Took my cat to check on kidney function, and we left her 2 nights for intravenous fluid.When we picked her up she couldn't raise her head or walk correctly. We took her to another vet connected to Mississippi State and she have her some topical opioid and the next day she was much better. Something happened at Crooked Creek, either by accident or intentionally. I wouldn't recommend this place.The employees were a plus, they were all very nice.

Paid about 400 dollars for an autopsy for my “ cancerous,” cat, after the veterinarian told me my cat had cancer in his spine. Never heard about the results or any follow up. My cat is fine and healthy and will live a long life he is about 15 now the “ diagnosis” was two years ago. Don’t recommend this veterinarian.

The staff is very nice. My fur baby was missing (this is the clinic she goes to) They let me put up flyer. I would recommend them if you are in the Scott/Rankin Co area.

Would not recommend for livestock. I have a horse, and they came out half an hour to 44 minutes late and was so rude. Did not have good communication, and said they couldn’t help and left the bill. I’ve also been told by many other horse friends that they are not the best with equine and all have had terrible experiences

My dog was injured by my neighbor's dog, I took my dog here to get treatment. I wanted the neighbors to pay for the vet bills. They refused,so I took them to Justice Court. . Judge McCurdy called the vet to verify the injuries on the dog. And they told the Judge that my dog want really injured. That bad. I lost the case.if my dog wasn't injured.from the.dog.fight. Why did I take.her to the vet. That are a joke

The Dr was kind and compassionate. One member of staff went above and beyond. Some veterinarians should take a lesson from this group. I took a stray kitten that was attacked by 2 dogs. I believe together we can fix Little Starfish. The compassionate care made it worth the drive period.

The staff at Crooked Creek take excellent care of Sasha! Dr Edwards is the best. He always takes time to fully explain all the details of each visit. Sasha gives Crooked Creek 5 barks!!

We have been here as our primary vet for about six months now. We also have started day boarding our dog about 3 days a week a well as over night boarding for vacations. We have absolutely loved all the people there. They are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Could not ask for a better experience or place to take our animals to be cared for.

We have used them for years. Love Dr Rhodes. But this last time was TERRIBLE!! We have not be able to see Dr Rhodes in a while. I had already notice a couple of times before Not Good but this last time was Terrible!! This certain Doctor talked down to us. It was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We picked Our baby (dog) up from a stay there 3 days. He was limping and had a bad cold. You could tell he did not feel good and his limp. I called back there As Soon as I saw this because I was at work couldn’t pick him up.They told me well he didn’t have anything happened while they had him. Humm! That I could take him to the Vet Hospital on Treetops because they were closing in 15 minutes. I want to feel in my heart that if Dr Rhodes knew any of this she would have offered to help us out. I waited until the next day and took him back. The BAD thing is they wanted me to pay for Everything when all of this happened while he was there. Then the Doctor talked down to use as if we were poor. That REALLY UPSET US! We paid and left and we’ll NEVER GO BACK!! I sure will miss not having you treat our baby, Dr Rhodes..After this happened I started hearing more and more stories. Sending another dogs medications home with the wrong dog.Sad Sad Customer.

We LOVE Crooked Creek! We’ve been taking our animals there for a couple years now and we have not had a single issue yet. The staff is kind, the prices are great compared to other vets, and you can get in pretty quickly. They see all kinds of different animals. They’ve tended to our dog, cats, and chickens. One day we were leaving and there was a man with a camel in the parking lot so, if you’ve got one of them you’re in luck. Highly recommend Crooked Creek!

Dr. Grillis came to my place for a farm call for a heifer and cow I needed seen. This was my first time using this clinic and I used this one because the site stated they made farm calls and I am legally blind and cannot drive so this was my only option. I am so glad it was the only place that offered the service because I would have not found them otherwise. The vet and his assistant were very sweet, knowledgeable, prepared, answered all my questions, arrived on time, they didn't act like they were in a hurry to leave and had wonderful bedside manners(for lack of a better term). If y'all need a vet that knows their stuff about cattle then this is definitely the place to use. I have scheduled my new puppy an appointment with their clinic now because they are the only vet clinic I will use even though they are 45mins away. Their customer service is superior and exceeded my expectations both via email and in person. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. This is hands down the best place in Central MS.

I have used them before with good results. Both were farm calls, this time when I called to talk to a vet about my horse, nothing. Took 39 calls to ever get thru to clinic and then I never got a response from the vet. The second morning it only took 11 calls to reach someone. It is now 4 pm again and still have not received any response. I will move on, since you feel the need to only want to do expensive farm calls. Thanks!

I wonder if the services rendered are truly worth the finances that are expected. There are women/ladies working up front that are rather snotty and treat clients poorly. I understand the issues presented in a clinic.... and I also appreciate the professional manner in which it should be handled. I do not however think ANY disrespect should be shown by EITHER party in handling the affair... ESPECIALLY not by the employees considered office personnel.

We've been using this clinic for YEARS and have always loved them...until yesterday. Dr. Rhodes, out of the blue, told me that she would no longer great our pets because "I've got horses dying outside" and I just can't treat a piece of an animal. It was extremely confusing. She eventually walked out of the room, leaving me with my file and dog. I had to go to the desk and tell them I had no idea what has just happened. My dog has seizures and was going to be out of medicine soon. I had to scramble around and find a vet to work her in, just to get her meds refilled.

Very expensive, when told that it would only be 14 dollars for her pain meds and then when I get the call they said that it was going to be 99.18 and that because she was coming into heat so it would be 60 dollars more, but just had puppies 10 weeks ago then they don't give me pain meds for her instead they give me antibiotics meds and my cousin said half the stuff didn't make since cause she also is a vet tech in Alabama. Won't be back, and who don't take checks but yet has it on their paperwork

Super expensive..over charge for everything from medicine to care. Not letting people bring their pets through the door is also a joke. We've been dealing with Covid for over a year ..enough is enough. Time to find a new vet.

Dr. Rhodes is an excellent Vet whether she's treating cattle, dogs or a kitten. Hard to find this level of service anywhere. The staff members are very helpful as well. Great People.

I had left my dog with a great dog sitter. I was 1000 miles awsy. They let us know our doggy sitter had brought her and she was in critical condition over night. Caught Septis by a sore. They saved her!
