Not normally a fan of Walmart but this location was pretty nice. The staff was super friendly in the garden center. Had a great experience with them and everything was clean and neat and orderly. Appears to be well staffed, well stocked and well managed. Even the fishing section was well organized. I'll come back for that alone.

Quite a huge Wal-Mart center.. had pretty much everything in it.. a good sit in food court was missing. Overall a good place to kill sometime and do your shopping.

Went to Pascagoula Walmart for a tire plug repair. Took 3 1/2 hours . The lady checking people in used several curse words around me and other customers. Terrible service to say the least . Will not use them for tire service again . Advise others to look into other places for tire repair and new tires

I'm so sick of people bringing dogs into the store. They bring the dog bed and have the dogs in the carts. The store smells like a dog when you enter the store. I'm so afraid of dogs after being attacked by one. Dogs all over the meat section. I have contacted the health department. This is out of control.

Walmart needs to review their profiling policy! Their staff followed me around in their establishment tonight I can only assume being that I took too long making decisions about the quality of the items that I wanted while shopping. Their security and staff followed me around the store the entire time I shopped there. My mother worked at this exact same Walmart for over 10 years and this is the way you thank her. I have no history of taking anything from your store on purpose or by accident and I have not paid for it. I always stop with your checkout clerks so that they can verify my receipt. I normally order online because I thought that the customers shopping were too much. Only to find out that it's the freaking idiots that work at Walmart that actually make the shopping unbearable. Why label someone a criminal just because of their skin, they take longer than 10 seconds to pick an item. It doesn't mean that they're thieves. It could mean that I didn't know if I want to spend $12 or $20 on an item. But seeing how I did pay for all of my items...Walmart, I know I am just a tiny insignificant spec in your vast consumer market. But you do not have to worry about this woman stepping foot in your establishment again to patronize you. That is the worst experience to feel, even more so when you are honestly trying to get some last minute things before the freaking store closes. Every black person isn't a thief. I thought you knew that...that's why you hired some.

Walmart is Walmart the only but big difference to us was the Spice isle in the particular Walmart was ridiculously small - like seriously small - so we wandered around for a bit looking for the real spice isle and never found anywhere else. So weird

I've complained about the diary section always having expired products. Noting had been done. My daughter got sick from spoiled milk that wasn't expired and still haven't heard from management. I bought some yogurt for my daughter who is 1 years old and its curdled. They must not be putting the diary products up from the truck. This is constantly abs I've complained to everyone. Next time my child get sick from Walmart I will get a lawyer cause they don't care about they customers. I filed a complaint about 3 weeks ago from my child being severely sick from some milk. Nothing and when my husband went to take the milk back Margaret a manager treated him like he was in the wrong for bringing it back and didn't want to give up a refund even though I had the receipt. She put it on a gift card. She was rude and had no care my baby was vomiting and sick 2 days off the milk. I've complained to everyone from the self checkout to the diary manager. They don't care and I still find expired product. I even pulled a yogurt from a year ago. I about to start shopping somewhere else. This walmart is trash

Messy store. Unreliable pricing. Prices on shelf are different then App and different than register. You have no idea how much you are paying. As a whole - self chech out stinks. Hard to shop when they are stocking shelves or doing the pick up shopping. This is at every Walmart location.

By far the worst Walmart on the Coast. I prefer and go out of my way to avoid this location. Most employees are rude and the store is dirty. Ocean Springs, Cedar Lake, & D’iberville Walmarts are best!

Went in to talk to someone about hiring. No one would talk to me I even called the store while I was in there and told them I was in there wanting to talk to someone about an application. Yells store has some disrespectful management and the employees do not know how to answer a phone . Need to re train yalss employee's

Automotive absolutely sucks!!Took my car there to get a plug. I was called saying it was ready. When my husband and I arrived the guy was out in the parking lot working under the hood. He said in order to fix a plug, the technicians have to do figure 8’s to make sure the plug held in the tire. Long story short, the guy heard the car had an exhaust and was playing and messed my car up.Today, my husband took his Tahoe to get a plug (again since we had warranty) and he also wanted the tires to be balanced and rotated. The tech at the desk pulled his information up and argued that he didn’t have warranty. Thankfully he had the paperwork in the vehicle. He had an appt to be there at 2(which he called they day before to schedule and tell them he needed the tire plugged plus balance and rotate), they finished at 5. He went to get his paperwork and keys. My husband seen they only plugged the tire so when he asked about the balance and rotation they said they didn’t know he wanted all of that done, although my husband argued with them about the warranty and all when he originally got there.With all this being said, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Rudest employees I have ever encountered in my life! I thought I had seen the worst of the worst, but now I know I have. I've never seen anything like it!That initial review was from a couple of months ago, when I first started going to Pascagoula Walmart on a regular basis. I still shop there out of necessity and while it isn't always as bad as it was that day, the staff is still very rude, your constantly followed around and treated like your a their and most of the employees seem to hate their jobs....

I went to the Auto shop at walmart since I was needing new tires, well I scheduled an appointment for 8-9 am since i needed to be on the road by 9am, I got there at 7:40 and they didn’t even take my car back until 8:49am. All they had to do was change 2 of my tires. I have to make a 3 hour drive and needed to be there by 12. They didn’t even finish my car until 10am. They kept getting distracted by talking to each other. I know tires doesn’t take over an hour to change. If I didn’t need tires right then, I would have went to my regular guy but sadly he wasn’t opened.

I bought the whole series to smallville. I made it to season 7 out of 10 and now the dvd player says can’t read disk I even tried another dvd player but still same thing can’t read disk but never had any issues with season 1 thru 6. Walmart didn’t offer a warranty with smallville. But I paired a pretty penny for the series as Walmart told me was nothing they can do they didn’t make the movies. Not very appropriate for them to talk to their customers like this. Absolutely nothing wrong with the disks for them not to be reading

Big store, clean, super slow checkout. It is Sunday before Memorial day. ONE regular checkout lane open. The time I spent standing and waiting took longer than collecting a full cart of purchases from all over the store. Managers walked past the long line of disgruntled customers and nothing was done. About the time I was paying for my purchase two other lanes were finally opened. My advice? Never shop 'in store' at this location. The self checkout has other issues (missing bar/wand scanners, debit or credit or cash only available on only certain registers, the scales in the platforms are constantly causing errors that require intervention by the attendant). Do online grocery pick up or check out in the Garden center. The drive to Ocean Springs Walmart is well worth your time.Update: January 2020 - The store has now updated all self-checkout lanes (new equipment) and has added a new package pickup area in the front of the store. This has improved the overall shopping experience here tremendously. Be sure to shop very early a.m. if you decide to shop on Sunday (the crowds are a bit crazy on Sunday afternoon or evening). We actually shop inside this store again now because of the improvements.

I love Walmart, the workers who push carts around and shop for customers who either come to pick up there purchase or Walmart delivery service. While the workers are filling the carts with customers list they don't pay attention to the customers in the store and leave the carts in isle ways and act like there need to get the list is more important and happen to be very rude. Most of the time. I go there 2 times a week sometimes more.
