GREAT PLACE, I take my two dogs Lady & Sophie for Grooming ( bathes/nail trimming). I also boarded them June 2023 for 11 days while I vacation. Never had a worry, I knew they wear safe and well taking care of. I highly recommend Aurora Pet Salon Grooming/BoardingThank you Holly & Girls 🐕‍

Took Bandit to her today and he left looking like A MILLION DOLLARS. She did so good on him! This was his first time going to her and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! He came back so soft, smelling good, and trimmed so clean! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been taking all five of my dogs to Bailey, at Aurora Pet Salon, for over a year now. The grooming they do is excellent. My dogs do not stress when I leave them and I have always been please with their work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing dog baths, grooming and/or nail trims.

Best decision I ever made was taking my little guy here they always do such an amazing job on him and make him look extra extra cute! They know exactly how I want my little guy trimmed up I never have to tell them and I also love how they are always able to get my boy booked for an appointment so quickly hes never had to wait no longer than a couple weeks to get a trim!! and guys if they don't answer the phone right away it's cause they can't hear over the buzzers and dryers don't get your panties in a twist over it!

She took my English Bulldog in right away last minute and got her nails trimmed. I was so grateful I was tipping, she even tried to refuse the tip...she said was not a big deal, but it was to me and Lily!! I am so grateful will be using her for my grooming. Lily liked her and she was gentle cutting the nails!!!

First time today for me and sable. Very impressed with not only the job they did on sable but at least five other dogs left and a couple more in the less than an hour I waited. They made it look easy as they must know how to improvise on the spot .The parking lot stayed full the whole time.Well oiled machine.Super job.

Severely disappointed and will not be returning. One of my worst experiences ever. My daughter paid 40 dollars for her dog to have a bath. When she called up she told the company that she wanted her dog to have a nice trim which they assured her they would do and understand. Once she dropped her dog off she once again explained this. Two hours later my daughter picks her dog up only to find out they gave her a bath and she's not even dry all the way. So here she is paying money for something she could have done at home and now hs getting a wet dog. How is this right?! Will not be going back or recommending!!! Do not go to this place.

I brought my dogs and filthy. Really filthy. They got me right in and out at a price that I thought was extremely reasonable. I will certainly be back. I love the way that they are gentle and caring with our pets. I highly recommend and trust them.

The first time I called for an appt I was put thru to the message machine. I left a message and the call was never returned. So I drove out to their new place to make an appt. I had to search the building to find someone. Made an appt for a groom and nail clip for 2 of my little dogs. They were given a bath and 1/2 of a groom with no nails clipped. I had to go home and finish the groom and clip the nails. Will never go back there.
