If your traveling down I55 & need a quick nutritious meal stop in at Panda Express. Service is friendly & speedy. Our meals were delicious & fairly nutritious. No fried burger & fries, those get old when you travel. The staff was courteous & friendly. Not really a crowd dining inside so it was a relaxing stop. The restrooms rooms were clean too!

I travel for work and stay next-door at the nearby hotel. I walk over there once a week during the evening to grab a carry out. The food is typical quick Chinese. If you’ve ever eaten panda express, it’s pretty much the same. Everything I have ordered always comes out extremely hot and taste fresh. I’m very impressed with the service, courtesy, and friendliness of all the workers here I have never had a bad experience they all are very pleasant talkative never seem to be having a bad day. It is nice when you are on the road to have friendly service.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru after ordering, only to be treated rudely when I asked for my money back because my lunch time was almost over. Much better places to eat in Cape Girardeau. Avoid like the plague

Never any food. 6 pm on a Saturday and there is half a scoop of orange chicken, some chow mein, some old dark brown egg rolls and nothing else. I'm a big fan of PE and have eaten at more than I can count from Cali to New York but my hometown one here in Cape never fails to disappoint. I've given this way too many chances and I will not be back!Whoever runs this should travel to California or really any other PE in the country to get the real PE experience and adjust accordingly.

Came in and we were greeted quickly and very friendly. We dash and are in many restaurants when working and i must admit that not only was the food very good but the clean and open environment was so very pleasant. I recommend anyone to come and enjoy

It's difficult for me not to leave a business with a 5 star review. We've been here a few times though so I just can't. The staff is nice. The food is good. The tables are not always cleaned in between customers and I've never seen them sanitized!! 😐 We often see gunk on the tables... The storage room is always left open on your way to the bathroom. The floors are not cleaned. The bathroom door is SO Heavy (but I know that's common of bathroom doors). There's only 1 true handicapped table that's provided. These are all things you may not notice unless you are handicapped with a Wheelchair and/or Service Dog. Even parking can be a little tricky as some non-handicapped drivers will still park right up on you in the handicapped parking space making loading very difficult. Cleanliness is SO important!! It's the least that a restaurant can do. I hope this restaurant will consider making some positive choices.

TL;DR: Seems like a decent Panda Express.Although I've never been to another location, service was excellent, prompt and friendly. The food was appropriately warm and tasted decent. The fried rice was dry but that may just be how it usually is here.I recommend the sweet fire chicken. A little spicy and tangy with chunks of pineapple.

I believe that Madison portrays an amazing potential to be better at her position. I think it's the managements fault for not properly training this young mind to be a great asset for Panda Express. I hope Madisons heart softens to her potential customers and is happy. When we post these reviews, we never take into consideration what the employee is going through. So I pray that Madison is in a great place and just needs training.

Without a doubt the most disgusting food I've had in cape Girardeau. Almost immediately sick to my stomach. The soy sauce smelled like old beer or something. Panda express should be ashamed of the food here

The service was absolutely horrible, I was not greeted at the speaker nor the drive through window. Upon giving my payment I said “Hi” to the server Kelsie at the window, I got no response back. The window was shut and open again with my food, the server said not one word to me the whole experience. Then I open my food to see a small portion, of four tiny pieces of chicken with no sauce which I had previously asked for. As well as burnt rice that I could not even swallow. I would not recommend this place to anyone given that there are many other local Chinese places that have better food and customer service for the same price.

Consistently out of menu items. Like, every single time. Went there today for lunch and when i opened my bag there was no silverware or napkins. When I asked I was told they were out of silverware. Cool, guess I'll eat my food with my bare hands. Terribly run establishment. An absolute joke. The only redeeming quality is that the food they actually bother to stock in proper quantities and can actually prepare is decent.

It's ok. It could be better with actual Chinese serving the food and the price really was a bit much for the serving. The cost was $12.80 I could have paid that at the real Chinese restaurant and would have gotten quite more. It just doesn't seem authentic.

Stopped here yesterday while shopping in Cape and ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with lo mein and super greens. I was too hot to eat it so I brought it home with me. Got it out of the fridge today and while eating, I bit into a staple or some type of small piece of metal. This incident could've ended badly and it was a scary and disturbing moment. I was already disappointed with the fatty chicken that I was served but I like Panda Express and would've overlooked that. Metal in my food can't be overlooked. It's dangerous and I could've choked or been severely hurt by it. Shame on whoever is to blame for not being more careful with your food products. I won't be eating at this location again and I don't know if I will ever eat at any Panda Express in the future.

It’s really horrible fried rice. No salt no soy bean sauce. I tried many different Panda Express before. This fired rice was the most horrible one I have ever eaten.

The service was not great, when the girl brought our food out she had forgot something and she told me to go back through the drive through instead of just going in and grabbing it and coming back out. Then they did not include something from my order so I again had to go to the drive through and tell them that they did not give us part of our order. The girl asked for my receipt and then acted like I was lying about not getting it. Worst of all my family and I were all sick the next day with food poisoning. It was not a great experience.

Stopped in for lunch. Never having been before. The young lady behind the food counter was very polite and extremely helpful helping me decide. I chose a plate, that included super greens, honey walnut shrimp, and a steak and vegetable dish. I enjoyed the meal very much. The shrimp was like candy, delicious. Only negative observation was that the drink machines were not available not sure why. I will return. It was very good.

Arrived at store 11:00. Supposed to open at 11:00. Had five minutes waiting in parking lot for doors to be unlocked. Only about half of menu items ready for serving. We're told additional items would take approximately fifteen minutes. Made our selections and sat in dining area to eat. Drink station also missing couple selections. Food had good flavor but staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

Very disappointed in the broccoli/beef I received from this location. As you can see in the picture very very very little beef in the small portion I received.
