We first started going there for daycare with our sweet Cooper when we moved and he loved it there! We left him there for daycare and boarding multiple times and every time he was always VERY excited to go back. They loved our dog and he loved them. I had a a hard time leaving him for Christmas but I knew he would be treated well at Woof Gang. When we got a new puppy it was an easy decision of where to take her when we had to leave the house for more than a couple hours. Sure enough they loved our puppy as much as they loved our big boy. When Cooper went missing they helped search and spread the word, and when we finally found him and he had passed I knew I needed to take him by Woof Gang so they could say their goodbyes as well. They have cried with me and laughed with me and they have given excellent care to my babies. While I don’t think anyone could love my dogs as much as I do I certainly think they try. Woof Gang is not perfect and pristine, but it is clean and filled with love. Everyone that works there has always been very kind to us and our dogs and I would imagine it was the same for every other dog as well. We will bring our dogs there for as long as we live in meridian.

I just picked up my fur baby, after her very 1st stay away from me. My girl is a super active Treeing Walker Coonhound,and she is a bit of an escape artist to boot. While I'm very certain my 'Angel' was anything but an Angel, the folks at Woof Gang Pet Resort & Spa took excellent care of her. The facility was cool & clean, and clearly safety was a top priority. 1000 thanks, and I look forward to our next visit.

I took my dog aka furdaughter, Sunshine, here for a spa day and when I came to pick her up she was so happy. She looked and smelled so great. I was very nervous about having her hair shaved for the summer but they did an awesome job. She is a large lab/pit mix. Smooth clean shave all over. Her paws very smooth and nails had been cut and filed down evenly. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Wolf Gang Pet Resort!!!

Was very understanding and patient with my daughters devil dog. He did the best he could with what a mean little hussy he had to work with. I felt bad for him to have to put up with her awful nonsense. But she was so matted she needed a good grooming. I am hoping if we keep taking her she will eventually get better... Thanks so much for helping us out

My puppies are my babies, and when I take them somewhere I want to know that the owners treat them like their own and I have no doubt that they do that here. They have always had a place for our babies and they LOVE being there. When our sweetheart passed away, I was so sad to take my baby girl their alone without her protector, but I had no doubt that she would be looked after and given lots of love and attention. We can’t say enough good things about Woof Gang, Barbie, Nicolette, and all the wonderful family there.

Posting on behalf of my in-laws: We had a wonderful experience with the new owners, who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were making a move from TX to GA. The first day was 390 miles with our large dog in the back of our pickup truck. We arranged to board him overnight, and they were completely willing to wait for us to arrive. Though we had a plan, you never know, and they were so flexible and kind in working with us, even if we would have arrived late. Pickup the next day was easy and we are now in GA with a happy dog. Smells before you walk inside the door, and inside is even worse! It use to be kept so clean, neat & pretty inside & out!When Barbi was there at first, and she was there daily, it was Wonderful to come in...that is no longer the case!Staff are not personable at all, in fact almost to the point of rudeness, except the groomer. She was the Only person hallway nice.They asked my pets name, wrote it down, then asked it again within 3 min.Why do you not keep records to know the specifics of my pet? Some are vital info!I have been a devoted customer and you all act like me and my pet are nobodies. Not cool!My pet use to love to come there, now my pet is very nervious and scared.Barbi always talked to my pet as if she cared, that helped relax my pet, this other new staff are not like that!It use to be easy and a pleasure to take my pet, the last two times it was a complete hassle. My pet was over three hours late being ready and this last visit my pet was over an hour late being ready.When they called me, I stated I might be a few minutes more getting there to pick her up... (I was running another errand since they were late and had not called.) ... they had the nerve to tell me that over an hour I would be charged $10.Nuts!!! They were the ones LATE!Am Truly pondering if I will ever return!Barbi, What Happened?

Decided to try this place to groom my chocolate lab. They did an excellent job. Daisy (my lab) is kind of a handful, but they got her bathed and shaved with no trouble. Really good prices on their grooming services and it was pretty easy to get an appointment.

They lost my cousins beloved Ozzy while in their care and he was later found injured and had to be euthanized. They would not even have the curiosity to refund the boarding fee and tried to shift blame by saying he was a crazy dog yet when my cousin called to check on her dig they assured her he was fine sleeping under his blanket when in fact they had lost him or as they said he escaped from their facility . Please do not board your pet here . They may be good as a groomer but do not board your beloved fur baby with them .

Normally I have a really good experience and they do a wonderful job on his cut, but my small dog has 2 huge scabs from getting too low of a (scalping like) cut behind his ears. I can take into consideration that he probably moved and it is a hard area to get to, but I would've like to have been notified about it.

So there is bit of a story here. Wife and I were camping at twittley campground and came across 13 kittens that had been dumped. We ended up getting them into the Foster system. After talking around the area found out that they "allegedly" came from this this pet spa. I wouldn't trust them with an ant farm let alone your pets.

This lady called the local shelter trying to drop off a box of kittens. The shelter was full.What does she do?She ditches them at the Twitley Branch campsite that was clearly posted with warnings for gators. NEAR the shore!There are at least 3 (!!) litters of kittens, 7-10 days old. 4 kittens didn't even have opened eyes. This lady even dumped the mamas. It was 53 degrees last night!Our friends were lucky enough to find them, as they were the ONLY campers last night, and managed to get two mamas and the kittens to the camphost who's a shelter worker. Hopefully, the third mama doesn't become a gator snack.DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR ANIMALS!

They cut a chunk from my Shih Tzu right side belly and blamed it on a sore from matted hair. She's 11 yrs old she barely has hair that grows underneath!! And she was trimmed a month and a half prior to this visit!! So now I'm sitting at the vet's waiting to see if she needs stitches!!! The groomer called to say my Shih Tzu was ready but never informed me of the incident. She left the place before I got there, supposedly. They used kwik stop on her belly and said it was dirt from the matted spot. This is actually happening today 12/27/17.Also learning some friends went here and the dogs came back saturated in urine and feces and said it wasn't their fault. Something not right about this place.

Everyone here is so kind and caring. Barbie, one of the owners and groomers, does everything she can to make you feel comfortable about having your furbaby there. But most importantly, she does everything to she can to make your furbaby feel comfortable about being there. She greets them with open arms and an energetic smile, gets down on the floor and plays with them and takes them outside to play with them to get to know them. They let you not only stay there in the back with them as she is grooming them but welcomes you to stand there to help comfort the also. And when you arrive you are also welcomed by her sweet receptionist Nicollet who helps you fill out your paperwork at your own pace unlike other places that hurry you along. And the work they do is unlike any other. Our baby has never looked so good. I definitely recommend you bring your furbaby here. They feel like home.

I have used this place 3 times. The first two times were ok. But this last visit was AWFUL!!! When you drop your dog off they make you fill out a page with your info: name, number, dogs name, breed which Tobi is a girlie, and how much they weigh, and what service you want which i got the grooming package. They have a comments sections and the woman asked if i wanted her shaved and i state NO just a trim and she replied ok, and also wrote it down on the sign in page! Mind you my dogs (Tobi) appointment was at 9:30 a.m. I called to check on my dog at 12:10 p.m to see how everything was going and if she (Tobi) was ready for pick up. The woman asked if i was calling for another dog named Toby and asked if i was “so and so” to check on my dog that was boarded there. I said no i had a 9:30 appointment for grooming she said oh ok it will be another hour. Ok. So an hour later i go to pick up my dog and the woman goes are you here for “Oliver”? I said no I’m here for Tobi. So she goes in the back to check on her comes back out i pay and take a seat and she goes in the back again and she goes Tobi is a boy right i said NO, and she hollers in the back I’m assuming to the groomer that the dog he has been grooming for 4 or so hours is a female dog named Tobi.... they bring my dog out and she is SHAVED basically bald with a bowl cut around her head. I will not be back. A waste of $50. I wish i could post pictures but I’m not sure how to on here.

I recently went out of town and left my boy tucker with them they are so sweet and loved my boy like their own! I wouldn’t leave him anywhere else! He came home smelling so good !! If it was up to him he would have stayed there!
