I've been shopping here for years and today an employee was incredibly rude to me and when I spoke with the manager about it, she could have cared less and had no intention of speaking to her employee about it. The employee talked bad about me to the next customer in line which happened to be my mother. When speaking to the manager a random woman walked up and agreed with me telling the manager that the lady was very rude, that she had witnessed it, I didn't even know this woman. I don't know how the manager got her position but it was not from doing a good job. Granted this has never happened before and I've been shopping here for years, however, if they believe it's ok to speak to and about customer that way out in the open instead of closed doors then I don't want to support them. Hope they are nicer to others.

Great place to shop and sell. We have no storage so we don't keep anything so we take it to Bear Market to rid ourselves of unwanted and unneeded items. They sell it for you, they take their fair cut and put your cut in your account. We have grandchildren always in need of clothes so we buy for them against our account. Great arrangement!

They got a lot of stuff to choose from. I got me like a 20 inch half inch drive breaker bar there for 8.50$ that's a steal! Don't think they realized what it was tho. They had it labeled long wrench LoL.

Their prices are reasonable. They have started lowering the prices down so low they are giving the merchandise away. They are still making money but the consignor is the loser. Won't display items in the appropriate location.

THE place for second hand EVERYTHING at the Lake. If you are a thrift shopper, you will spend hours here. Fitting rooms available. Each week tag colors are displayed with discounts. It's possible to get that thrill of the bargain here!

Soooo much stuff! Good prices. Nice people. And if you take your time and look carefully, you can usually find a gem-one time I found, and bought, a Louis Vuitton large scarf/wrap for $4, it's worth $800.Update--3/2022--Less stuff, a bit higher prices. Still found some cool stuff...costume jewelry, odds and ends. My son found a brand new (basically) pair of very expensive boots for $38. All told, I spent around $50, and got some cool stuff. Still 5 ⭐.

Awesome place to get new and / or slightly used... Well, about anything really. Walked in looking for a suit jacket for my son's class project, walked away with a new suit, belt and shirt for $25.00. How can you beat that for a spur of the moment trip to find something last minute.

Place is fun and well managed, the prices are gouging and a bit grotesque. For some things you'll find some deals, but most of it, you'll see on marketplace being given away then sold for %300 the value. Like couches and furniture. Ridiculous. Never the less, they always have a little something to walk away with.

Just a heads up: Any "responses" on Google Maps or Facebook are COMPUTER GENERATED and NOT actual statements/replies from the owner of Bear Market. She pays a company to "handle" that for her.Also, CONSIGNERS beware that this business is not managed well. It would be in your best interest to be as involved as you can - in order to keep track of your belongings because THEY WON'T.As an ex employee, I was witness to multiple items being lost/stolen or otherwise misplaced. CONSIGNERS that don't pay attention can lose out.

The clothes were very well priced & it was really easy to find everything, The toys were a bit pricy for being used & missing pieces & I wanted a water chair & seen 2 of them, one was $8 the other $60, they were almost the same except one had brand name on it, but the cheaper one works just as well. The only thing I didn't like was the cashiers, the ones working were amazing, my complaint is they need more of them. We stood in line to check out longer than we did shopping. But everything I got I'll definitely be shopping there yet

It's hard to buy stuff you can't see. The store gives off a vibe of not trusting its customers. That may be well reasoned, but it makes for an inconvenient shopping experience. Some things you can find good deals on, but others are wildly off. It's the only thift store of its size in the area, so it's got something going for it.

They have a 24 hour very strict return policy on power tools and more expensive items I spent $60 on a leaf blower which I thought was a good buy but (and they said it worked) I got it home and tried to get it to work and the fuel lines were completely brittle and broken inside the machine. Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed and haven't got it to start at all. Went to work the next day and wasn't able to adhere to the 24 hour limited return so I'm out $60 and no leaf blower. They also have a ton of marked up products which clearly are very used and abused and aren't very far off of MSRP..painted as consignment but clearly cutting massive profits off of donated items. Went looking for a wireless phone charger, and wouldn't you know they actually had one or two there. You can find just about anything there. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked where the baby items were located. It's just cool to find a store you can get almost anything and the items are always changing and being added to.

Many cool items but many items are over priced. Customer service is also a hit and miss. Easy to walk and have carts available and run 50% & 80% off deals
