First, I want to acknowledge that the staff at this location are always friendly and seem happy to be there. But today, Courtney was extra helpful. I’m 37 weeks pregnant so giving my dog a bath at home is difficult due to the bending. I called and Courtney confirmed that this location had a pet wash. When I arrived, she got me rung up and then squared aware with towels and everything I’d need. When I was finished, it looked like a German shepherd blew up on the pet wash station. My dogs hair was everywhere in the tub, walls, floor. I did the best I could with clean up short of spraying the walls and floors down with the hose. The towels were adequate (would be nice to have some no slip pads on the floor outside the tub so I didn’t have to waste a towel so my dog could jump down), the shampoo options were adequate, the force dryer was in excellent working condition, and there were combs, slicker brushes, and even toenail nippers available. I apologized profusely for the mess, and Courtney was very reassuring that it was okay. I ended up picking up my own slicker brush and a toy for my pup while I was there, and Courtney kindly offered him a treat. For $9.99 you really can’t beat what is offered or the amazing customer service.Sorry again to whomever had to clean up after me!

Picked up two nails on I-20 in construction zone on our horse trailer. Through TSC employee Austin and the kindness of a stranger, we were back on the road in record time. Thank you!!❤️❤️❤️

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have now made 2 trips to the Meridian location. Last night, they said nobody was there that can fill propane so I make sure to call before going tonight. I get there, go inside and tell Donna, the one working the register, I need to get propane filled. She says she will get someone down to the gate to do it. I wait until I get absolutely fed up, over 20 minutes, and go to see what the issue is. THEY HAVE NOW CLOSED WITH ME WAITING ON SOMEONE SHE SAID WAS COMING THAT NEVER DID. I have driven all the way to the other side of town twice and have not gotten the bottle filled. This is beyond ridiculous!!!

Jake went above and beyond to help my wife and I with our dog kennel last week.His level of professionalism and personability is something to be admired. My wife and I will be back.The entire staff was very kind, hard working, and down to earth. This is the kind of place customers want to come back to, and I say that as a customer and former retail manager.If I could give 6 stars, I would.

My wife drove passed a store on the way home from Jackson that had the garden fencing that I needed to do business with a local store in meridian after looking it up on the internet and ordering it and paying for it when she arrived at the store to pick it up they informed her they didn’t have it after the website said they had 8 of them. Then when she asked about them selling her the taller fencing for the same price they wouldn’t do it or even give a discount to accommodate her for the trouble she went through, this will be the last time I ever do business with these people or recommend anyone too

My experience was very pleasant. The gentleman came over to me and asked if he could help. Said he noticed I had been in area for a while. I explained that I was waiting for a friend to get to the store to by the only heater they had left like I had been looking to buy. He walked away and came back with a cart and pulled to register. I was in the store this week and explained a problem I had in an old house I had moved into aftef some renovation. Three of the sales folks there stopped to try to help. One young man disappeared and when he came back he had the answer to my problem. Not an answer as designed but it has worked wonderfully. Thanks for the time and thought that they invested in me. I will return there even if it is more convenient to go somewhere else.

Luckily I found what I needed, past visits have always revealed friendly staff, but my most recent visit I was greeted by two young men who I dont think could have cared less about what they were doing. They moved extremely slow and were almost no help to me at all. I give 3 stars for now, but if I continue to see this type of behavior I will edit and remove more stars...

This store at one time had a helpful and friendly staff. Now it seems like no one but the young lady at the register can help you and the manager when you can find him because he seems to be busy doing his job and others to. Seem to be out of the goat and chicken feed that I use a lot. We asked for some help one day from an employee, he said he would be right back. 20 - 30 minutes later and after talking to the busy and seemingly abandoned young lady at the register , we found out that he had left for the day . In the mean time other associates look at us like we're crazy people just hanging out. Never mind us , we're not the reason why you get a check every week. Any way.

I'm being more than fair with 4 stars because even though the girl behind the register is very friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff are lazy and hide in the back of the store so they don't have to do anything. She must have asked for someone to unlock the gate load a couple rolls of fence for me for 30 minutes. It was pathetic. The boss needs to get rid of some dead weight for sure.

My wife bought a pair of Carhartt jeans for Christmas present on Nov 23 and at that time she inquired about exchanges and was told no problem.Today Jan 6 she was refused echange due to a 30 day policy.Due to our fool me once policy we will no longer shop at tractor supply.

I Love Tractors Supply.They always have what I have ever needed for tractors and work.I did not give a 5 Star, because the person that answered the phone said,”We are out of product”. I said, “OK”, can you give me a price and order”?Person literally went quit, after a long pause, I said,” guess I will get from somewhere else”!Their response OK. Someone needs to properly train their sales staff........

Tractor Supply Company is a great place for just about every need that you have for farm equipment Tractor Supply feed animal supply they sell chickens ducks they have all kinds of things that you could possibly ask for when it comes to farm equipment and unusual things that you can't find anywhere else but that normally you would find at a co-op and if you can't find it at the co-op you can find it at Tractor Supply Company

I don't know what has happened to you all's Meridian, MS store, but the last few times we have been in there it was a disappointment to say the least! We had a cashier on a couple of occasions that was about as unpleasant as she could be, the poor little baby chicks in one of the troughs didn't have a grain of feed and the store stock looked like the place was going out of business! Pitiful, needs to make a turn around and soon!!!

Was actually disappointed the first time I went there looking for tractor parts. They spent way too much floor space on "trendy clothes" instead of agricultural needs. However since my return, I have figured their system out and they have a good amount of things in inventory there

I look at Tractor Supply like I look at PetSmart. If you don't know any better you're going to spend 25% or more than most of their competitors. They will generally have anything you need but I highly recommend that you check out the Lauderdale County Co-op on 8th Street in Meridian for whatever product it is that you are about to purchase from Tractor Supply. I have found that animal feed will cost on average $5 less at the co-op.

The name is deceptive. TSC carries hardware, outdoor products, pet foods, & more. Its worth a stop because this location also has friendly, helpful employees.
