This is my favorite Walmart location out of all Walmart I've been to in the United States, hands down. The selection is amazing, the store is always clean, neat, well organized, and shelves are always stocked. Employees are always kind and helpful with a smiling face and welcoming attitude.

A great Mexican restaurant without the alcohol for those who do like that. Their food is always good the is always friendly and now they have an online ordering out where you can order from Google for pick up pretty cool keep up the great work.

They didn't have cashier yesterday there was 2 if not 3 of us having to pay with check. We asked one of the workers to get the Manger and she never did .we had to go to the service desk and those ladies were not happy at all cause we had to come there we was raising u know what in line cause they would not get the Manger even those ladies would not call the Manger 4 us .I told one the ladies I was sorry for losing my cool she said well I am getting yelled at and I can't help people want show up for work I replied by well I don't get paid to check myself out either. I left before I lost my cool because I knew they would cause the law

Customer service has improved alot, only thing I can complain about is items not being in stock. They literally never have my brand of dog food. The super center always has it but Ripley has it maybe once a month. Very frustrating

Only has one real cashier, all the rest are do it yourself checkout. Until I get paid by walmart as employee I refuse to use.On the good side the energy in this Walmart is not scary or freaky like most of them.

I'm a diecast collector. Everytime i go hunting, its just the same old thing. No new shipments, restocking, nothing. If they don't refresh the pegs soon, then i won't be considering shopping for diecast here in Ripley no more. Management needs to step up and give the customers what they deserved.

I love this Walmart. Love the staff and friendly. They have always helped me in every section, automotive, electronics, flowers, clothing etc. Wish they were a super-center but the employees can't help that. They have my cream and certain foods for easy cheaper prices than the grocery store. They have done sure a huge step up on clothing, and I love it. Highly recommend. Great pharmacy too. My sister got vaccinated there and they were really good to her.

I was able to get in and purchase all the items on my list quickly even though it was very busy and more crowded than a normal Friday afternoon. Staff greeted me and helped me find what I needed.

I've always liked going to my local Walmarts, especially since they added the Self Check Out Lanes. But even if I go to a regular Check Out Lane, I still enjoy it. Everything is always easy and the Employees are always nice and willing to help. As silly as it might seem, as someone who lives in a Small Town environment, Walmart sort of feels like a hub. Plus they always have pretty much everything I need or want at very good prices. So, in short... 👍👍👍

Walmart sucks but we have to use it yes it has what you need and at decent prices but I will never give over one star until they increase manned check outs. I'm not self checking out 200 dollars worth of groceries

Well folks this place is good quick run in and out to get what you need. They have little to no cashiers. It is mostly self check out. Makes it easier in these days and times. Although I do like having cashiers available. We as a society have pushed away from the community conversations. So wake up American's and say hello to a neighbor. God bless America and the people of the United States .

Older gray haired female employee sitting in lawn chairs in garden center and on cell phone. She finally asked by yelling across garden center if she could help me. When I went in to check out, the two employees behind garden center register sent me to sporting goods to check out. The young man there was on his cell phone talking to his insurance company about an auto claim. He ignored me for 5 minutes while he took his personal call. When I worked for Walmart, talking on or otherwise using your cell phone was considered stealing from the company because you were being paid to work, not use personal devices but to actually take care of customers and WORK.

You guys have got to do better about hiring personnel that is willing to work the jewelry area. This is an ongoing issue in the majority of your store locations in the Mississippi Delta, except for Cleveland, MS. Other than that, the customer service is pretty good. Most of the employees tend to know where everything is located in the store. But like a lot of department stores, they have their bad apples too. I'll continue to go for the prices and Sam's is too far away.

Not quite as big of a selection like other Walmarts. I may have caught them in a bad day but there wasn’t much of anything in stock. The store was clean and the workers were helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were a bit dirty but overall, not too bad.

It's ok. Pretty small which is it's only problem. Other than that if they do sale anything you're interested in you're in luck. Staff is nice and approachable and it's pretty much in and out. Small inventory

It is very convenient. Some of the service desk employees are rude. They run out of items and it takes months to have them back in stock.
