They aren’t able to do their own inventory so they keep running out of some pet foods. They have no control over their supply chain and never know when things will be in stock again. This is a horrible way to run a business.

They are NEVER stocked!! I go in weekly and my cat only eats one type of food, Fancy Feast and they are Always out of them!! They tell me, sorry that is our main seller for cats! Well how often do they order there products, MONTHLY!? Other than that, they have a staff that is friendly!

I wish they was able to keep the small crickets more often since I currently have a juvenile bearded dragon. And my dog loves there hand made dog treats, I mean loves them. Their staff is super nice and knowledgeable of the pets they have in store.

Found my brushes I need for my puppy's. It was a really good piece. The store was clean. I was asked by more than 1 worker if I needed help to find something. I like that not all store do that. They were not pushed when I said "I am good, but thanks". Lady that check me out was very sweet. I am going to go back.

Good selection nice to be able to see pick out opposed to add to cart but in a quick.1at time stroll through the store the other day 4 puppy 🐶 food for my new puppy noticed quite few items add to cart purchased woukd be cheaper than the store prices

I bought the last bag of fresh parrot food they had they slashed the prices of the other bags that were either right at or past due . It looked mildewed. No way will I go back the career to at and dogs which is ok but advertise that. Not all pets .

It is a small but clean & friendly building. They adopt out cats & have grooming in the back. A few Betta fishes & every now and then they will have a few baby bearded dragons.

It wasn't bad. I wanted to buy this large bobble mouse toy for the cats and it was the last one! There was no price on it so they tried to find a price. They were unable to. After waiting for 10 minutes or so, I eventually left unable to buy the toy! Other than that I would say it was a nice store! Cute kitties for adoption there too!!!!

Seems to be well stocked with all types of pet needs. Nice layout, very clean and very helpful people. I was looking for a harness for my Doxies and was reminded I could have brought her in to try one on to ensure fit. I will be going back.

It was nice to have a store just for pet products, but they're a bit high on their items. I had a great experience because the gentleman was really nice. I did buy some special treats that were at the register but my bug didn't want anything to do with them, but she is a lil picky as she is spoiled

Very clean, well organized, and such a friendly staff. I read other reviews and notice others say high priced. Honestly you pay for what you get. I bought awesome smelling shampoo for $12/bottle. I looked and tried many kinds for my pugs and Petsense was the only place I found that something worked. It is in competition with petsmart so support the smaller people.

I gave it 4 stars because the employees are friendly, helpful, and they have a large array of supplies. Down fall is no pets, maybe a gecko here or a beta fish but that's it, and there prices can be a little ridiculous but they tend to have quite a few sales.

for a small store it was well stocked with a good variety and selection I would highly recommend it for our small little town here I hope it's successful over the Long haul I will support it with my patronage and encourage everyone else in Pearl River county... Good variety of pet supplies. The staff was very helpful. My granddaughter had just gotten a pet hamster a week earlier & they helped with tips for cleaning the cage & the hamster. Also they sell frozen mice & rats for snake owners. Makes it very convenient to not have to go all the way to Slidell.
