My favorite store in the area. Nice & clean . Nice workers and a very nice Manager named Brett Calvery. I haven’t noticed Brett in the store lately but I am not fond of the store manager named Allen he is rude and on multiple occasions I saw him being rude to other customers.

This store is the cleanest Goodwill we have been in also the management team and workers are super friendly and very helpful. Enjoy shopping here.

Well the store is nice and kept up but this one worker was very rude to me! So I just left. I will not buy something from y’alls store with a employee treating me that way!

I love most of the stuff I see but again with what I’m hearing from other shoppers in the store and reading here I agree!! Saltillo store is way overpriced. I can go buy a brand new pair of shoes for what they are asking. Up $40 on a pair of shoes??? Lowest I saw was $20? It is ridiculously out of hand. Management needs to realize that POOR people used to frequent this store. To buy thrift prices. This is a donated goods service. If the prices don’t go down I’ll be donating my goods elsewhere. Where poor people including me… can afford to purchase things.

Scored a black leather purse for less than $10 and an ornate candlestick that was over 2 foot tall for $9. Great prices. Very clean smelling tidy store.

The store was neat and clean, there were a lot of clothes to choose from at really low prices. In fact my mom is still in there shopping I couldn't hang with her LOL. But I got a buggy full of clothes for very little money and I'm happy with it. My mom loves this store she comes here all the time.

Find some good items in the Saltillo store. Customer service is good but some items are way over priced to be donated. Overall a good place.

My favorite store! Great prices and friendly staff.UPDATE: They're prices have gotten ridiculous!!! I had a 5 star but i changed it. Also they up the price of things they think are real but alot of the stuff is knock offs ecspecially the purses!!! Dont shop there as much as i use too.

I enjoy going to thrift stores and Goodwill is my favorite. The employees are nice and they have a clean organized store. They have gotten pricey. I believe when they have a sale they should explain at register if your tag doesn't qualify for the discount. If they don't lower their prices I believe they will lose many good customers like myself.

This store has made a huge turn around since my last visit in months looks to be all new staff , the shelves are more neat and stocked , alot friendlier staff with a how can I help you attitude I definitely will be back to this location

decent thrift store. Everything is pretty organized, but I think in the staff’s attempt to stay on top of things, they easily run over people. When shopping, it gets frustrating to constantly be moving so a fast walking worker can get through. I appreciate the organization though. The quality of items didn’t seem as good as City Thrift.

The store is in a good location, inside is clean and well organized, the staff is friendly and helpful. The reason for 4 stars is they're a little pricey on things especially considering it is all donations. I think if they would reconsider the pricing system they would do so much better

Awesome store!! It’s huge and has basically everything! The only thing missing were toys?! The prices are great and employees are constantly restocking with new items. It’s a treasure hunt, make sure you allow time for your hunting! You’ll be sad to leave without enough time to shop!!

My review today is an ongoing issue at the Saltillo store.  Racks are full and overflowing.  The reason is this is the highest priced Goodwill I deal with.  I have been to 8 Goodwills this week and purchased many shirts with brand names like Columbia, Nike, Adidas, etc for either 5.99 or 6.99.  This store here in Saltillo charges 14.99 to 25.99 for such items.  This is the main store I shop at.  You all are donated items.  Why price gouge to the point it is better off just to buy new? This is an alarming trend that I see only in the Memphis stores.  I have been in Goodwills in South Carolina and North Carolina and the many in the Mid-South Corporation.   It is only in the Memphis Stores that I see the significant mark-up.  I know each area of the United States is owned differently but it seems this store needs to be reported to the BBB.  Like I mentioned above this is my main store to purchase items but it is fixing to quickly get marked off my list of stores to shop at.  There are many examples from my shopping experience today but here is the main one.  I saw an Adidas jacket todat for 24.99 at Saltillo.  The other day in another one of the Memphis Goodwills I got it for 6.99.

I think if the store was laid out better i would give it 4 stars. You couldn't go down the aisle if someone else was anywhere on it. The aisle were just too close together. Prices seemed a little bit higher than some other stores i been too.

I love to shop here. You just never know what you will find. My favorite thing is to buy suit coats and dress shoes & shirts there for my husband and boys. It saves me a fortune and keeps them looking sharp.

The merchandise was GREAT but the prices reflected that of brand new merchandise not used, donated prices. I've traveled all over the United States and by far this was the most expensively priced Goodwill. More expensive than N.Y., Maryland, Las Vegas, California or anywhere I've traveled.

Clean, well organized, and doesnt have that "junky" feel found in a number of thrift stores that makes you want a shower as soon as you leave. The staff is friendly, courteous , and helpful.

First Goodwill that I noticed to were there have different pricing techniques to sale clothes instead of all shirts and all pants same price... Not here... Pants have different prices and shirts have different prices due to designer... Not right... Not shipping here anymore... They profit for themselves...

I can't say enough about this place it was amazing I bought a really nice intertainment center there and I bought a practically new sofa and love seat at a steal of a deal workers were very helpful and friendly I will be going back very soon
