called and just rang and rang no awnser drove to store from ocean springsto find out okd lady on the phone , Horrible customer service lady in front desk on her phone did not help us at all and would not get off the dam phone the new guy was scared of askibg her for anyting he went above to help us no help from tbe stupid lady sge needs to work and help not be on personal call i dont care if your the owner have some respect when customers need help even when he checked us put she STILL ON THE PHONE !!!

The store has an amazing selection and wide variety of almost all items. There was a young woman working the register who genuinely seemed to want to help me find what I was looking for. She assisted my purchase every step of the way and even offered some much needed advice when I was making my final decision. The store is amazing but I will definitely be back because of that young woman.

Came here a few days ago, the ladies were very helpful on helping me find everything I needed. Great clothes from pants to shirts. So much more awesome shirt. Will be coming back again and also bringing my grandfather who is a veteran to come take a look and get him some things.

They sell lots of used clothes, especially FR stuff. I had a hard time telling whether some was new or used. They have a good selection of work clothes but not as much variety of products as I see in other Army/Navy/Surplus stores. I suspect this would be good for shipyard or refinery employees but wasn't quite what I was looking for in terms of outdoor gear.

I really like the store and the variety of goods available. What I don’t like is the store RETURN POLICY. I believe you get what you pay for, in most cases. However, I bought an Outback pakaroo rain suit. I love it. I paid $100 for the jacket and $60 for the pants. They don’t have pockets in the pants, except a rear pocket. So I saw the Tru Spec pants for $50. They had plenty of pockets. After wearing the pants, I noticed that the front pocket zipper was separated from the pants. I returned the pants. I didn’t want an exchange, I wanted a refund. They insisted that I either exchange for the same item, which it looked like a factory defect, so I didn’t want the same thing and there was nothing else I wanted in the store. So I figured maybe I would get a good pair pants this time, since they insisted that the problem I had was the FIRST TIME they’d seen it. Wrong, the same thing happened. If the replacement was good I wouldn’t be writing this review. So I paid $50 for a pair of pants that are USELESS, because you can’t use the pockets. I don’t see wear I can add the pictures of the pants. NEVER AGAIN! I’ll get the Outback rain suit and deal with the lack of pockets!

I've been going to this store for a long time & every time prices keep coming up also they charge extra for using the debit card prices are already high why charge more for using the card they're a bit greedy but they don't tell nobody & isn't written in any paper letting the customers know about it if they're going to charge extra money they should let the customers know before buying anything.. used working pants are way to expensive before I used to buy alot of them now I stopped is ridiculous paying 30$ + for used pants with stains & holes no more I will purchase no more used clothes isn't worth it is best to buy it brand-new

Took my son to buy work clothes twice in a week. Affordable work pants, shirts, gloves, tanks, safety glasses, belts. Learned about the Lay-a-way plan also. Will definitely be going to put some winter work clothes on lay-a-way in about a month or so. Massive store with a massive selection of many brand names. The owner & employees were very helpful & friendly. I love how organized this store is!

This place is great. A wonderful selection of work and industrial clothing, security and general needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had a female staff member help me find a pair of work pants I needed. She looked through every row and box they had until she found the right fit for me. She helped me out for over 30 to 45 min just to find a pair of pants. This place is great. I loved it.

This store has been in Pascagoula for a very long time and since it's still in business, it means a lot. Most stores don't last unless it's a chain store.They have anything you want in here that's related to the military life and then some.It's almost overwhelming but you can easily find what you're looking for and if not, help is nearby.

Happy, welcoming and professional crew ready to make sure you leave their store wanting to come back. Got buttons put on my chaps for 30 bucks and they were ready around when they figured and looked as though they always had new buttons. 👍

I only come here because it's convenient. I'd recommend going somewhere else first.My last encounter here wasn't so great. I was charged for a two patch job but they used only one patch. The man behind the counter shrugged and said "you already paid for it."I sure did. I paid for it by wasting my time going there.

I've known Steve and Toni for years and they not only have an awesome store with a huge selection, especially the boots and used FR clothing, but they are also very nice to work with. Just good people!

It's been awhile since I've been in a store and actually enjoyed shopping. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. If you're looking for work gear, camping supplies or pocket knives they got you.

Suppose to be open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Drove twenty five miles and the are closed. Not listed on website. Called and they said they are getting ready for a sale. Poor excuse to close and poor business practices. She said come back tomorrow. No thanks, I will order what I need before I will drive back there again.

If you are in the area and need FR work clothing this is the go to shop. They sale used FR clothing and new which their prices are unbeatable. They have a lot of military surplus in the store as well if your looking for anything in that category. The staff here was friendly and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for at the time. Highly recommend shopping here for any of your work clothing needs!

We went here to look for a specific knife. After speaking to the associate she tells us it is not in stock but she can order it. We made the comment about having plans to check out the Gulfport Army Navy store too and if they didn't have it we would stop back by and order. I'm so glad we did. The store in Pascagoula was bigger but the Gulfport store was much more organized and had so much more stuff!! And they had the knife for $40 less than her. If you want to save some or alot of money definitely drive a few more miles.

The owner (manager) is all about the sale .sweet lady (fake),until you have to return item even with a receipt. This lady was rude and was not willing to give me an exchange .only after arguing with her I got my stuff and left. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
