Went to to reload a card. The lady with glasses with the holder was completely rude and unprofessional. I went to reload are card she said her manager had to I ask when would he or she be in she said she just stepped out and I don't know where she is or where she will be or when she will be back then stated she was right outside. Then basically shooed me away. I work with customer service and HR. This is absolutely ridiculous to shoo customers away we were spending about 500 to buy stuff there. Now it will not happen again.

The employees are really nice. They have everything you need. I normally go to dg. But at the moment they have nothing in stock. Due to Covid I’m sure . So not anyone’s fault. So glad I went to family dollar. To some sandals for my little girl .12cents. :)

Great place to go and shop for low prices. Very friendly and helpful associates and I find so much more than dollar items and still not too pricey. Thanks guys ☺️

Nasty service today . I ask the lady near to cashier .she fix some stuff .i said do you have cotton mask and she don't understand what I said so I removed my mask cover . probably I tell her 4 times and she getting mad and said they have a lots of mask here or every where and I don't want you want !!!!! I never say something because probably she tired or what ever .but hope next time be nicePs: I don't know where they put the mask that's why I ask

Like the prices, needs cleaner restroom. Management needs to appreciate their employees more. Its ridiculous that the company expects one person to run an entire store.

It's ok, just be aware of black ppl asking for money and cheeseburgers outside. Who knows what they are really up to. Rescued a young girl from that today

Gonna tax me on a Google play card so I will get double taxed when I use it and they can't even explain why they taxed me when all the other stores in my city dont tax on gift cards so family dollar when you put money on them when your not even buying anything they tax you so when I use it I get taxed 2 times
