Upon a recent visitation to the establishment known as Dollar Tree, I found myself in a peculiar state of moderate satisfaction. The aisles, akin to the mighty Mississippi, were brimming with goods as varied as the fish in the river, yet navigating them proved as tricky as piloting a steamboat in a storm.The clerks, bless their souls, were as friendly as a St. Petersburg local on a sunny day, offering assistance with a smile that could rival the gleam of a freshly minted nickel. However, one could not help but notice the disarray akin to that of a Twain tale, where the unexpected becomes the norm.Items of every nature and necessity were to be had for a mere dollar, reminiscent of the days when a frog could win you a wager in Calaveras County. Yet, the quality of these wares often mirrored the fleeting success of that very same amphibian – unpredictable and, at times, disappointing.In the grand tapestry of commerce, this Dollar Tree stands as a testament to frugality and variety, a bazaar of the common man. It is a place where one's coin holds the weight of a gold rush but, much like the rush itself, the gleam may sometimes prove to be fool's gold.Thus, I bestow upon this emporium of economic exchange a rating of three stars – a beacon of potential dimmed by the haze of commercial chaos. May future patrons find the treasures they seek amidst the shelves of possibility.

Very messy store. Boxes of inventory stacked in the isles. I go to this DT only when I can't find what I need at the other 2 DT stores in my area. ***Update***I was in there yesterday and again it was a horrible mess. I decided to snap some pics. Boxes line the aisles, boxes of totally destroyed crushed craft foam, flowers laying in heaps in the floor...top it all off there was a tall piece of metal out of the ceiling just leaned up against some merchandise, a wire hanging from it, and well you see the ceiling. No caution signs were up where this metal and wiring was. Now-a-days, as bad as people are to sue about stuff, this store with metal and wires that could fall on someone, and all these boxes people can trip over its a lawsuit waiting to happen. I counted 2 buggies. They finally opened a 2nd register when the one checkout line had 6 or 8 people in it. Corporate needs to intervene. Seriously.

giving 1 star due to the lack of professionalism, it's never organized, and the works are rude for one. They dont know how to do their job properly, management is never on top of works and they have bad attitudes to customers, really need to get their workers under control....

Have not visited Dollar Tree in a while because of clutter. Went in today for some pens and found the store well stocked. Also noticed some new products. Because of the improved conditions, I did my monthly shopping. While chatting at check out, learned there is new management. Hope this continues.

This used to be a pretty good dollar tree. Now the isles are packed with boxes and the shelves are empty. It’s a hazard to customers. Hiring more employees would probably be beneficial.

No matter what time of day/week or season you go, this store is always clean & organized. The shelves are always stocked. I especially love shopping here for seasonal items. The cashiers are usually friendly, and unlike most other stores, they don't mind having EVERY REGISTER/LANE OPEN for customers when it's busy. 5 stars all the way.

I feel like this Dollar Tree has really improved. They have stepped up their game and have much more organization. The cashier was very friendly and the whole store is much cleaner and more organized than I have seen it in years...

As of May 2019 this store is still no better than it was for the last few years. No stock on shelves & under staffed. Store is always in disarray. Line of 10 people+ & only 1 register open. This store has some of the rudest cashiers & workers and also the store manager isn't there & if she is, she acts as if you're wasting her time.

A few years ago they had a lot of clutter in the aisles and I fell causing some contusions on my leg. The staff was courteous and filed a claim with the headquarters. I was compensated with a check. The next time I went there, the aisles were clearer and cleaner.

If I could give it Zero stars I would! This is the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been in! The shelves are a mess and there are boxes all over the store and you have to shop out of boxes because no one stocks the store . There was open food and drinks through out the store. It was disgusting and should either be put under new management or closed all together.

I would also give no stars if it was a choice. Messy. Never fully stop stocked.. One young man at at the back of the store texting on his phone, pants sagging, not helpful when I asked about something. Two employees came in, I assume to clock in. And immediately went outside to smoke and visit.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Very unorganized, things ALL over the floors, boxes stacked in multiple aisles. It has been like this for months, and should have already been taken care of.

Good items for the price. Several bargains around the store. Only one register was open with a store full of shoppers. Definitely need to hire way more cashiers

Looks like a tornado tore through the store but I attribute that to the people who shop there and their unruly children. The employees are wonderful and kind. The customers on the other hand.. ridiculously ignorant.

The dollar tree I shop in is in Laurel, Ms. The salespeople are very nice and will go out of their way to a help you. I enjoy shopping there very much.

The shelves were bare and a lot of product is on the floor. It is the only one in town so we use it. All it needs is organization and a good cleaning.

Dirty, empty shelves, smelled of rotten food or meat when walking in. This place always a mess. Wish we had one like we see of people on line.I just don't get why you can't employ people and keep this store up.

The lines are long, but it is totally worth it. Inexpensive items found in a hurry. Great place to by glass glasses to use for every day events.

Extremely cluttered around holiday times in laurel. Customer service is really good, cashiers are sweet.
