Very messy. They do have a lot of options for baby items like 0-3 pacifiers and puffs. They didn't have a large selection of fruit snacks. There were a lot of broken items and items that aren't out of their stock shelves. Not to impressed.

This store is in extreme disarray. I give it 4 star as the employees are always nice. There is no lighting in the parking lot.

I walked in for some Ohana-Punch soda and 2Pac was playing on the store music. They had no Ohana-Punch but the vibe was great. 10/10 would come in again just to walk an isle lap for the music. PS. Order some Ohana-Punch.

Not over 3 customers in the store. At checkout I was told unless I'm paying cash I had to use self check. I refuse to use and they would not check me at the "cash" register. I left my cart and will not be back. Most of us older shoppers prefer help and you don't seem to want us in this store.

I know it's not the manager's fault he can't hide the help he needs sometimes they're open and sometimes they're closed they need 30 people working at this store that way when two or three people don't show up for the day you can call in more people not close your doors you are so afraid you're going to pay somebody more money y'all would rather close your doors really you get a zero with me not even a one

Merchandise was in the middle of the isles instead of on the shelves. The employees are busy stocking the shelves during the store open hours than serving the customers. Unlike any other Family Dollar I ever visited. However, the customer service is excellent.

Weeds two feet high, they are a bad neighbor. Doors locked and business is just randomly closed . Store is in constant state of disarray, lots of inventory on floor, many items in wrong place and unpriced. It's chaos. The place is just chronically under staffed. Competition in the area is desperately needed.

Worst place in the world to shop see allot of people saying store messy but they are great employees.. if they was great employees the store wouldn't be a mess. My mother that had cancer can't get down the rows with our trying over thing sir is horrible

At approximately 1:00 p.m. today @ this Family Dollar I was shocked at how unkept & disorganized this store was. Clothes all over the floor under multiple racks. Boxes & stacks of product blocking nearly all the aisles. Clerk by herself, on phone sounding like private call. Family Dollar you failed with this store. From Iowa & proud of our work force and pride in businesses.

Very friendly staff. Did not seem extremely busy. Within seconds of going near the cash registering, an emoyee was there to check you out.

Always unorganized and has something going on. For example, Long lines, no cash back, exact bills needed, no change, no card/cash only. And there’s always a bunch of junk on the isles floor.

Went to family dollar after work in southaven Ms and only one in front of me checking out with a HUGE basket and asked the cashier if they had another checker bc I had ONE item and was told NO MAAM in the most rude voice

The bathroom is not open to the public but one of the employees pointed me toward it and I asked the cashier but she was very rude and told me I couldn't use the bathroom. She was also on her phone while she checked my sister and I out . She was very rude when I asked her where the bathroom was.

This place is disgusting. Trash everywhere. The inside is run down, trash everywhere. The outside looks like someone just dumped their garbage all over the parking lot.
