Went in for accent lights found what I needed after a long search.. wasn't the one's I wanted but made do with what I found.. proceed to a register only to see that they are all it seems self check out..go to one of the registers ring up my lights about to pay when a young lady comes from nowhere to tell me that I can't use that register it doesn't have any paper in it then another employee takes my lights out of my hands and rings them up on another register without a excuse me, can I just get your lights..anyway transaction finishes I look back at register to push button for my receipt only to find that the same young lady has already pushed it for me..Not a good day at Lowes..came out feeling some type of way!

There was supposed to be an egg feast for Easter. Sadly, employees had to ask about event that was posted online... They came back with a box that had a few plastic eggs with a piece of candy inside, dog handkerchief and a tiny box of nerds. Kids were so disappointed. They were looking forward to the egg events, crafts and taking an easter photo... We saw various families disappointment in Lowe's! Lack of communication amongst store corporation all the way down to the employees! Just sad... I planned on making a few purchases while we were there, instead ended up a home Depot !

We placed an order on 3/31 for a zero turn lawn mower, to be delivered. It was set to be delivered 4/2. My husband took off work, waited all day, no delivery. No call, no text and no email. The manager June was helpful and said they were having issues with their 3rd party delivery service. She rescheduled the delivery date for 4/5. My husband again took off work to be home for the appointment time. Waited all day, no delivery. That evening we received a call saying the delivery truck had broken down and they would reschedule it. 11 days after our order was placed, we still have yet to receive our $3,000+ order. No call backs from the 3rd party delivery service on a reschedule delivery. This is poor customer service. We will be canceling that order and taking our money elsewhere. Lowe’s needs to change back to local delivery drivers, because whomever they are contracting out to will and is causing them to lose business.

As we are checking out we saw one of our wood we got had no price, and BRANDY was there standing so we tell her it has no price and she proceeded to tell us “ ITS NOT HER JOB” so we’re literally just standing there left with no help. THANKFULLY Terry (Terra) of 22 years working at Lowe’s (as I saw her badge) was so helpful and nice to help us! Definitely tells you the difference of work ethic between them too!

I'm done with this place. I'd give 0 stars if I could. If you bought it and it works thats great. If you have any trouble or if it arrives damaged your f...ed! HORRIBLE customer service and you'll probably get an installation crew that doesn't seem very friendly. Take it or leave it was the feeling I got.

Went to store for pull handles for a piece of furniture. I needed some help and sales associate named Lloyd helped me out. He was very helpful, polite and friendly. He was well knowledgeable of product I was looking for. He went above and beyond to help me out.

I would give K 5 stars. K was awesome. Friendly and so very helpful every time I ask for help. The gentleman who got my fireplace down was awesome and friendly. I give the customer service desk 0 stars. Not at all friendly or helpful. They were snotty and rude. Checkout ladies were helpful and polite. They didn't go out of their way, but when asked, they helped. Store manager useless as all get out. Couldn't be found even when paged.Don't try calling the store it's an automated system. If you want to get through, just say store manager. You may get someone, but they may just put you on hold and not answer the phone. They will laugh as they are doing it. I called 7 times. Each time, they were giggling when they picked up the phone and put it on hold.

I have shopped this store since it opened as a regular commercial and residential customer. Less so in the last couple of years, but wow! Was today's experience horrible. Besides the PT lumber being soaked and heavy, the selection required extensive 'culling' in the bin to find material that was even slightly acceptable. Did I mention that several Lowe's employees walked by, never bothering to ask if I needed help loading a cart with 26 2x6x12's? The hardware bins were in major disarray, leading to extra time spent in a fruitless search for allegedly 'in stock' items. All of this, although frustrating, isn't exceptionally uncommon here. The actions of the commercial sales loaders were: The fact that it took a long time to pick up and bring out a bundle of deck board, the forklift driver wouldn't get off the unit, and then had to tell the flagger to help me move the material from the forklift onto my trailer. To add insult to injury, apparently neither one bothered to count anything, so they argued about that before another loader came out and counted. Oh, then he stood and watched me and the other guy finish moving the material to my trailer. The last straw? Their count was short, and they all moved on to other things, and I had to go get the remainder of my order. Epic fail, Lowe's, epic.

I can safely say this is the worst lowe’s I’ve ever been too. I’ll go in for literally one thing that shows a quantity of 12 available, yet they have none. It’s happened a few times now.

I love Lowe’s it’s one of my favorite places to shop. From appliances to plants to holiday decorations I can always find stuff that I want at Lowe’s. This particular trip I was buying seeds for my hydroponic garden and found everything I was looking for. Plus look at these cool ghouls for Halloween!

UPDATE!!!! So they responded (read below) and send a lame message to call the number that I already called and complained.This response is not genuine nor personal. They give this stupid response to everyone and DON'T CARE. Do not shop here if you can avoid it!!! This LOWES location is the worst and now the corporate response is just as bad.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! Worst Lowe’s I’ve ever visited. Ordered a refrigerator and they sold it out from under me delaying the appliance a week. Calling or going into this store to get answers is impossible. They are VERY understaffed and don’t care AT ALL about service.

The store itself is ok but the parking lot is so dark it seems like the store manager is encouraging....maybe even assisting criminals to steal from vehicles. Would not want my daughters or significant other to shop there at night. Very unsafe environment.

Today I shopped at lowes of Meridian. Outstanding customer service. I actually couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. All the other Lowes GMs should be trained by whoever is the Meridian GM.

Unknowledgeable staff not eager to help and rightfully so bc they don't know what their selling or what products they do actually sell and it's a reflection of pour management no doubt when management is uneducated in the products and services they sell it only trickles down to the staff. Lowes in meridian has terrible service this is not the first time … we bought and paid for a washer and dryer and stove to be delivered I missed a day of work waiting for it all day never got a phone call to say they weren’t comeing or that my stove was not even in the store yet . Call them not many answers no one new anything to tell me except wait till Thursday now ok I call Wednesday night to see time of delivery and have been on hold for 20 minutes now waiting on and answer and they still do not have my stove that was paid for again two weeks ago . The worst part is we had the old stove removed the Sunday night because delivery was Monday morning but NO DELIVERY AND NO ANSWER! Really im so frustrated ..LOWES please need some answers on this …. Lowe's Home Improvement is always on point by having virtually any product an individual, from a licensed contractor to my beautiful lady that loves pet projects such as using her newfound love, glitter spray paint, to beautify all her tables, glassware, & anything else she desires.As always Lowe's has a undisputed knowledgeable staff that will offer & go above & beyond to help you get your building supply needs handled... Almost every time. (Can't always bat .1000.)🤷‍♂️

I had to go get some flooring for my mother and make sure it was the right one. I waited 15 mins for some help which they never came so a lady that is a customer helped me find what I needed. I proceeded to find someone to help load it on the buggy but of course no one showed up so the customer helped me again and had to load all the boxes in my car my self. It's a shame every time you go to this store employees are standing around talking and not helping the customers. Very poor service. The employees do not ask do you need any help.. Sad situation

Never can we ever get help at the MERIDIAN, MS location without walking all over the store and then waiting 15 to 20 minutes for anyone to grace us with their presence. Once they do arrive, 90% of the time, the answer to our questions are "I don't know, and more often than not, this ain't my department."I used to be an advocate for department store workers. I complained about online stores taking all the jobs, but I am certainly not against it anymore. If people don't care to work, replace them with efficient robots!

Worst Lowe’s store I’ve ever used. I’ve flipped homes in Seattle and Bozeman, this store is by far the worst. Purchased appliances from them and they removed the microwave from the box and in the box there was parts for installation. I have called numerous times only to be lied to about delivery and be left on hold for thirty minutes at a time. Also, ordered a dryer from them and the delivery day kept changing. Once or better yet if I receive my purchased items I will never use this Lowe’s location. They cannot be trusted and they aren’t transparent. I would rather order everything directly from the manufacturer than to be deal with them ever again.

Very unsatisfied!!! Went to get some wire for my house and copper wire was 3 dollars and the reg was 8 wanted the cooper wire but said that they couldn't get it down because they didn't have a thing to put it on that rolls why have something and not get it down for sell I understand if they didn't have someone to or something to get it down but that wasn't the case it was a simple didn't want to because of not having the rolling thing!

Hello to all the lowes family. This message is to let you know my dissatisfaction at the lowes store in Meridian, 100 15th, on many occasions it received mistreatment by the employee skyla and the people who work in this return area. I felt the need to talk to her boss but apparently no one is interested in providing good service. This situation has happened countless times and these employees, mainly Skyla He's, are extremely rude and bad-spoken towards customers, always refusing to help and do not have good management to serve customers. I don't understand how employees like this can have their chests full of recognitions such as employees of the month and others, when this is the complete opposite.For my part, I will continue working with Lowes, however, I will do my best to convey my discontent, claim and annoyance towards this particular store, through google reviews if necessary.We, the contractors, are the ones who buy the most and make them earn money, you can't have employees who treat us like garbage.Here I leave the purchase receipt of this moment.
