The updated app is easier to use & all of the digital coupons worked this time! They even had an in-house special on crossiants! $1.00 a box.

Let me start off by saying the only good thing is you can use your card to pay for services offered thru money services but good luck with finding it open and if it is open even better luck finding someone to actually have the time to run it bc they will just turn the light off at it or leave you standing in line almost 45 mins waiting on a person to attend to your needs this is very ridiculous and not good for business

I have visited this store weekly over the past few years, and I must say that the consistent issue with their red onions has been extremely disappointing. The red onions available at this location have consistently been in a state of decay, rendering them completely inedible. It's disheartening to see a grocery store consistently stocking subpar produce.The onion section at this Kroger store seems to be more of a hatching ground for fruit flies than a place to find fresh produce. It's alarming and unsanitary to witness the presence of hundreds of fruit flies swarming around the rotting onions. These fruit flies are not only a nuisance but also a potential health hazard, as they can carry diseases and spread bacteria.Attempting to purchase onions in this store is an unpleasant experience. The fruit flies are so numerous and aggressive that they practically assault your hand if you dare to disturb the piles of rotting onions. This not only makes it impossible to select a decent onion but also leaves customers feeling disgusted and uncomfortable while shopping.In summary, my repeated encounters with rotting red onions and the infestation of fruit flies at the Kroger grocery store in Laurel, MS, have left me with a strongly negative impression of the store. It is imperative for the management to address these issues promptly to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for their customers. i went to self checkout and the computer wasn’t working and i checked to see if he paid through and nope no money was taking out of my account no one came to help so i went to the register where a older man infront of me paid for my things .i leave to find out that the self checkout had taking the money so my bf went back in to show that we had paid we already had threw away the receipt witch is our fault .but my bf explains that the self check out wasn’t working and it never said it was paid for and he showed her the money it took on my account she goes that’s not the price you need the receipt yelling and not even trying to resolve the problem he had explained that the older guy infront of us paid and she said well then u should have paid him .she was very very rude she was a older black lady .she didn’t even try to resolve the problem or listen to anything he was saying .never going back

Waited at customer service for over 20 minutes. Found the manager and after a "Karen" exchange I asked if he knew what an apology was....he didn't, clearly. I went shopping with my hubby and when I was self checking out, the girl found me and I had a good process at her counter. Manager was a jerk.

3 stars only because the produce is fresh. Pickup speed was about 20-50 minutes on the Saturday we went. If you’re looking to save time using pickup vs going in store, you might want to reconsider

Oh my God. There was only 1 cashier in the store. The line was long and the self checkout was just as bad. It was terrible no other words for it. No manager was in site. After approximately 10 minutes someone requested all available cashier's come to help check out. 1 additional cashier came and she came from the office. If I hadn't made groceries for my dad, I would have left the entire cart of groceries in the store. So if you don't have a hour to wait in line you needs to go somewhere else. Maybe it will be better the next time. I guess it could be worse no cashier's available.

I had a horrible experience at Kroger today my father is a Vietnam veteran he went to the self check out to be rang up because the register was down when he was getting his cash the cashier said out loud “sir do u think you have enough?” To embarrass my father. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY RUDE!!! My father gave him correct change then he made a joke about it he was a jerk!! Kroger u hire very rude and impatient cashiers who don’t have respect for veterans

My initial experience was very good(as always). However, after loading my cart and heading to the check out, I notice there are no registers open. I was told that the only cashier scheduled to work this morning didn't show up and that I would have to use the self check. I literally has to many items for self check. Only when I started to leave ( without the groceries), did someone offer to open a register.

The Store itself is okay. However to grocery pick up has gotten worse and worse over the past several months. I used to get an email and a text about unavailable items and substitutions and normally always accept substations. The last several picks ups I have not gotten an email or text so when I pick up about half my items are not filled at all. So yesterday I got out after getting my pick up and so many items were not filled that i needed that i went in the store. I found several of the exact items on the shelves or things that’s were simple to substitute. Seems to me whoever is filling the grocery list simply are lazy and do not care. If it’s not going to be done right then don’t have the option of grocery pick up. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Laurel Kroger is horrific! Only have 1 clerk for check out always full, the rest is self check out machines. They constantly stop and have to have a clerk put in their ID # to keep scanning. Plus you have to wait for the only one there to do it. Nobody is ever at the money center. Went there the other day an employee told me oh no one is there so I guess you have to come back in an hour or later idk. The pharmacy needs to be shut down. Period. Very unproffesional does not care if you get your medicine or not. Never has it ready on time. If they are out well thats our problem, they will not help you to get it. They are to lazy to look and will just tell you the Dr did'nt send it. The Dr will have to call up there and then it will magically apper. I would give it 0 stars. This isn't a every now and then problem it is a all the time problem. lazy, incompetent, and down right shameful.

They seem more interested in putting up road blocks than helping. Tried to get my Covid booster but they no longer take walk-ins so went home, made appt. Showed up on the day but their billing had changed and they couldn't figure out how to log me in. Called a few days later to see if they had figured it out but they had no clue and provided no options to help. Last time for me.

We are from Washington IL temporarily staying until May 1st snowbirds that is, we are big Kroger fans. We found this Kroger to be spectacular. Nice, friendly, meat. They have cashiers that take your cart, unload, sack and cart it, how cool is that. I wished our Kroger did that. Plus we love the fuel points especially when the price is right.

The people are awesome. I do enjoy going to krogers. I only have one bad thing to say. If your sale is over take the sign down. I came in and got 2 pizza at the price of buy 1 get one free. It wasn't honored. Asked them to look at the sign they acted like the sign wasn't there. Now I have been shopping at krogers for a long time now. I will continue to shop here but if the sign says sale than honor it.

My mother wanted some Caffeine free fire mountain due. There was a sale 3 for $9. There was only two on the shelf and an employee went into the stock room to find the only other case left in the store. Awesome service.

I think it is sad when senior citizens go to Kroger's and they can't get digital coupons because they don 'T have a computer. We the ones that needs help . I don 'T have digital coupons it disappoints me because Kroger's has always been my favorite store.

I'm disabled and have ask managers three times to lower a few of the premade salads to a lower shelf. All three times they said they would but never have.The staff is great and friendly. The staff in produce have reached for the salads for me but they are not there everytime.

Most helpful person is the older lady that manages the bakery. She goes out of her way, even if what you need has nothing to do with her department. She's a 5 star role model.Now tonight when asking where a project was, I was given the wrong ile and when checking out, my request for bagging glass item was ignored. Younger employees need to keep their focus on the customer. I shop Kroger's 98 percent for all my purchases

Had asked my daughter to pick up a few things for me to make a green salad as well as chicken salad. When she got home and unloaded it all, the container of grape tomatoes for the green salad was missing. I stopped by on my way home to find out if the checkout clerk had found the missing tomatoes. One of the young associates who help with the robotic checkout areas immediately came to help. He told me to go get a replacement container and come to him. When I finished my shopping, he checked me out. No problem! No worries! No charge!

Best sale prices in Laurel. Employees actually help customers and can be found throughout the store. If they are out of something on the shelf, an employee will go to the stockroom to check if they have more.
