The customer service is horrible. They talk extremely rude to their customers. I sat in drive thru for over 15min and when I came in the pharmacist was talking to a lady in a car about a sorority. This has to stop or I am changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. If the pharmacist is rude and disrespectful then the technicians working with them will think it’s okay. I tried to give no stars but it won’t let me do the review without it.

I'm sorry but customer service is very necessary in a business especially one as big as this chain. I'm glad I called and then after my experience, I looked at the reviews. No wonder. I called and needed to be transferred to the photo dept to ask a simple question that I knew they should know and could just relay the information. My answer was to go online and find it. Ummmm.....you work there. Excellent customer service would have been to look online for me if you didn't know the answer and tell me. It seemed as though the person just didn't want to be bothered and obviously didn't want to do her job. Looks like a refresher course in customer service is much needed. I will take my business else where.

Terrible service experience in the photo department- none of the employees knew how to work the machines, they were not willing to help (nor did they care), the one item i did get from my order was defective and they tried to tell me that it was supposed to be as it was (rudely) so I was unable to get it and the worst part was they DID NOT CARE AT ALL. I frequent this store on a weekly basis but I will never spend another dollar there after the way I was treated and the poor service I received tonight.

If I could give them 0 stars I sure would. Pitiful clay street can actually call my dr to get a prescription done that I had 1 more for but this one can’t do anything they’re supposed to. On top of their slow as hell, they never have anything in stock and horrible horrible customer service mine or my children’s prescriptions will come here again.

This is at least the third time I've come to pick up prescriptions after they told me they were ready and had to wait half an hour for them to fill one that they "forgot."I also, scheduled a flu shot appointment. They confirmed said appointment via text. When I got there, I was told they were out of flu shots and had been for several weeks. If your goal is to be frustrated and have your time wasted, this is the place for you. I have transferred my prescriptions somewhere else and won't be going back here for any of my needs.

First in line for vaccine, waited 30 minutes after checking in, still nothing. Politely asked what was taking so long, only to be made to wait longer. Watched the ‘certified vaccinator’ (Tiara) conversate and laugh with coworker... 10 minutes later, told them we weren’t able to wait any longer. So she shrugs her shoulders and nods her head at me. Slowest service ever, and no attempt to accommodate the customer. Just pitiful.Update: Visited the Clay Street store today. 5th in line for vaccine, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff were fast paced, friendly, and eager to serve the customers. Halls Ferry do better!

Well, ok, they're busy. I called in my prescription and they told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes. No wait to speak of on the phone call, which is actually strange at Walgreens.I got there and there were 5 people in line so it took about 10 minutes to get to the front, at 5minutes they put an additional tech at the counter.Prescription was ready, handed to me by a very pleasant young lady, we had a nice exchange, and I left.And yes, sometimes it takes longer than we want at the pharmacy. But, whatever was wrong here was fixed.

Worst customer service. Not just this Walgreen's but other Walgreens as well. Dropped off my rx at 8:30 am and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Came back at 1:15 pm waited inside at the counter for 10 min with pharmacy employees walking passed me several times and nobody said a word to me. So I go through the drive through and she tells me it will be 30 minutes. I wouldn't have been so irritated if they had acknowledged me at the counter. To get addressed I had to go through the drive through.

You cannot access information about your prescriptions easily. Auto call tells you have refills ready then when you go to pick them up, they don’t have any ready to pick up. Blood pressure meds that I need, they won’t have any in store so have to wait for an order to come in. I will call n my prescriptions and it will tell me to pick up next day. When I go to pick up they don’t know why I am so there???????

I went there a couple a weeks ago this lovely lady name Ashley was great act getting me out if there in time she deserves a raise . Most definitely approve of this place I'd she's there keep thank you walgreens

If I could give no stars I would. First on my prescription it says can fill on 5/15. We are from out of town so we drop it off come back she tells us they can't fill it . It can't be filled until the 15... it's the 15. So tells us come back tomorrow. We come back they tell us rudely again that it's not filled a d we will have to wait. Actually don't even tell us to wait or how long just "it's not ready you gotta come back". Ok when how long? 30 mins. It was supposed to be filled yesterday, then this morning and now wait again. Get your heads together tell people a certain time and read the scripts right.

A super special shout out to Michelle in the pharmacy.I was having trouble getting a script filled for my furbaby and Michelle went above and beyond to help me locate the med at the correct dosage!She took the time to contact other stores and talk to the Pharmacist for me at her Wallgreens to help me get this sorted out and she did it with a phone call and did it QUICK!!!!!She asked me to give her 30 minutes to see what she could do and she was ON IT! When I called back 30 minutes later, she had things set for me to get the script filled!I moved to the area a few months ago and was running in circles trying to find some place that could fill the script and was getting frustrated. Michelle, THANK YOU!!! You made my day!!

Heavy set white lady that worked in Christmas Eve followed me around the store the entire time made it SO obvious she was following me and my son and watching me. I’m very aware of my surroundings and she made me SOOO uncomfortable. I couldn’t shop in peace I just went to wal mart and tj max and got my family gifts that I PAID FOR so stop stereotyping. Garbage store.

The pharmacy here is slow slow SLOW! Waited in the store for over an hour for antibiotics. People don't wait in the store for a prescription unless they have sick folks in the car that need those meds to feel better!

Not really sure if there has recently been a change in Management or what but staff has become less friendly and even rude at times. I won't stop there again unless it's the only place that has whatever I need. I'd rather drive a little further to see friendly staff ....

They need more people working in the pharmacy. They texted me about a problem with my prescription and when I call them back I stayed on hold for twelve minutes and then they hang up the call, TWICE!!
