My daughter birthday party was awesome!! Staff was on point. Very attentive to all the kids. The heat didn't stop them from doing an amazing job with all the kids. Thanks Kidz Kountry

Attended a birthday party. Owner was very rude. Too many goats. Websie says birthday kids (there were 2) would get a tshirt and she said we don't do that anymore. (Then get it off your website). It was a positive experience for the kids to see such a variety of animals, but the rudeness of the owner was very disappointing for my friend who had the party for her kids and for the kids at the party. I do not recommend this place for a field trip or birthday party. It's obviously a money making venture and. It one where the animals are well taken care of (too many goats) and the customers are treated with kindness and respect.

This was so amazing the owners and staff was so attentive with the kids and Animals. My family truely enjoyed everything. The train ride was amazing. Can wait to do this for my grandson.

Our family was at the petting zoo today at the Bartlett Festival. We all love animals and while we are not experts at livestock husbandry, I know enough to know that the hooves of all of the animals were extremely long, especially on the goats. It is very important for their overall health to have their hooves kept trimmed. If hooves are left too long it can make it difficult for the goat to walk, and can effect joints in the pastern and knees. As hooves grow, they often curl over trapping bacteria against the foot pad. This can cause hoof rot and infection.I know it is difficult to keep up with grooming on that many animals, but if someone isn't able to do it or pay for it, you really should consider having less animals. The fact that you let your animals go out to a large event with their hooves in that condition is absolutely appalling and shameful.

I had so much fun here. My son is in Kindergarten & went here for a field trip. We were able to actually interact with so many of the animals.

The activities were great, kids had a great time. Some of the employees are very rude. You would think they would be used to dealing with kids .
