I was here on 04/26/2024 around 7:15pm and customer service was closed. The lights off as if they were closed and other customers were coming into the line eventually after me standing there for A while it was A employee off to the side (male) who never even acknowledge me or anybody else in line and eventually went to the back of customer service near the office area and came back and just said to us they said they are closed in customer service and then it was another employee (female) who said she was going to get the Manager who’s name is “Jimbo” well guess what the customers and I up at customer service saw him walk by about 4-5 times and never said anything to us. Never acknowledged us as a matter fact acting like we didn’t exist. Another employee (female) came up and said she would go and let him know and guess what us up at customer service was ignored again by “Jimbo” the Manager. Customers waiting in line with me up at customer service and eventually got tired of waiting and left and some were upset to but tried their best to be as Patient as possible with the whole situation. At one point a customer from A far earlier within waiting said she was waiting on something with help from customer service and held up a pair of shoes saying something about she was owed $0.98 cents Or something to that effect like that. Eventually I was the only one left up at customer service because they were not supposed to be closed and I was really needing help so I could get what I needed to shop for and leave. My experience was SO BAD I had to CALL CORPORATE!! They even claimed they tried to contact the store and couldn’t even get A answer. That’s bad. Also “Jimbo” the manager on duty tonight was wrong and his customer service is VERY HORRIBLE. Not Acknowledging A customer is BAD. I honestly felt like he knew what was going on was with customer service and just DID’NT CARE nor did he won’t to deal with the situation. Eventually after waiting SO LONG A nice man came up and tried to help me and I told him the whole situation and how I had to call corporate. I was very upset because someone brought me to Walmart and my gas money and time was wasted and they were waiting on me to get what I needed and come out and even at one point texted me and asked me was I okay… THE WAIT WAS JUST THAT LONG!!! BETTER MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED AND THE MANAGER JIMBO SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED!!! Instead he held is head up high and didn’t look nor deal with the situation. I hope corporate truly checks into the situation. NO CUSTOMER DESERVES THIS KIND OF TREATMENT!!!!!

Absolutely LOVED this Walmart. We drove thru filming an episode and boy were we surprised! The bike selection is amazing and the employees were very helpful. 5 STARS ALLDAY!!!LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE 💪

Normally my experience is good. I place dan online rider for pick up and it said my order will be ready by 6:49. Got a message about 30 minutes later stating that it was out of stock. So I decided to go to Walmart to see if I can find something similar just to find out there was a whole row of what I order. So I don't understand why my order was cancelled if y'all was fully stocked. Do better. Smh

I just got out of hospital today. Needed motorized cart. 5 marked out of order. 1 with only 15% charge. Had to ask employee to go get me one from other end. She said I was lucky bc was the last one available that was working. Seems useless to have them and over half don't work.

Seems like they are back to full staff unlike a few other stores, the shelves were full. Had an employee ask about a shirt I was wearing that lead to a nice conversation. That was unexpected. I asked where "z" rows were located, quickly the employee have his best guess but looked it up in his phone... a second employee walked up and was able to tell me exactly where the item was I was looking for. Honestly never had that kind of help at a Walmart.

Had 40 plus items in cart, over twenty were listed as a lower price on the shelf than what the register rang up. Left all but 31 items at the register. Still managed to get fleeced out of an extra 15 dollars for things I needed and didn't want to wait or divert to another store to get. ÀqqqMostly frozen items, can goods, and fridge staples were inaccurate. This feels like an exploitation of people not being able to estimate overall grocery prices due to inflation changing prices in the last year.

This Walmart employee was standing outside. Yelled at me from the front door to inform they were closed while people were entering and leaving this establishment. If it was because of the weather. It was just cold outside, the roads were not iced over. I’m in the parking lot, and this employee has declined 10+ people from going inside in the 5 minutes I’ve been here. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pearl Walmart. The store was disorganized, and finding assistance was nearly impossible. The checkout lines were long, and the staff seemed indifferent to customers' concerns. The reason for this review is because when I tried to return some merchandise but customer service was closed down because computers were down due to power outage and they apparently still had systems up and running to checkout the customer but not to process a return. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant shopping experience.

This Walmart is so ghetto & the employees at self checkout are useless! It’s always the employees that are my color that have the worst attitudes. They don’t greet you and act like don’t see your light going off for help when they can see on the telson. This place is very much like the Walmart on hwy 18 in Jackson!

Are your headlights looking a little cloudy? I highly recommend the headlight restoration process at the Walmart Automotive Care Center! They do a bang-up job and for 28 bucks, it is well worth it! My headlights were very clouded, with pigmentation on the outside of the acrylic lens. I started out by upgrading the bulbs at AutoZone, going for the Gold series which ran me 70 dollars for two low beam bulbs. While I was there, the very helpful AutoZone employee recommended the headlight restoration process at Walmart. My headlights look brand new! Cannot wait till it gets dark so I can try them out tonight! (Italics) I wear my sunglasses at night.... (Corey Hart! Google that and Jam!) 😎

I have been a patron of the Pearl Walmart ever since it opened. The service is always beyond tragic, but this last time they accused me of shoplifting and demanded to go through my purse! I said, "Sure! Here ya go, have at it!" To which the embarrassed employee rolled her eyes, and walked off in shame. They must be hard up for good Loss Prevention Officers who actually know what they are doing. I will never be back to Walmart. I am also writing a strongly worded letter to headquarters. I spent over $800 at Walmart on my last trip. Only to be accused of shoplifting. TRAGIC!

Customer service closes early every day.Need a single item (Tire plug kit).Explained to customer service i had to air my tire up to find the hole to see if it would be even pluggable. It was so as it was raining i went out home side and when i arrived back 15 mins later the door was locked at 7:58 on home side. Like the purge or something was fixing to take place so i had to go back to the car drive to the other end and then make a hike to automotive because the murphy store didnt have any plug kits. Go figure.Then to come find out all lanes had been closed at 7:59 which made a line from self checkout all the way past produce so i asked customer service and got rudely interrupted as i was explaining my situation over and over the customer service agent said*Its ClosedIts closed.Prior to me going to customer service i explained this to the door man.So i had to wait in line and finally made it throught that.And the door man actually wanted to see my receipt and hold me up for 2 more mins for 2 items in a single bag.LolMellow yellowAnd a plug kit.No wonder amazon will soon be putting the old blue and white Wally world out of business.Thank god for thisVery unhelpful

I bought a Apple gift card and told services I had never bought one. She said see if it's been opened before, which it hadn't. Went out and opened it but the glue is hiding the last 2 digits. I went right back in and the same lady told me it was my fault and all purchases are finial. I hate Walmart and Apple.

Walmart curbside pick up sucks!!!! I wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting on an order that I did NOT receive. All the associates act lost and don’t have a clue on what’s going on. Very Unprofessional! I will no longer use curbside pick up. Not to mention people that drove up after me received their order within 10 minutes or less.

The customer service is always impeccable and the lines for checking out are never long because of employee efficiency. Also, you can never go wrong with the short stop by Subway inside for a quick bite to eat. But I think the best part about this branch of Walmart is the iFix and Repair cell phone store they have inside near the customer service desk and money Center

Workers parking in upfront and a lot of disabled people have to walk with distance. Once in store to shop, workers refuse to get off an electric wheelchair and the rest were not working!!!

Janis and Johnny need to retire their retail career! So I go into Walmart this morning at 1230am because I just got off work and desperately needed to find a gift for a Secret Santa party that was given to us the last moment! I found a nice hunting knife over $60 and had a young lady employee named Erin... she gave excellent Customer Service as she followed me back there from the toy department. She paged an told me to get her if no one comes in a few minutes. Few minutes went by and I had her come back.. she paged for managment this time and then told me get her if no one responds in a few minutes. Once again I go back and tell her... she said she would go to the front of the store and look for a manager for me. Here comes Janis and Johnny walking side by side. They start off by telling me no firearms at this time and pointed to a sign.. just as they were about to walk off I a stated I'm not asking for a firearm, I want a pocket knife! With an attitude they proceeded to tell me that its locked up until 8am. I need this for the party tonight! I asked if everything was off limits..scopes, deer cams etc? With an attitude they told me Yes it has an alarm and turned around and walked away.... nothing said after .... maybe we can help you find something similar, have a nice day... nothing! I spent $88 but after writing this and attaching photos of the sign I will be returning this soon!

If i could rate 0 i would. Absolutely no care about anything. They might as well not even have a pickup call number, or pickup at all for that matter. When you do a pickup order and get there call the number and no-one answered after 49 calls. Then you tell someone and still wait almost another hour. I could have gone in and got what was ordered myself and gotten it back to work.

The two older ladies that work the door definitely pick and choose who's receipt they think they need to investigate and they take thier job on receipt patrol very seriously. Other than that, I shop in here weekly. Ps. If you don't want your receipt checked, just be old and white or send someone in there for you that is. The receipt detectives never question them.

This walmart in Brandon, ms do have any service for cell phones. I had to walk through the parking lot to turn my card on and go back in. Then still couldn't use my walmart to walmart app. Had to leave all my stuff. Phone turn off as soon as i pull onto parking lot

The gates to the lawn and garden center have been closed for weeks. After going in the main entrance and walking all the way back to the far end of the L&G center, picked up the items I needed, then walked back to the self check out, it items rang up incorrectly. If that wasn’t bad enough, the lady at the self check out didn’t offer to correct the price

Ordered groceries and out of 50+ items (common items) only 2 were foundI had to cancel the order because I didn’t want to pay delivery fees and a$17 tip.
