Thansk to Autumn, Piper looks absolutely great! It’s very easy to mess up a labradoodles hair and She has been long overdue for a groom and Classy canine got her right in. They follow directions correctly and take account for any sensitivities your pet may have. They don’t just take the dog back and shave her. Can’t wait to take our golden to her. As someone who’s a control freak and very picky about things, I Highly highly recommend!

All I have to say is when the customer tells you to muzzle and animal, and the groomer refuses because she thinks it’s mean, don’t call the customer pissed because the groomer got bit. It’s your own fault!

Zero stars if I could. This business was unprofessional, and I would never recommend bringing any pup to them. Our dogs had not been started when I called 3 hours from their set appointment time. I was told while booking they would be ready in 3 hours & called to kindly ask for a time estimate due to planning pick up around car pool. The lady beat around the bush until I found out neither of my dogs had been started on. I completely understand being behind, but to have not even done anything for just one of them for 3 hours was ridiculous. Whoever was on the phone was rude, beat around the bush of what was actually happening there & never apologized or answered my phone calls after the initial call, as I was letting them know that I was on my way to get them. I received a phone call only after my husband called to speak to them. When I arrived shortly after to pick them up, the staff still never apologized and, with an attitude, told me to have a good day. There are many places I will recommend for pups to receive services at and this is not on the list. I hope they learn from this mistake & nobody else goes through this. In the meantime, my pups are enjoying their pup cups & are thankful to be out of there.

They do ok for the price, but sometimes little things get overlooked. Also be prepared for your pup to get in your car with lots of loose fur of varying colors (most of which is prob not theirs) still clinging to them and their paws, even if they just came in for a quick nail trim. It seems the groomers don't blow off/sweep fur from their tables after each dog.

I wish I could give zero stars. The first time that I brought in my doodle they shaved her down to the skin. They didn’t call first to tell me of any problems. I wish I had seen my poor puppy before I had left a tip. I will never go back to this place.

They were recommended by our vet for our new puppy so we thought we were in good hands. My son was misled, nothing was gone over with him, and they shaved our 15-week old puppy to the skin with no explanation. I called to speak to the manager who was “supposed to speak to the groomer” and call me back. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. She was tipped well because they ask for payment before they give you your dog. Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if I could. Our first groomer, our puppy’s first groom, and a terrible experience.

I have to find a new groomer every 3 months due to us moving all the time. I found on the reviews that Sara does a lot of doodles so I booked with her for my standard doodle and she did a fantastic job! She did a better job than the last place we had went too! Thanks again Sara!

I was very disappointed because they came highly recommended. Unfortunately my dogs ears were not plucked or cleaned. They were VERY dirty so I cleaned them myself with dog ear cleaner, wash cloth and 20 q-tips. The people are very nice. But it is time the facility had a deep cleaning. My sinuses quickly responded and I left with an itchy throat, running nose and sneezing, because of the significant amount of dander in the air. I haven't had that type of reaction in years.

After taking my dog there, she came back with nicked skin and rashes where they cut too close to her. Furthermore, they were indirectly assuming we were neglecting our dog. They were rude to my wife and we WILL NOT be taking our dog there again. Our dog isn't the only one this happened too. With issues from other owners, we had to sign a waiver form before our dog had to be groomed. Since she was matted in some places, they proceeded to tell my wife that if our dog got nicked, cut or bruised, then we "won't hold Classy Canine responsible." If we were told to sign it, we did thinking everything was going to be fine, NOT THE CASE. If Classy Canine had to introduce a waiver, then clearly they are not very good groomers. We were told that they would not take her back. They claimed they had seen her too many times that matted and that the only way they would take her back is if we set up a six week appointment. This is after my wife had seen our dog and saw how terrified and nicked and hurt she was.

I loved the color that was done. It was exactly what I wanted. I didn't find out until I picked up that she had to be cut really low because of matting on areas of her body. Therefore, I was a but surprised. I wasn't aware of matting but it's fine, hair grows back. Next time I'll make sure I get a consultation before leaving from drop off. Overall, really good and will return. Customer service was great.

This was my first time using the Classy Canine, and I was very impressed. They were helpful and prompt and did a great cut on both of my pups! They even mentioned something they thought might need looking at by my vet. I highly recommend the Classy Canine for your pets needs.

LET ME TELL YOU!!!! I have never and I mean never encountered a more kind, compassionate, accommodating, and skilled team of grooming professionals in my entire life! My husband and I ran into a situation where we needed our newly adopted pup washed immediately! Not only did they answer all of our questions, but they took care of our new family member Johnny-on-the-spot! We are still so amazed at, not only their customer service skills, but their love and passion for our fur-babies. We will DEFINITELY be using them from this day forward!

Angela always does such a great job with grooming my cocker spaniel, Murphy. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming which makes me feel comfortable leaving my pup in their hands. As long as the dogs are friendly and vaccinated they get to run around and play when they are finished getting groomed- which I love!

My three had never been to a groomer. One large baby is very old snd they were so gentle with her. My almost German Sheppard is very skiddish because of his unkind original owner and he came back happy as a clam. My third rescue , about 4 years old, was” long haired”and would not let me brush her. These folks shaved her(at my request ) and she has been so happy and puppy like since. Pricing was right . Kindness snd care was absolutely great. Our first appointment was on Saturday Oct. 30th at 8:30am. I informed her groomer prior, that she can be difficult to groom when it comes to her eyes/face and for her to just leave the hair long because I will put it up in a top bun. Besides the face, we have never had any trouble or complaints from other groomers or grooming her ourselves about how she dislikes being bathed, blow dried, brushed, or cut. We just moved back to MS and looking for a regular groomer now that we trust.So I dropped my puppy off and ran some errands. At 10:30am I received a call that my dog has been “nicked” and that they were calling to inform me of it. They said my dog was not liking the grooming session at all (no surprise after looking at her haircut and cut on her neck). I let them know I was 30 minutes away and they said they could finish her grooming session and may not be done by the time I got there. I said okay that’s fine and headed that way. About 15 minutes later, while on my way, I receive another call informing me they were going to take my dog over to Crossgates Animal Clinic because the wound was bleeding now. The vet informed me about her wound and how they were able to glue the skin flap back on instead of stitching (thank goodness) but still prescribed some pain medication because of the sensitive and thin part of skin the wound is on.I am mortified about my experience on Saturday and know my puppy is as well. Not to mention I still paid for a half price cut ($40) because i had not yet examined my dogs cut on her throat, or the horrible haircut until we got home and she finally let me look at her. There are patches of long hair in some places and shaved bald in others. It’s almost as if they didn’t even attempt to brush her or trim her, just decided to shave her completely bald. I have been so upset and now I am just angry. Any deeper and it could have seriously injured my dog, or killed, as this injury is right beside her jugular.I have been battling for the last 2 days if i should post a review or not but after advice from multiple sources including other groomers and vet techs I have decided to. I will not post the groomers name right now as for her sake.Crossgates animal clinic even messaged me this morning to check on my sweet girl - so highly recommend them if you happen to need a veterinarian.

Will never use this place again. Made an appointment a month ago for Feb 19 @ 11:30. I received 3 different text messages to confirm my appointment, which I did confirm all 3 times. I showed up on the 19th @ 10:30 and was told I missed my appointment at 9. I was told they do not make appointments after 10 on Saturdays. I then showed the girl the text messages and all she said was sorry. That will be my last trip to that place. All I needed this time was a bath and nails, you would think that could have been worked in.

Sara has been cutting my pups hair for a few months now. I used Angel before Sara of whom did well too. I have no complaints really. I am thankful I can bring him there and leave him and not have to worry while I’m gone.

Will never take my fur baby back here again. Left out of town for an emergency and the other kennel I normally use were booked. Had to leave my baby here for 3 weeks. Picked him up and my dog was skinny and sick looking(bones were visible ). I have a healthy 9 month old German Shepard by the way. Even my 15 year old asked why he looked like that. Thought maybe he might of been sad or lonely while we were gone and maybe just had no appetite... No upon picking him up, my baby wasn’t even interested in me but the bag of food that the lady was handling me over the counter. Bag of food was still full mind you I was gone for 3 weeks. Our puppy seemed loopy and as if he had no energy. First 3 days back home with him, he stayed to himself and wasn’t his playful loving self. Horrible decision ever! Please if you love and care about your fur babies well being take this as a warning. The heavy set lady that rang us up had no personality, no eye contact, rushed us out without even saying a thank you or replying to my thank you? It was awkward and rude. Had a heavy cigarette smell when we entered the door. Our experience did not live up to the name of this place. Ugh. Between this place and the other kennel, this was just a business for your money. The other place we’ve used are dog lovers.
