Room was filthy. As soon as you open the door it’s a horrible smell. Also the handle to the door fell off and it was a huge crack under it where anything could’ve gotten in. Roaches on the floor also. Housekeeper was very rude. She kept harassing me to get out of the room so she could so call clean when it wasn’t even time to check out yet. I would never stay here again.

Staff were awesome, free dinner/breakfast, location just outside busy part of town, hotel is dated but room was good, EXCEPT FOR THE FLOOR. I put socks on my dog! it was really, really bad. There's also opportunity here for a nice area in back with little improvements (repair picnic table) and the work trucks should be all together, doubled up on 1 end, it felt unsafe going in between trucks to pet area at night. This hotel also ended up being my most expensive for the night at $142, ouch. I love Natchez. Please step it up.

We tried a hotel down the street that had a cheaper price, but the woman was so rude that we just walked out (review to come soon lol). We came here instead and the lady at the counter, Pat, greeted us right away and was very nice. They gave a veterans discount, and showed other signs of support for veterans, which means a lot to us. We had never been to a hotel which serves dinner, so that was new and very nice. Their meals are full and varied, which is great as I have dietary restrictions, yet was able to absolutely stuff myself on some delicious food here. The room was nice.

This place doesn’t deserve a star at all. This place is so bad. This was my go to place before Covid. My family and I would stay multiple times. We had rooms with broken beds. When told about the beds the counter person looked at you like you were the problem. The bath tub while showering was filled with water. So that was stopped up. Man never again!!! We had to switch rooms. 3 times.Noteworthy details: Run for the hotels next to the river!!

Well run. Shockingly good service and cleanliness for the price ($75 after tax weeknight). Didn't have a chance to try the free dinner/breakfast but based on everything else I think it'd be pretty good.Will stay again in the future if passing through

Highly recommended!Upon check-In (earlier than the 3pm check in) the gentleman at the front desk stated out the company’s policy but, continued to allow the early check-in. After getting to the room- I was double charged. While speaking to him he was able to swiftly refund the funds immediately.Day 2- we were charged AGAIN- however the company seemed to be having system issues (not the property or the staff) the lady (manager) got in touch with cooperate and was about to immediately rectify the issue. Super nice staff and welcoming. 😊Now…. As far as the room goes- we did have a NON-updated room- however- it was still comfortable and clean! Breakfast was not the best thing ever but, was not terrible by any means! (eggs, oatmeal, grits, sausage, fruit, juices)

The best experience I've ever had at a Days Inn. Hot breakfast AND hot dinner! Friendly staff who genuinely seem to care about your stay. Clean and up to date rooms. Well maintained property. For the money, you won't find a better place.Rooms: Clean and up to date. Good lighting, clean sheets/comforter. Everyone worked as it should.

My needs were met by staying in this hotel because it was clean, comfortable and near places I planned on visiting. The hotel is a typical budget hotel so set your expectations accordingly. The breakfast was good and the options were better than other budget hotels I stayed at.Food & drinks: There are numerous restaurants near the hotel to choose from.

I reserved this room to have access to the pool area for my daughters. Upon our arrival we couldn’t open the door. Return to the office to switch room and I had to turn the door handle up to get inside. One of the staff members came by and stated he had no problem opening the door that I had to turn the handle up and the property is old. The room is unsatisfactory. The Tv was dusty, the bathroom had spider webs and dust in the corner, the furniture is old and chipped and the smell of smoke walking into the room was horrible. It’s carpet on the floor so I’m sure that hasn’t been deep cleaned. All of these rooms doesn’t look like this. I was located on the back end facing the gas station. If you reserve a room here, ask to look at your room first. DO NOT rent the rooms on the back end of the property.

Curtains were terrible. Lack of privacy due to a mirror reflecting a very exposed portion of the window. Was letting in every bit of light from outside. Bathroom linoleum was peeling off. Found a few roaches. At least we got to shower and sleep. I do however like their grassy area in the back, in case you're traveling with pets.

Did not provide First Responders discount, was told that price would only be . 97 cents off. Did not seem to care. Overall not good experience. Called to explain one bed was unstable on frame. Manager came and we were told no one else had complained about situation. He promptly sat down and realized it was not on frame correctly and attitude was that it was not fault of hotel. This was New Years day. Friend is a Firefighter that had been on duty several days out of Natchez and needed to relax. No consideration on that end. We also needed a smoking room, no ashtray. I am upset with the lack of professionalism !I have stayed and spent a great deal of money over years and am known there, so I recommended this hotel to friend as I thought it would be a good, pleasant place to relax. Overall, no appreciation or concern that the stay was pleasant. WILL NOT GO BACK!!!

The rooms are not suitable to stay in. If i could rate them a 0 i would. The double queen rooms smell awful, had sticky stains on tables, hair in bed, faucet nonstop running water, filthy walls and carpeting… the epitome of a “roach motel”. I reported the first room due to hair, awful smell, sticky substance on table, walls, tv and was changed to a room that was even worse. The man working was very kind and accommodating, however, he would not give me a refund even after this being my 2nd room of horror. He apologized each time and in the end put me and my young child into the “John Wayne Suite”, which smelled better and looked nicer. It hadn’t been used in a while and there was a bug issue. I placed a blanket on my bed and went into the restroom. My son was in the bed, and I went to straighten the blanket and 2 baby roaches ran out from underneath it… on the bed!!! I then checked the entire bed and hunkered down for a long night, as it was very late (11pm) and my lil had passed out. We stayed unwillingly as i had an exhausted very young child with me. I did not sleep. Awakened first thing to get ready and leave, only to step barefoot on a huge roach that was alive. I quickly placed a trash an over it, while it was alive and packed up and left. The whole experience was so bad. If not for paying $110 and it being very late w a child, I would have left without the refund. After all of that, no discount or refund if any sort was offered. I def do not recommend this place. It needs to be inspected by the health department. It’s So gross. Don’t read this and dismiss it. I promise you that I am not exaggerating by any means.

The first room I was assigned to had other people staying in it. Luckily they were not there when I walked in. Then they gave me keys to another room which was in the back of the building. The place looks really dirty and run down on the back side. They neglected to tell me the TV had no service when I checked in. I got to the room and sat on the side of the bed and the other side went up like a seesaw. I almost fell in the floor. I went up front and told them the room was unacceptable and I was going elsewhere. They refused to give me a refund. Make sure you see the room BEFORE you reserve, pay or sign anything. The rooms look nothing like what they show on their website. They lied to my credit card company about how long I stayed in the room so I couldn't get my money refunded.

This place is affordable and clean. I didn't have to ask the housekeeper for anything because she was right there whenever something was needed. The staff was so nice and there are stores that are walking distance from this place including popular restaurants like Taco Bell, McDonald's or Little Tokyo which are all affordable and the food is beyond deliciousFood & drinks: There are plenty of restaurants in this area. Everything is within walking distance just be careful crossing because this is a busy highway majority of the time

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. They had a great breakfast and the staff was so friendly. They always smiled and acknowledged you when you came in. They gave us ideas on where to eat and sightsee. We had a great experience and hope to come back one day.

I loved the exterior design of the office. The staff was all very friendly especially Rosa, we just loved her!! We were very satisfied with the room, it was exactly what we wanted and very clean. Anna did a great job tidying up and I hope she got the envelope we left in the room for her! The waffles for breakfast were great!

My company put us in this hotel for the week and man, this was a treat. You first walk in the front lobby and dining room, and you see it's clean and the staff are friendly. They offer you a warm plate of food for dinner.You then take your things to your room, and it too is clean and smells good. You unpack your things, settle in, and go back to the dining room to find out that Monday through sunday, they serve free breakfast and dinner.After dinner, you decide to go take a dip in their pool. It's winter outside, and their pool is open. It's not heated, but you don't care. You're from up idaho where it's currently 12°f.I've been. Here for 1 day out of 6 days. It's a great hotel and I've been to a few more expensive hotels I'm worse conditions. This isn't a bad hotelFood & drinks: Free breakfast and dinner

The rooms are very nice and clean,the people working in the front desk are very nice and polite, especially a man that it's always ready to help the people with their concerns,the breakfast it's delicious as well as the Souper, there's only one thing,we start to work at 6:45am and we would like that they open the breakfast at least at 5:10 am or 5:15 am to have time to enjoy that delicious breakfast,I wish they hear our need and helping us with this matter,we appreciate what they do for us and if they open the breakfast at 5:15 we will really be 😊 happy!! Thanks a lot!!

The rooms were nice. Not to clean like they should be. Also the toilet was stopped up. But the main thing that made it not to great was the noise all throughout the night. I don't know if someone was fighting or partying but it was constant hollering and banging around. It was total nonsense to come in after a long days of work and couldn't get a goods night sleep. Atleast the coffee and breakfast was good. And the workers were also sweet and helpful.

We were in for a hunting trip and were looking for a last minute place to sleep and get a hot shower. It was decent and served it’s purpose. It was quite loud while we tried to sleep with other guests there with their screaming children outside and parents cursing back at them. Would prefer queen size beds instead of fulls. Could’ve been slightly cleaner. Front desk was quick in getting us checked in and they offered complimentary breakfast and dinner. For a quick rest and warm shower, it was fine. If you’re looking for more accommodations or nicer rooms, you may need to look elsewhere.
