Looks sketchy and unconventional outside but it’s ok place to get grocery. They really need to demolish it and rebuild a new modernized Kroger. Plus they always lack stuff

Most times the employees are nice. Go in there when it's a holiday and it's clean but a lot of things are way over priced. Things are not shipped separately so why charge so much like everything is delivered by item. Some of the pharmacy staff could use some lessons in how to be polite and do their job and not lie about a prescription not being ready. Had one tell I have nothing ready for you when ut was ready 5 days prior to going to pick it up. Needed it really bad to. Soo sad.

The person that took the order didn’t make sure the decorator received it. Luckily, I stopped by early and the decorator found the order. She was able to have the cake ready in a couple of hours. The cake was exactly what you would expect and I have no complaints about it.

Out of everything, all the time. Who does your ordering? Anyone? I could (and will) go to literally ANY other Kroger and get everything I need. I live close to the ONE that don’t have $*!+ though. Ever! What’s the problem? Why can you not have decent stock? Ever?

PATHETIC & RUDE PPL THAT WORK HERE! THEY DO NOT GIVE A FLIP ABOUT CUSTOMERS! 1 REGISTER OPEN WITH LINE BACKED UP DOWN THE AILES- THEY JUST STAND AROUND CHATTING WHILE ELDERLY PPL ARE STANDING WAITING! THE STORE SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE TOO HOT NO MATTER WHAT TEMP IS OUTSIDE, THEY RUN THAT HEATER, I AM ELDERLY AND IT IS TOO MUCH HEAT FOR ME. USED TO BE A GREAT STORE, BUT IT HAS BECOME SO BAD THAT IT IS WORSE THAN WALMART EVER WAS- PLUS THE PRICES ARE AS IF THEY ARE A CITY STORE, WE WILL START DOING OUR SHOPPING AT WALMART, AT LEAST THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER & THEY DON'T MAKE YOU WAIT IN LINE FOR 30+ MINUTES TO BE CHECKED OUT!!! THIS PPL GET PAID; YET THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK IF IT MEANS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I like Kroger and in Pearl, it would be great to see the store come into its own with new and more offered food items and services. As large as Pearl is getting, the development is still lagging on upgrading the look of its businesses. Kroger is a tired building at the present time and it does not carry a lot of specialty or variety as the other stores. Once again I would prefer to leave my money in Pearl where I live but often go to Brandon store to find the items I need.Now for the positive, The store is so clean and the employees are truly good at helping a shopper. I was in there recently and unable to use one of my hands so the cashier went out of her way to accommodate me. That meant a lot when you know you are holding up the line and the employee takes it in stride. I do so apologize I have lost the name of the woman who helped but if Pearl was graded on the store for this alone, it would rise above other locations.

It looks much better since the last remodel, but they don't have a pharmacy and they have a very small area for the Organic Foods (which they didn't have at all until recently). They are much more organized now and more people in the store who can help you find whatever you are looking for in a pleasant manner. I am giving it 4 stars because 2 years ago, I would have given it 1 star, and it has improved so much.

Place smells awful, like a dirty diaper, and has continued to smell this way for 4 months now. Lacks many of the services that other Krogers in the area offer such as a Pharmacy or sushi bar. Hope they can get rid of this awful smell at some point

I went into this store this morning. I got in line to check out. Melissa was the clerk that rang my items up. My four year old son had some candy in his hands that he picked up off the shelf. I saw him when he picked it up. Melissa asked me in a rude way, "were we going to pay for that?" I instantly got offended. She didn't give me a chance to put the candy on the counter. I didn't appreciate the way she tried to handle me. I am a black women and I felt like she only did that because we were black.

It was an old store. It's smells like old meat, something rotten too. But thee employees are very nice. There were a lot of people standing around and as a manager I would have had a broom, a cleaning towels, and mop on a lot of the areas. The bathrooms are old. The whole building is very out dated and we left. We didn't purchase merchandise there. If it smells it's not where food should be sold. Thank you

We shop here weekly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and always has sales on name brand food products. Things are easy to locate and the selection is pretty decent. There are several items that we buy quite frequently but that are not offered here and that's a bit inconvenient since it means we have to shop at another store for those items, which often sends us out of our way. We've requested items that are never stocked and some items that are obviously consistently popular are frequently sold out while less popular items are seemingly overstocked and that can sometimes be frustrating. All in all, our experience here is positive and we've been shopping here for many years for most of our food needs.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! This is the second time that I’ve shopped at this location and received poor customer service both times! The first time I couldn’t get my shrimp seasoned in the meat market and the second time I bought 3 T-bones and asked to have them sliced thin. The guy told me that he couldn’t slice it bc they were closed.. it was around 7pm and the sign says that they do not close until 9pm! I will not be back. The one by the reservoir are always friendly!

While bagging my own groceries today, the cashier finished ringing me up, then proceeded to ring up the next person before I even paid, I noticed my bill increasing and said something. Instead, I thought she should help me finish bagging so I could pay, not to mention the next person in line was a Kroger employee in uniform and neither one offered to help me finish bagging. When I said something about it, I just got an excuse "we are short handed today" which very well could have been true, but it says nothing about the fact that 2 Kroger employees watched me bag my own groceries rather then help.

It's a pretty clean store and normally have everything my family would need from a grocery store, but the money services dept. stay backed up, the line be so long. The people that works there always have a rude attitude like they don't want to be at work. Oh, if you forget your Kroger card they don't ask you to type in the number they just swipe theirs.

Love this store. All of the employees speak to you. Have yet to pass an employee that does not offer to help find an item. Store is beautifully aged and very clean. Have yet to purchase anything unpleasant.

The Kroger meat department in Pearl, MS all ways has good quality meat,and the employees are friendly and helpful! They even sent us coupons on items we buy and the fuel rewards points is a big help at the end of the week, and my little girl loves the free fruit!!!Thank you Kroger

This is a very old Kroger. It's been updated a few times over the last 40 years, but it's still lacking a lot in key departments.The produce area lacks variety. The store is lacking a soup and salad bar and you can forget fresh sushi. There is no actual floral department. The deli/bakery is almost non existent and lacks variety. The meat department has all of the basics, yet is missing a ton of fresh cut & pre-packed meats for grilling etc. (The people in this city deserve a new store with more variety.)

Kroger pearl always had nice baggers willing to help you on anything !Kroger Pearl Was my favorite place to shop until the other day I entered the store and saw one of the employees that goes by the name of Karen yelling from the customer service desk at a employee about a task he did wrong.not to mention the lady behind me in the check out line said this is nothing new this happens everytime the karen lady is at work.ill just start back shopping at Kroger in brandon for my grocery’s, I feel that was highly inappropriate for her to do that to the poor guy!I would also like to add this to the post! It was around 5:30-6ish and it was extremely busy and I could tell on the bag boys face he was extremely embarrassed, I will be contacting corporate on the situation as soon as I find the number !

30 year old store so space is limited which means products are limited. For example, Kroger owns an affordable organic brand they call Simple Truth. This location doesn't carry most of the items in the brand. Produce wise, again, not much in organics. Usually the only fresh organic produce they have is apples, carrots, lettuce, bananas, mushrooms and on occasion, tomatoes. You won't ever find organic peaches, plums, pears, strawberries, pineapples, watermelons... You get the picture. Meat prices are high compared to the Save A Lot across the highway. Prices on many things are consistently higher than Walmart too. This location does not have a gas station which is fine with me personally as I would never put Kroger gas in my car unless they changed to using Tier 1 gasoline (Google it).
