First time visiting, they stated that they have expanded. In love the dude with the furniture and the manager was extremely nice; he gave me an additional discount of an item that I purchased just because. The other side, not so great it’s small and didn’t have many options worth looking at, this one is more disorganized than the others I’ve ran across. Overall all great service though and I’d they are moving into the other side I think that it will be a lot better, more space!

So this place has a lot of "stuff" everywhere. You get what the name implies, dirt cheap store appearance and marked down goods. There are 2 different stores fronts and you have to go outside to visit either. Yesterday, the warehouse side had only bed type items. The other side has miscellaneous items. Do I go there, yes. Bought an awesome desk about 2 years ago and paid $10 (item wasn't in the computer so it was a $90% discount). No return policy so beware.

I would have gave one more star however they need to be more specific about the price. Seems like the percentages were off on certain items and then when you ask people they really didn't know. They need to be educated on what the percentage are but overall it was okay 💯

The main two day employees are both rude, hateful and condescending to most everyone. I’ve been back multiple times to giving grace and it’s the same every single time with most everyone they interact with. I’m surprised this store remains open with them alone but there is a multitude of issues going on at this dirt cheap location. Dirt Cheap, send in mystery shoppers with questions and see how these two treat your customers. It is so, so incredibly sad.

Prices WAYYY too high for a treasure hunt type store. Always messy and hard to browse because everything on the shelves is just piled up and thrown there. Not all prices are marked. Very disappointing.

Of all the stores this one will forever be my favorite! The young manager who works almost everyday is so kind to some of the rudest customers I’ve ever seen! I never see him catch a break. Thanks for making my shopping visits so enjoyable! Great hours great prices and you always find SOMETHING

I was able to buy clothes at a huge discount for a cancer patient who had need for "get this" $1 per piece. I shopped this and other locations to dress other clients.I have however been unsuccessful in getting my request for donations to the right person in almost 1 1/2. They claim to support, nonprofits but I've not had that experience.

the difference in night & day shift employees is crazy. the night shift crew is so inviting & helpful if needed. now the day shift, absolutely ridiculous attitudes that are SO uncalled for. the same cashier has ordered me around as she rings up my items as though she's trying to accuse me of something? if you hate your job so much go get s new one! i love this place i really do but i'll definitely just not go during the day anymore to avoid the rudeness.

Extremely rude employees.We have lodged a complaint with corporate regarding their behavior—which was dishonest as well as unprofessional.It’s a shame as we had previously thought this was a good location.Managers name was Bobby; he was involved with and facilitated the negative & dishonest experience we had.We won’t be going back until a much needed change in staffing occurs.

This place has gone down hill recently. Quality and selection have gone down. Prices are ĥigh. 40% of retail for salvage is too much. They don't bother to separate menswear from ladies. Electronics are almost nonexistent. You can't ɓlame everything on covid.

It has been some time since I've been in this store and I must say there has been alot of changes to this store one that has made it to where I will keep going back The cashiers were very polite as well as very helpful it was clean like I said it had been a while since I had been in that store almost a year-and-a-half to two years and I will go back thanks guys for making my experience at your store an amazing experience that's why five stars all the way great management as well May each and every one of them always be blessed

I visited today with 3 children. A 6, 4, and 2 year old. Although they behaved very well and were all in the cart the entire time, I was given dirty looks by employees the entire time I was in the store. I bought a desk and a very heavy bookshelf, combined were well over 200lbs. I struggled for 20+ minutes trying to get them to the front of the store and push a buggy full of children, and the employees just watched me. I was rung up by a rude cashier, who, again, watched me struggle and didn’t help to assist or ask for anyone to assist me. An elderly man offered to help me open and get out the door, but the employees didn’t. There is something majorly wrong with that situation. It took me 30 minutes to wrestle it in my car because the boxes were so heavy I almost couldn’t do it on my own. I am so angry and upset by this bad experience. I spent tons of money inside the store and the savings I received are not enough for me to go back to this location. Those employees need to be reprimanded for their lack of assistance and rude mannerisms.

Surprisingly good and I'm so happy it's in Long Beach now. I haven gotten some really good deals here like on "good" candles, high dollar comforters ($79, paid $29). What a deal! I was so lucky and went back for more of both!

I think 🤔 this place is addictive lol 😂 I find fantastic buys up to 95% off the prices it sold for at many larger known giant retailers, and majority of times the manufacturers stand behind their products if anything is wrong or missing. In addition I’ve purchased many many items or carts 🛒 from here very cheaply too be able too donate socks 🧦 before to Homeless as well as school supplies I’ve bought in bulk and donated. And employees have always been friendly and helpful. Erin has friendly welcoming personality to customers. As well as the other employees I’ve interacted with there.

Went into the store about 2 Saturday’s ago. I’d asked one of the workers where would dog items be. He in turn asked his manager Sam. Without even looking, he says, “somewhere in the back...as he lifts his hand to in essence brush my mom and I off. I asked him to confirm that he was indeed the manager and he said yes. I in turn asked him, “is that the way you act when a customer is asking a question?” He replies that there’s no way they can know where everything is in the store. While I understand that, his attitude was disgraceful and left more to desired. His uniform wasn’t neat and he looked just the way he acted...he didn’t care and was there to do as little as possible to still collect a check. I ended up walking out the store, but could still here him yelling across the store after the doors closed behind me. I’ll never come to this store again. I went out of my way to come to this store and it was a waste of time. Thank goodness Tuesday Morning was right next door. This Dirt Cheap’s manager Sam could use some customer service training from Tuesday Morning. Or better yet, he should be fired.

This store is a rip-off and people think they are getting a bargain. Most of the items are marked up so you are paying regular retail. Example: Angel Soft Toilet Tissue...in the store a 36 roll pack sells for 12.50 to 13.00 and they have it marked 16.49 with 30 percent off.

This one isn't as organized as some of the others but it's not bad. The air conditioning has been broken for some time and it feels like a sauna today. The signs don't get changed as often like some of the bigger dirt cheap stores. Overall if the air was cool I would enjoy it more.
