The value was amazing. The hotel is by a Mexican restaurant that has amazing food. There is also a large convenience store that is open 24 hours. There is plenty of grass and field space for my dog to play and potty.Rooms: Large clean quiet rooms. Love to stay here. It’s a great valueWalkability: The Mexican restaurant shares a parking lot with the hotel and there is a convenience store that is open 24 /7 just steps away. There is also a waffle and pancake place a few yards from the hotel if you’re not a fan of Mexican food. Plus you can door dash

Well this place is on its last legs that's for sure. Apparently the broken door lock on my room was because of an FBI agent hauling somebody out of there recently. Most of the rest of the doors didn't shut very well so they always got slammed. The pool was obviously non-functional as there were giant tumbleweeds in there and several discarded air conditioning units. Probably the one highlight was the Mexican restaurant next door that lets you take margaritas to go. The TV was all messed up every channel just said audio only. No ice machine. Don't pay more than 50 bucks a night for this place.

Worst experience ive ever had.. charged our acc and said they didnt took 8 business to get them to release the funds. Never gave us the room and when i asked about the owner i was told “not your business the owner dont come over here” absolutely disrespectful they laughed at us and everything. Do NOT recommend. When i spoke to someone else at the hotel about the behavior the woman who did it jumped on the phone and disrespected me and said it never happened even though there was multiple people there that can vouch it did happen.

This is a rundown roadside motel. My room was dirty. There were Doritos and other pieces of food under the furniture. The room had a musty smell. The TV did not work at all. The toilet would not flush properly.They advertise breakfast but there is no breakfast. Literally all they had was packaged cereal bars, apples, and lukewarm coffee.Yes, the people who worked there were mostly nice, but who cares about that if the room and amenities are this bad?

The over all night stay was okay. My only issues were with the room itself. The popcorn ceiling was literally hanging in different areas- enough so that when we woke up there was a piece of it on the bed. The tub could also use a good wipe down with some cleaner and a magic eraser- the soap scum was crazy. The people were nice though!Rooms: I truly think this place would do great with a make over. Ditch the carpet and the popcorn ceiling and it’d be so much better!

It's a darn good place to stop at for a few hours rest while traveling. It's an inexpensive hotel and you get what you pay for. A decent room with a bed, a TV, and a fridge. For $60 what more do you expect? Also the front desk guy was super nice and the puppy deserves a raise. He's earned a few more treats and belly rubs!I honestly don't know what all of these people are expecting from a $60 hotel.

Staff was great and the beds were comfortable and clean but was probably the only thing clean…. Floors looks like they had not been vacuumed in weeks/months. Walls were nasty! Toilet paper holder you could pull out of the wall I had to hold it while tearing my tp. (We had a smoking room) no Ash tray but I assume that’s why the trash can looked the way it did all disgusting from cigarettes trash extra because there was no bag in it and no ashtray assuming they didn’t clean it from the person before us…If your looking for a cheap place to stay with a comfortable bed this is a decent place to stay if your looking for a clean place to stay this isn’t it…. I wouldn’t bring my family to this hotel thankfully it was just my spouse and I.Also rooms are not sound proof! You can hear the tv that was not very loud outside of my door.

Waited too damn long trying to get a room and no one else but me in the lobby then when I woke up the next morning went to go have breakfast and there was nothing out The milk that they had for some dry cereal it was sitting out with no ice no way to keep it cold. My room wasn't clean,what I would say my standards The shower look like it hadn't been cleaned in the month or two it's just nasty

The front desk lady was very nice and very helpful. They didn't have any handicap rooms that night. My Mom is in a wheelchair and she couldn't drive anymore that evening. The front desk lady found us a pretty good size room for my mom can roll around without any problemsThank you for everything

Great value. Room, sheets, towels were clean and fresh. It is an older motel/hotel style with internal entry and some rooms have exterior entry as well.Easy truck parking with additional next door at Casey’s.

Where do I begin? The first room we had was filthy. Stains on the walls and bedding, mold, bugs in the bathroom, and urine was left all around the toilet. We got another room that the front desk person checked and said was ok. The room was cleaner but not by much. The toilets were disgusting and the room overall smelled of stale cigarettes. The breakfast consists of juice and nutri grain bars. Don't stay here.

Its funny that a review from 3 months ago is the same experience I had. Very disappointed in this hotel. It was a great place to stay at one point. Something has changed for the worse. I will not be coming back to Charleston MO unless it's an absolute emergency. I can tell by the hotel replies that they don't care. Such a generic answer to the reviews copy and paste. It has truck parking and the management is great, offered to stand where I can see them on my blind side and signal me as I back in.I didn’t take them up on it, it’s not a tight spot but the offer was appreciated!They have those huge Belgian waffles on their breakfast bar, excellent!

This is just a thought......instead of replying to the reviews of how disgusting your rooms are (and they are disgusting) why don't you, oh I don't know......CLEAN THE ROOMS?! We got two rooms and they smelled so bad, they were not clean and we just could not stay there. I bet we weren't there for 30 minutes. I did nothing in my room, I didn't even use the restroom. They wouldn't even refund our money! You couldn't pay me to stay there. Drive a little further and get a room somewhere else

Worst experience I've ever had at a Wyndham property. Walked in the room to a bad smell. Found quart of opened milk spoiled on the microwave. Handle in the shower came off in my wife's hand when she tried to turn it on. Ceiling had a spot that was coming down. Carpet coming off the base board. My wife will never stay at a Super 8 again.

I put a 1 star for rooms, because it was so very dirty. I have pictures. I suppose if not showering or not using the sink is ok with you, this would be your place to stay. The price did not reflect the condition of the hotel. They wanted over $90. for a room I could barely move in. I had to lay a towel on the night stand just to be able to put my phone somewhere. Bugs in both the sink & the bathtub. The sink wouldn't open or drain, so I had to look at that bug while trying to get ready for bed. I'd been driving for 13 hours that day taking my granddaughter home & I wanted a bath or shower... nope, ring in the tub along with another bug there. I just wrapped myself in my blanket I happened to have & went to sleep. The young man at the desk seemed excited to tell me about the free buffet the next morning but boy oh boy, was that disappointing. They had old stale tiny cinnamon rolls, orange juice & oatmeal pkgs but nothing to make the oatmeal with... I MEAN NOTHING. I have pictures. I hate doing a review like this, but it was pretty pathetic all around. If they wanted to attract truck-drivers, they wouldn't come back with that breakfast situation. I will never stay here again. Not even any liquid creamer!!Noteworthy details: There is a Mexican Restaurant across the parking lot.

Floors are dirty wear slippers or shoes when walking around to avoid dirty socks. Bathroom floor was dirty and sticky, so was the shower. Good access 2 doors to leave room on 1st floor. Room smelled a little weird. Outlets are hard to find mostly behind furniture. Freezer works great just like the fridge. Can hear conversations between wallsRooms: Room floors are dirty. Wear slippers or shoes to avoid black socks. Bathroom floor was sticky like the shower. Not very clean place.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms are dirty and nothing functions. AC was not cold until about 6 hours in, refrigerator did not work, tv changed channels only a few times, no ice buckets although ice machine did work, no bath mat, only 2 towels, no shower curtain liner, the decorative outside shower curtain was beyond filthy, "breakfast" was coffee and juice. Front desk person was nice when I went to get more towels. Bed was good firmness and water pressure was good.

Smelly and dirty hotel. Room smelled like cigarette besides asking for a non smoking room. Bed sheets and pillows smell like sweat. Toilet was dirty and found cigarette buds in it. The free "continental" breakfast was non existent, woke up at 8am for a coffee and there was NOTHING not even a drop of juice. Only stay here if there is no other option.

For the price I paid, this was the worst breakfast I’ve ever been offered. Instant oatmeal packets and refrigerated mini cinnamon rolls, no other food. They had orange juice and bad coffee (in tiny cups with no lids available so you can’t take it on the road). No other perks to make up for it either (pool, exercise room, etc).Also, having just looked at the prices that popped up when I looked up the hotel to write the review, they took advantage of a late-night traveler by charging me over $120 for a single room when their nightly rate for a room is around $70.Two stars instead of one because at least it was clean and safe.

Desk clerk wouldn't quit talking on his phone long enough to check me in properly. I'm thinking he may have been the owner. I was given a non-working key card the first time so he just moved me to another room.?. The room appeared clean but in very bad shape. From the holes in the bathroom door, to the torn up wall covering, to the door that wouldn't secure, an empty kleenex box, blood stains and burn holes in the sheets, no ashtray, not cups for a drink of water, not even a washcloth!! One towel and a floor mat for a king size room. Had to move couch in front of the door to feel somewhat safe and there was all kinds of trash underneath. There was also a smashed fly on the mirror. For $91, I expected better. I wish I knew how to add pictures because I have some doozies. Lol.

Not good, mattress had a huge indentation in it. In the photo I pushed the sheet down so it was visible. I didn't have the guts to lift up the sheet and check. The room looks like it hadn't been updated in many years. We tried making a reservation on the phone and by the time someone got to us we were in front of the hotel. When we walked in 30 seconds later they tried to tell us it was full, but magically, they found room. Plan your trip so you don't have to stay here.

This motel we stayed at was in the worst condition I have ever seen. Our first room given to us was absolutely uninhabitable, I will not go into detail about the condition. After requesting another room in better condition we were placed in room #116. The beds were jammed up against the wall, there were wall plugs with missing and broken wall plates, the television did not work, the airconditioner drained into the room, causing the carpeted floors to become saturated with condensate water and the bed sheets were littered with cigarette burns in both rooms. Additionally, the shower head sprayed out of the connection in the wall and shot water around the bathroom ceiling and all over the walls, the shower bar was loose and soon to come out of the wall. We discussed the condition of the room with another customer in the next room and he found that his room was in the same state as ours. The continental breakfast was possibly the most interesting part, we were offered a plastic wrapped muffin, dark water and the option of a twinkie. They even had the equipment there to make the breakfast, but clearly had no desire to do anything more than the bare minimum.On top of all of all of this the pool was closed and covered and the pool deck had large weeds growing around the perimeter along with 5 broken and rusty air conditioners tossed over the dilapidated wood fence.HOWEVER, if you do find yourself staying at this heap, the restaurant next door, Las Brisas was the best Mexican food I have had since living in Mexico.
