Terrible experience in Dirt Cheap this afternoon. The manager on shift today was absolutely rude and dismissive to my friend and I. We found a futon that rang up for $0.50, I know its a crazy price, but we just thought we were getting a good deal. Since it was a large box, my friend asked the manager for assistance or a flatbed to load the couch on. The manager blew him off, told him to go find some guy walking around, and that there was nothing she could do to help. So we lifted our heavy box into a cart, where it barely fit. Then when we came to check-out, the cashier told us that the sticker on the box was for the wrong item. We had no idea, like I stated we thought we were getting a good deal. The same manager was called over, where we asked if there was another price at which we could buy the futon at. The manager stated, “Do you even know how much this costs??? It’s 40% off of $400”. It seemed like the number was made up on the spot, rather than taking time to research the item for the true price. I just, again, felt like this manager was doing whatever it took to dismiss us. I absolutely love dirt cheap, and drove almost 2 hours to go to this store. Although they have good stuff, I wouldn’t waste your time if this manager is on shift. She was extremely rude, and made me never want to return to this dirt cheap ever again.

The most wonderful place on Earth if you enjoy shopping!!! I love shoes especially expensive shoes for a dirt cheat price!!! The workers in the store were friendly & helpful...Just a fun time with my cousin who is a frequent shopper there...

Chaotic and disorder abound, but that's part of Dirt cheap charm, right? Well, it definitely depends on what day and time that you go.. We used to have a smaller Dirt cheap in the Poplar Springs area and you felt like you knew where all the good deals were..Here you gotta dig and hope that the treasure that you unearth is the price that the signs say..But I guess that just how things work now..Service was excellent which made up for the frustration of not being able to make sense of the order of the layout of the store. Would I recommend.. surebut be prepared to spend some serious time searching..

Have no way to know prices without taking it up to front for an employee to scan and they act like its not their job and are very rude. Nothing is organized so there may be a 40% sign with a certain code, but you start looking a.d there are 20 different codes just in that one stack of boxes. Some are 90% off with a 40% sign. Needs to go back to where we could scan through the website/app!!

Used to be a great place to find bargains, but no longer. Restrooms are terrible. High prices. Messy product displays. Long slow lines at registers, especially on discount days.

Item prices were not always priced in a discernable manner. Absolutely unorganized and poor layout. Similar items would be found all over the store. Probably 25% of what I looked at was not priced with the Dirt Cheap price. A good amount of stocked items, just in need of some interested workers in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, there were a few workers.trying to do the work. Hopefully next trip will be better.

We recently purchased a new home. We to Dirt Cheap to see what they have available. To my surprise they had all types of ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. We found several items that we needed and will be going back for more.

I usually avoid this DC but I was happy to find the great deals I got this trip. It’s still a huge mess and they’re overrun with clothing and not much else but I was able to find some small stocking stuffers and gifts at a great price.

I get so angry every time I go. I find a kitchen faucet, missing a piece but I might have it. Price tag, says $99, 20% off, I scan it with Walmart price and brand new, at Walmart with all the parts and a warranty it's only 75.00. Sometimes you luck up and get a deal but most times you think your getting a deal and they've just hacked the prices up.

Never shopped at Dirt Cheap before and unless they figure out how to price things, I won't shop there again. #DirtCheapChallenge find something cheaper there, than online. No joke! Their prices are stupid. I'm not sure who they are cheaper than, but I've never shopped there. Scan anything in the store with your Amazon App and you'll see that not only is Dirt "Cheap" charging more, a lot of the time you're paying more for opened, damaged garbage. Open Legos that you have no idea if it's complete. Madden '19 for $40! Lmao! Most of the stuff in there is either Target overstock pallet buys or Amazon returns. And yeah, I know that the price on the sticker is before the discount. Take a look at the picture. It was 30% off the DC price. On clearance at Target it was $14. After the DC discount, it was... $14. And by the way, these are $14.99 at Walmart at the time of this post. Screw this place. Seriously. You're not saving anything and risking catching hepatitis shopping there.

Great Black Friday deals on clothing! Calvin Klein shorts, active wear was $5.00. 32 degrees down coat for $7.00. Store was in a disarray but all dirt cheap stores are! Employees very friendly and helpful!

Went here to dirt cheap bought over $100 of items one item I bought though they wouldn't let me open it was a Xbox one game well bought it anyway come home opened it up and no game was inside......

Probably one of the worst dirt cheap locations I’ve been to. We travel often and I’ve been to tons of different stores. This store was filthy. You could barely walk around without tripping over merchandise. There were so many empty boxes and obviously broken products. The employees were all in a bad mood and did not want to help with any pricing. Of course most of the items wouldn’t scan. If they didn’t the cashier automatically entered it at 40% even if we told her it was different. I definitely won’t ever stop here again.

This Dirt Cheap is huge, and I always find an unexpected deal.It's very disorganized. (Obvi it's a dirt cheap) My favorite way to shop is with the dirt cheap online scanner out so I can price check everything.Last time the checkout guy gave me a bottle of perfume I was gonna buy, because the nozzle was broken. So sweet!

This was once called Hudson Salvage Center but rebranded. You have to go and search for stuff. We found 8 moen facets on or latest trip. Got them for $30 while they retail for around $200. You never know what they will have in the store. It is a great place to buy children's clothes. Sometimes they will have them in bins with every item selling for a quarter.

Store has a ton of merchandise BUT THE CASHIERS WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OF PRICES, VERY RUDE AND PRICED ITEMS AT RETAIL COST! In TENNESSEE AND FLORIDA DIRT CHEAP MEANS DIRT CHEAP! Do not waste your time here if you are looking for discounted prices or good customer service!

There is something for everyone here if you have time to dig through stuff. NOTHING is organized and you will feel filthy when you leave but probably will find a deal or two. DO NOT go to the restroom its worse than going in a pig pen no doubt and most employees are rude but I guess its an ok place just keep in mind its Dirt Cheap but some prices are not !

If you like thrift stores you will love this place. You can get lots of bargains. Everything from shoes, clothes, drugstore, items makeup 💄, books, bras underwear, cleaning supplies, and things chang all the time. I have seen paint, toilets and lighting at different times. Love bargains go often. Buy it when you see it or it could be gone fast.

This dirt cheap was absolutely the worst one I've ever been in. The prices are jacked up so high it ain't even worth your time. The employees don't listen to anything you say nor the managers. I will never make a special trip to stop in there ever again..

You can always find a bargain. I rate a 3 star because it’s not organized or clean. With electronic they have a station you can plug it up to test use it, that was pretty cool. Don’t go in looking for anything in particular. It’s like a indoor flea market. The prices are very reasonable. You can find two of the same products for different prices, they’ll give it to you for the cheaper price. I think they just throw a price on it and keep it moving.
