Very poor service today. 3 employees who truly acted like they didn’t want to be there. Cashier didn’t bother to greet anyone at the door. Never smiled at any of the customers in checkout. Manager was rude. Hit my cart & then placed a box right on the items I was looking at. And the guy never offered any help at all when there was a line, he just stood at the office door like he was reading it.

There is only one cashier. She has rang for the manager 6 times already and she does not come! The line is down the aisle with 15 people in line. This manager is not very helpful every time I come in here. Always seems rude. She just came to the front and said I will take someone in three if you do not have a lot!! Oh my!!

Extremely disappointed in my visit to dollar tree in wiggins, ms! There was no price on the batteries that I was paying for so I was under the assumption they were still a dollar. My total came up higher than what I expected so I asked the lady that was on shift at 1:20 p.m on 3/24/23, to remove one item and she got snappy with me and told me, "This is why y'all have to be careful when checking out, now I have to start a new ticket!" She had an extremely bad attitude and add a customer I was infuriated with the experience! I even explained to her why my transaction was higher than what I expected and she tried to lie about there being any price on the batteries.

The manger is just straight up rude as hell. Older lady with dark blonde hair. She must really hate her life to be so rude to customers and her employees. She will be screaming at her employees and then snatched my grandmothers buggie and screamed ar her for no reason. And we still came back because this is in our area and she is just rude. That lady needs to be fired or retained on her customer service. You want good customer service go to the Saucier Dollar tree. They are amazing. Wont be back to this hell hole.

It's beyond GREAT having a Dollar General so close to where I live. I went there twice yesterday and plan to go there often in the future. I work nights and live in the country so getting to the store is hard. This new store will make my life a lot easier!

The customer service is always good. It's always a little messy but they are BUSY and there are only so many people working at a time to tend to it. The store is always clean. The quality of the products is low, but what do you expect for a dollar? I love buying cheap holiday decorations, baskets, simple house decor, and the occasional candy!

The manager in the morning called Zac is disrespectful, I entered his store trying to change only the SIZE of a shirt that I did not fit, and he kicked me out and was rude, it is the first time this has happened to me in a dollar tree, the guy was just rude and didn't feel like listening to me, he just said NO all at once lousy customer service.

Was a lil packed with freight to be put out but being shorthanded they are doing their best and get it looking good again. Yes it has changed, the prices went up .25 on everything but still worth going and they are putting stock out left and right! It is really looking good.

it's a hazard and I'm not sure if they know what inventory is cuz it's kind of all over the place and it's kind of hard to know where things go because things aren't really put in place they're still in boxes shout out to the dollar store for always being a dollar this is a busier store because Walmart is more expensive and people come over here so I imagine it's hard to keep the shelves stocked I've typically always had good customer service at the cashiers which I just know that the faster cashiers are more useful because that gives time for the second person to go stock things I don't know maybe a stalker early in the morning before opening in one after closing and one during the daytime if you have a fast cashier but I always appreciate their kindness and them doing their best God bless

This is a great Dollar Tree. Very neat and organized and the service was excellent. Be sure to lock your car door as my daughter's purse was gone through while we were shopping. Parked at the front door too.

One employee was very rude ... she was around 50or 60... me and my little brothers were standing behind this woman who was checking out. The employee was so enthusiastic with the customer before us ... she was talking to her about Christmas and everything. Whenever it was our turn to check out , she told us our total straight up and guided us on how to read the card machine as if we were dense or something. It was very disrespectful the way her smile turned upside down, her voice even changed... she was rolling her eyes and all. Out of respect we paid and left. This is a store we’ve been coming to for years .... it was very difficult to get over.

This stores managers knew about a confirmed case of Covid-19 in the store and did not inform employees or shut down for 4 day after finding out the information.The public was still shopping here getting exposed to potential danger for 4 days and they did not care.

Dollar tree Wiggins Ms has possibly exposed the whole town of Wiggins to covid 19 when they knew on June 22 a employee was sick and was conformed yesterday the only way the other employees knew was one of them called hr the local store management did not inform anyone
