I’m not from water valley but have visited on and off since I was a child. Town has grown and ebbed and flowed over the years, but I noticed the pharmacy customers were greeted happily and conducted business happily. Very different than the corporate pharmacies. I was just a tourist and was greeted. A lot of neat little gift ideas and a few cold or cooling off snacks. I got a grade ice slush only .75cents. Great for that heat and just to catch a break. The free newspapers are a nice idea. I can see the games being fun for both children and elderly customers. The soda fountain is a great photo opportunity.

One of the best places I’ve ever worked!!This family and their workers have been nothing but a blessing to me and my family. They took me in with open arms and accepted me for who I am. The whole store is filled with such great spirit and friendly smiles that I have the pleasure to see every single day. The people of WV are just as amazing as well!! I will say my favorite part of working here is getting one of those famous hugs ! The Turnage’s are a blessing and I’m forever grateful for them.

We are very pleased with the service. They are amazing people and they are always willing to help. The Turnage family has help the community. We love the old time soda fountain and the guys who work there are always chatting with the kids. Jackson and Erick always remember what our kids like. They have amazing gifts and books. Mr Bobby is only reason I go so kind and caring more then most people I know but the rest of them care nothing about the people or the town only pay day matters

What a gem this place is! Family-owned and has cute cute gifts and home decor inside! We stopped in as a family, with our four year old son, for ice cream. One of the pharmacists chatted with us awhile and took the time to thank us for being there. This is the type of business that is a backbone in a small town and should be given your support! Plus, they have milkshakes, coffees, and rootbeer floats!
