This is by far the absolute WORST pharmacy ever. The pharmacy consistently closes early for lunch. Well before the advertised time. There should be some sort of repercussion for this. Their coupon system was down for WEEKS causing me to be without maintenance medications for an extended amount of time. The staff should be replaced with more customer inclined people.

Asked for access to restroom and an employee was rude said "sure ill stop what I'm doing and let your in the bathroom" sacastically? Im sorry I interrupted Caleb's day on Monday April 1st at approximately 5:50 pm in Pascagoula, Mississippi. I promise it will Never happen again.Walgreen's was very happy to see me.

I needed OTC products near the pharmacy that I could not find on the shelf. I asked the pharmacy personnel if they had more in the back. They did tell me that I would have to ask up front because they only worked the pharmacy. The cashier up front did go to the back & brought out what I was looking for. Since then if I can’t find it on the shelf I ask up front. The workers up front are extremely friendly & courteous & eager to help me.

CVS is generally excellent, especially when they accommodate manufacturers' coupons or discount cards. They are kind enough to check and offer the lowest available price for your prescriptions. Also, once your manufacturers' coupons or discount cards are already on your account in their system, they would automatically choose the lowest price for each of your prescriptions when you go there to pick up your medications, or even when you opt to pay for them online for pick-up or delivery.Although, sometimes, there are some pharmacists who will just accept your script and not tell the customer the current availability or whether there will be a long delay for the medicine you need.There are also some pharmacists that would prioritize chit-chatting with their co-workers instead of immediately attending to their drive-through customers & their pharmaceutical needs.Other than those 2 concerns, CVS is a good pharmacy.

I am so sick of the rude people in the pharmacy. They will also see you at the drive thru, start doing something to make you wait. If you have to go in your purse to get money, they will start doing something like stocking shelves or something. I give up! I'm ready to move on.

I couldn’t find what I was looking for and was assisted by Elizabeth at the Pascagoula location. Awesome and patient young lady. She took time to listen to my questions and give clarity on what I was about to purchase. CVS always has what I need. Great place to shop.

I just wish they would be more consistent with prescription ready time. They tell you it will be ready in an hour, so you leave and 10 minutes later there calling you and telling you, your prescription is ready.

0 stars!!! They claim to not have gotten prescriptions even ones that I personally dropped off at drive thru window. Then have been given pick up times and medications were still not ready. Had to call and speak to a cashier to get pharmacy on the phone!! I never have had issues with any other cvs. This is last straw.

Pharmacy customer service is HORRIBLE, even the manager is a joke, he was rude until I got rude back with him, then all of a sudden he want to be nice, really dude. None of them are friendly at all, it wasn’t always like this, I don’t know what happened, hope they fix it soon, if it wasn’t for my insurance, I would have been kicked rocks someone else.

Every month we start a week early an it never fails my sin has a problem with saying it’s wrong date even with bottle with dat filled on it to not having med an someone else fixes their problem so then they are mad so tell him it’s fixed but so busy it will be late afternoon to fill this is every month

Sorry lil bulldike behind the middle counter won't get up and help anyone no matter what. Rather sit there and smack her food when she should be working! All I needed was some ketchup and salt, but nope she's too good to help anyone. Piece of garbage!

People are not friendly. They offer delivery and then tell me they can't deliver. If there's a medication you can't deliver, then don't make the offer. I'm quarantined with covid 19 and cannot get on to get my insulin.

I was told my prescription would be ready at 3. Got off work at 4 and went to the pharmacy line. My prescription wasn't ready even though I had confirmed it with an associate. I was told to drive around the building and get at the back of the line. I had an appointment already scheduled and did not have time to get back in line.

Terrible service. I was told one day that they hah my prescription then when I went back to Check if it was ready I was told they could not find it. Then the staff got an attitude and did not seem to care. My business is now else where.
