Most everything is great at the california store being in a smaller town. Supplies are limited and some things have been out of stock for what seems like months but that’s not unusual in these times. Employees are friendly and willing to help.

I went to this particular store cuz I needed a big metal bucket and a bag of small rocks, they had one dented up bucket and no rock, I would have to drive 3 times as far to go to another store carrying those products. The employees were helpful in locating the lone bucket and friendly which always makes for a better experience.

Usually i have nothing but good to say about Orschelns but the last 3-4 weeks they are out of everything i needed and say they are not sure if it will come in and there has been a large increase in prices of items 😪 i do'nt like buying online because i want to support our local stores but when they do'nt have in stock what i need they leave me no choice !!

They were in the middle of transforming into Tractor Supply and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit this store again.

This hardware store is really good. People are great. Knowledgeable ,weather it be an employee or the owner or the manager. I'm glad there's something called a hardware store in this little bitty city

We stopped in to check out the new & improved Jefferson City store. I ended up getting a few things. Two new John Deere tshirts for my 17 yr old son, a new outdoor WELCOME mat, and theater style microwave popcorn (love that stuff) later we had some ideas for what to shop for next time.👍

Nice place. Easy access to road. Good parking. Lots of variety of items for animal care, farming, jewelry, clothes ect...to many things to name. Staff is very friendly and helpful in locating items if your in a hurry.

I love the store! However, I bought Tomcat mouse bait traps and haven't gotten one!The mice are TERRIBLE this year! Does anyone have anyTried and true Mice killers? I would LOVE TO BORROW A GREAT MOUSER CAT FOR A WHILE! I'LL GIVE IT TREATS AND IT'LL COME HOME FAT!

Hours of operation are false. It says 9pm to close but I went by needing jumper cables and they were closed. This was 8:30 PM.

Priced idams wrong when it had the price clearly on the merchandise, when I wanted to get the $ back that I was owed they gave me the run a round. So I took it to my hometown store got it done no issues.

I often go to the Orschlens farm stores where I nearly always find what I am looking for. Today I purchased a couple of items that I will need to carry me through the Winter season as I get my wood stove started tonight.

It's Chick Days! I love wandering around this store. I found a pair of soft stretchy sleep pants in camo with stripes and stars and a super soft t-shirt that said faith not fear so that's my new favorite sleep ensemble! It was my daughter's birthday and they had an incap with all colors of pinwheels. I brought my daughter home a pink one and I bought my friend a purple one. They both really had fun blowing on those pinwheels and watching them go round. I plan to hang a birdhouse soon and will be going back to orschlens to get all my supplies for that project. The double blooming pink hyacinth plant I got there last summer is still growing and thriving so I may try my hand at a few more things this year.

Well organized. Work boots are available to try on, not tied to the shelves like another Orshlens I was in. Employee even come and asked if we needed help. 👍👍👍

Plenty of parking. Smaller orscheln fewer clothes. We purchased natural flea treatment. Very helpful and nice staff
