Don't be fooled by the size of the store front. This store has plenty of depth to it and offers a great variety of food and essentials.The meats were all fresh and we'll displayed. Breads were priced below average.Be sure to sign up for their loyalty card and start earning points that can be redeemed for a wide variety of items.

I don't usually get to go to Winn Dixie but when I do it is always great. I like their deli section the most. Great place to get some food for lunch or dinner. Their sushi is surprisingly really good. The variety is fantastic.

The produce is high quality, customer service is excellent and the location is super convenient. I didn't give it five stars, because it is the second most expensive grocery store in town and the kitchen utensils are not that strong.

This is, without a doubt, one of the worst grocery stores that I have ever been to. I have three major gripes against this store that I will list in increasing order of importance.(1) They have very few small carts and no more hand baskets. Presumably, this is an effort to force you to use larger carts and consider buying more food. This is an exploitative technique that is also very inconvenient. Why should I have to use a full-sized cart when I just need to run in to buy a few things?(2) They are very expensive. I know groceries, in general, are expensive nowadays, but I never leave Walmart or Aldi's feeling shocked at the receipt. Every time I leave Winn Dixie, I feel like I've been cheated.(3) This is the worst gripe. You would think for a higher sticker price you would be getting better quality. You would be wrong. Their food is either rotten on the shelf or will go bad shortly after purchasing it. I have gone into the store multiple times and seen blueberries or strawberries covered in mold sitting next to good fruit. This is right next to the FRONT DOOR. I've had to return cheese in exchange for another when I unwrapped it and found it covered in mold. And the breaking point was when I bought lump crab meat for $18 only to find that it was bad and completely unusable. Why pay so much money for food that is either already wasted or will go to waste soon?I recommend that you always avoid this store. It is never worth it. Drive the extra couple minutes to Walmart or Aldi's. You will save time and money, and frustration in the long run.

Just don’t understand what the issue is with not returning phone calls. Really needed to know if my blood pressure meds were there. I enjoy shopping there and getting my meds there but this phone business is rediculous.

This is definitely a grocery store. Fresh produce, baked goods , and deli items. Huge meat section and large varieties of other items. Will be shopping there again.

I picked up prescriptions and the pharmacy personnel are always so helpful. There were several people in line and the store opened 2 more registers. There are young men who bag groceries and ask if I need help to my car. I am handicapped

Glad this place is still here to buy decent meat and produce from. The only thing left otherwise is a big box store made of “wal”. The prices are on par with the big box if you really think about the quality you are getting compared to the other choice. Everyone please come support this store.

Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were pleasant and helpful. The deli was closing up and cleaning machines when we went by, the deli associate was very polite and did not mind "dirtying up" a slicer to serve us. Great customer service. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is Winn Dixie's deceptive but one get one free promos. They raise the regular retail price of an item (especially meat) and then offer it bogo at the higher price.

This store is very clean and well stocked. Large aisles so no having to squeeze yourself around other shoppers. There is a huge variety and selection of products. They carry many organic and gluten free items. Great deals with their free rewards program. Employees and customers are courteous.

Went grocery shopping by myself with my infant son. I had my baby’s car seat in the shopping cart which didn’t leave much room. When checking out the sweet lady bagging my groceries not only loaded them, but walked out with me to my car and helped me load them into my car. Much better service and variety than Walmart!

Went to the Pharmacy and extremely fast service. Con did not give Veterans discount ! With no butcher shop or produce dept with full time employees poor quality meat and produce. Would be glad to pay more for good cuts of meat and not having to run steaks thru a blender before you cook. Very poor meats. Produce brought out lettuce and I was going to buy a head. Could not find a head not bruised or turning black in spots. Told the employee and he told me that he was part time and didn't know anything about lettuce because he didn't eat salad. What happened to the full time employees that took pride in their product. Made sure you had quality food. The part time employees at Winn Dixie where I went in Meridian Ms . They did not care

Okay... THE SUSHI! You would think that a Winn-Dixie wouldn't have the some of the BEST sushi rolls in Meridian, but they doooooo!!!🍣🍤🍚 I met someone at a coffee shop and they told me I had to try it and I did not regret it. They have a sushi artist come in and make fresh rolls every day and they are really amazing. Thank me later🤷🏾‍♀️ (They also have a pretty good wine and coolers section)

This is my favorite local grocery store. Friendly staff, great selections, and they have plenty of non-plastic options for zero wasters. Also, I love the look of the store brand packaging! Great place to shop with the kids. Let the little ones enjoy some fresh sushi, frozen yogurt or some fruit from the large produce section while you shop. The rewards program will save you a ton of money on groceries and gas and there’s always great sales going on.

they have an excellent choice of gourmet foods and gluten-free foods vegan foods- foods that you can't usually find at other supermarkets such as Walmart and Kroger's. There are a few irritable workers there that don't seem to be enjoying their time and do not feel like helping you, others are nice and say hi and do give you a hand and then some don't even know how to ring you up properly but the selection is really good...but the prices are a little higher than most grocery stores.

This store is always well stocked and staff members are typically willing to help you find anything you need. The store is always clean and the produce and groceries are fresh and within date. Very rarely do we have any issues here. We love shopping at Winn Dixie!

I call the pharmacy to get the amount of my medicines. And no one answers. And I call all day. And no one answers the phone. It even happens when I have to refill my medicines. This is an on going thing. If they can't step up. Then I will find another pharmacy to use. That takes the good Rx gold.

I went in for a hot lunch. The selection was good. Everything looked fresh. The ppl who were making the plates were smiling and friendly. I really appreciated their nice attitudes in the moment. Self-check out was easy.
