Plenty of truck parking, quiet. This rating is more for the management of the store than anything. There is no excuse why on a Saturday evening and a Sunday morning there are only 3 people in the store working. Your daily and hourly sales report will dictate how many people you need people working and when you don't. If you lack the staff, then expectations of management are to step up. Saturday evening, the pumps were full of cars. The store was full of customers. The bathrooms were trashed, and you can tell it's been a minute they were cleaned because things were not stocked. I can't imagine what the showers were like. The person running the subway was constantly in the back, which forced the front cashier to stop what they were doing to get him to come up front to help a customer. Same for the other food counter. We got the meat loaf dinner with biscuits, and the biscuits were old and hard. But we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to help us. Then, wait another few minutes in line to check out. Workers were absolutely great, but you can tell they were stretched thin mentally. The store was wrecked, which told me they were the only ones left in the store and too busy to keep up and maintain the floor. Sunday morning, the coffee area was trashed. Coffee was not maintained, and they were out of the Duncan Donuts coffee. Lots of people in the store but again were short staffed. Shame on Management for this. During high sale times, you should expect all hands on deck, and if you don't have the people, then the person that have Management titles being out on the floors helping their staff. Employees should not have to find people to help customers with food. This would be an awesome store on the weekend if it was staffed properly. BTW, we got a hot plate for breakfast on Sunday. I got scramble eggs with sausage patties and biscuits and gravy. I was unable to eat the biscuits and gravy because they were so hard my fork would not go into the biscuit. I broke a piece off (yes, I said I broke a piece off), and it was like eating 3 day old bread with butter. Really, that is your standards with food? Do better please, you already have the business, show your customers how much you appreciate them by maintaining a high-level store.

I asked for a extra set of towels and she was a smart a** about it... Then they/them only gave me a towel...I get in my shower room and there is no bath mat and it's not very clean... Not the best shift here tonight... My last several stops here were great though.

This was a very bright and CLEAN place to park and take a break. All of the associates that night and in the morning were very friendly and welcoming. A very well lit and spacious parking area. An A Plus location.

I like this place. Always clean workers are friendly food looks good and fresh all the time. I stop here every trip usually. I do wish they would fix that damn pothole at end of parking lot for big trucks leaving the fuel island though.. its about impossible to miss if you wanna see traffic coming up the hill amd it's HUGE

Some reviews are just to picky. I went the place is clean the staff is friendly. Didn't go look at the bathroom but overall the whole area was pretty clean. It is a truck stop after all a lot of traffic and nasty people being messy I imagine it's hard to up keep non stop when there behind the counter trying to help the customers so yeah overall it's not a bad place. Definitely been to worse.

I'm sure I speak for a lot of people when I say I'm gonna miss the old Spaceway... However, it was long overdue for a face lift and it got it. Finally some decent coffee although I do miss the ability to walk in and order a cheeseburger and fries. Subway wasn't a bad choice to add, but as a driver running these roads, they are in just about every truck stop you go to and I yearn for something different once in a while. Bathrooms are new and clean. As are the showers. I know they are owned by Pilot now, but do us a favor and don't bother putting those stupid "pay-to-park" spots in.

Poor service. Don't waste your timeUpdate: still poor service. Reading these other reviews, it's obvious they don't frequent this establishment. Gas is over a quarter less per gallon about 3 miles away and comes with less attitude from employees who hate their job. We have tried and tried being as we are frequently in the area. Just as the world is going to junk, this store is out running it to the bottom. Since it does no good to voice the problems to the employees at the store. If the "owner" would like to reach out, we'd be more than happy to share the many instances and situations that have been unsatisfactory, but since this isn't a post blowing smoke about how good and kind this store is, there probably won't be any attention given to the actual problems from owner or management.

Good in and out but they usually have issues with the pumps. The fuel islands are usually dirty with oil and fuel. And the graveyard shift needs more people or at least people that don't come to sleep on the job

Great customer service, clean environment finally a truck stop that looks presentable and don’t looks trashy or smelly like some of the other corporations that we as truck drivers has to visit I can say that I will visit this location again if I drive through town and I will had to say respectfully I’m not a truck stop friendly just because of how some of the others look or keep theirs appearance this one had the 👍on my opinion

Stopped for the night. Minimum staff on duty. They lock the side door (side the truckers use). Grabbed 2 slices of pizza for $7. Not bad. I had the jalapeño with honey. It was good. Also grabbed a few zippos, that I don’t have.

DUNKIN DONUTS EXPRESS! America runs on Dunkin'!! Need I say more??? Okay, I will but man, I just love Dunkin' Donuts. This is the closest one to my house, about 55 minutes away and I will drive here sometimes just for a delicious coffee and some yummy donuts for my kiddos. This place is super clean and has excellent service. Everyone is friendly.

One of my usual stops this location hasn't bn the same sense old management left. Place is Always dirty and filthy, an cashiers are always rude and unhelpful.... And always low on pizza and help....smh!!!

Only good thing about this place is the parking, even tho it’s not strait but at least There is plenty of parking. They randomly close the showers when they feel like it. Came at 9 o’clock tired and sweaty, trying to get a shower, she tells me they closed the showers “cuz they not clean” they also close subway because “They on break” like come on hire more ppl. Also Duncan doughnuts coffee is empty most of the time, and coffee containers look gross. Very poor management. They need to fire the manager and hire a new one. Horrible.

Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Store was very clean especially bathrooms!! The maintenance guy that was working alone trying to keep showers cleaned and ready for next customer, you can tell he takes pride in his work and as busy as the store was and they had him running in all directions never heard him complain once. I think he said his name was Bonner , but I just felt he needed a pat on the back for being a good employee,

This place has donuts!! What more can I say. Friendly cashiers, clean facilities, and well stocked shelves. Comparable gas prices. Well lit at night and right off of the interstate. A great place to stop while traveling or whenever. I highly reccomend.

Stopped here this morning for a shower n food. They put me in a handicap shower which is fine I guess. The water was hot and refreshing however the floor needed swept thank god fo shower shoes. I bought some pizza and a cup of coffee. The pizza was ok the coffee was warm at best. My fault didn't taste it b4 I left the store. Roll on drivers.

We ate at this establishment (a truck stop and gas station) after church this morning. I have been stopping here (either into or exiting Meridian) for at least 15 years. There are various ways to get hot food here (a pizza stand, home cooking (pot roast, meatloaf and healthy vegetables), a Subway, pre-made hamburgers and sausage dogs, Dunking Donuts, hot and cold beverages. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE HERE.

The issues I have with this location has to do more with management. This place is not being managed correctly. The bathrooms were a little dirty but not too bad and that's understandable. But when it comes to the food it is very very poorly maintained. Right now it's 9:00 in the morning and there's absolutely no breakfast whatsoever but yet they're bringing out all the lunch. I understand that some people don't like breakfast but to stop making breakfast before 9:00 in the morning is absolutely crazy. And this Crew does not maintain the Dunkin' Donuts area very well either. I had to go and ask them to make more coffee because the coffee was all gone. I can understand if the location is extremely busy and they run out of coffee but not when the location is practically empty. Someone needs to speak to management or contact the corporate office.
