated so well! I have since moved out of the area but wish I could have brought them here more often.

So happy with my first grooming appointment for my puppy. She’s a difficult dog to groom, but they did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Treats Unleashed for anything you need.
