This has to be the most unprofessional store I have ever shopped at. The sales have to be down and I wonder if corporate even cares. DG you have a great concept here!! BUT the most important part is missing!! CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The employees are rude and clueless and obviously could care less!! The store is always empty with the real stuff that you cane in for ..The Isle are full of stuff.you can't use..AND NOW the MILK IS SPOILED!! I tried to exchange a gallon that showed 3 days left on it but was denied because I did not have the receipt. I GET IT!! BUT please, who saves a receipt from 5 days ago?? I have better things to do than scam you out of 3.00 of the spolied milk that I purchased. .REALLY I just wanted an exchange. and they knlow I shop hete often!! They could care less..NO compromise, no apologies, no training!! SO MY ADVICE, Don't buy the milk from their dirty coolers and save your receipt!! As a retired retail supervisor I should of known better. To bad you have a great store in a fantastic town that sucks!! Corporate needs to wake up!!

The moral of this store has went DOWN! Its hardly ever stocked, low staffing (but with the pandemic, I will grace this reason), and I have purchased food that has expired (not realizing until I've gotten home). I really hope that things get better for this location soon because it once was one of the best

They are always welcome to join me to look for an item if I'm having trouble finding. Very courteous and make the shopping experience a happy one. The parking lots are too small in front, I am disabled and understand the older stores only have so much parking but need to be sure that the handicap spaces are what they are suppose to be.

I’m not looking to get anyone fired but I’m so tired of going to retailers, where the employee decides to close the store 15 to 20 before the posted store hours! This evening for example, shows open until 10pm, but the short blonde with glasses and and a bad attitude decided the store closes at 9:45. This is not the first time I’ve experienced her terrible customer service skills. On a previous trip to this store, I was basically followed around the store so that she could announce to me and other customers that she was closing in 20 minutes, then 15, then 10 which was about the time she forced everyone to the register by turning out the lights.

Always a mess shelves are empty. No front face what merchandise they have and always wait forever to cash out. Only 1 or 2 people there ever. They clock in hang out and talk on there cellphones. No customer service just hang out and get paid. Must be nice. I have to really work and earn every penny of my check.

Most of the employees are fine and I'm very happy with the produce added during the remodel. The one thing that makes me crazy is the dirty parking lot. It's always a mess and the signs/lights are out too often.

Store needs to be spruced up a little more, need more help in store to stock shelves. Also, large hole in the driveway of the store. Been there for about a year. Baskets could use WD 40 on the wheels. Bathroom out of order.Store just seems to be going down.

I ask about a restroom and was told both were out of order and had been a while. I ask where the employees went to the restroom( I had an emergency) and she said at the gas station down the road. Just was really irritated by the entire experience. I shop there regularly. In the evenings the lines are quite long.

They had more products on the shelfs and it's great to have a produce in the Dollor Genural.I would definitely would go back their again, I'd would reqmended other people to go their as well .

I had to run in to get some hand anti bacterial soap. This store is on my list to revisit one day soon. It is well stock plus the line wasn't long.

I got some DVD from a box that was full of them that said $1.00 i got to the register and they were $3.00 to 5.00dollars the lady in charge said the vendor put him in the wrong spot, why didn't they move all those DVDs from that box and let customers believe that we're a dollar? That's why I gave one star.

We live close by and the employees are really nice but they run out of everything you come for seems like and itll be 3 weeks or so before they stock again if they do get a truck in so we're going to just drive alittle further and go somewhere else to get what we need and actually get it

Lots of room in aisles. Aisles not constantly filled with stock, like the Family place. All the basics including ref and frozen food.

Good prices but stock ALL over the place. Went in between 4 to 6 pm. Could NOT get around or even down some rows. Should restock before or after peak hours!

Won’t be coming back! The girl checking me out did not say a word before, during, or after checking me out! But made sure to talk to the customers before and after me! Rude rude rude! Customer service is everything! And y’all have lost a customer!

I love Dollar General. I can go in and get out. I love the way they have cashiers at the registers so people can get out unlike Walmart.
