Got to check out before me was a lady the cashier was on the phone the whole time which it don’t bother me one bit . Once I got to check out I explain to the woman I had to do two separate transactions on card and with cash she told me she couldn’t do that I wasn’t understanding her so I just went on and gave her cash and she than proceeds to tell me I have this amount amount left I said I want to pay with a card she is like I can’t do that .. That I would have to do it all separately.. I’m like okay so i figured it was something new they were doing so I was gonna have her ring it all in and pay with this amount in cash and the other in card … so I handed her the bag to have her redo everything but I asked her why I couldn’t pay the amount in card !? She looks at me and said I thought you wanted to load money on your card … ugh she had a horrible attitude and that’s where I had a problem with her on the phone because she couldn’t even understand what I was wanting because she was too deep into her call I’m not sure her name but she had blue hair and I know she is newer..I have never had a problem with anyone there everyone is so great and the store is always so clean and refreshing..

Didn't have some of the things I was looking for. Always running low or out of stuff frequently. Like there wasn't enough ordered. Runs out of milk before weeks end. Staff is excellent, always courteous & helpful. Give employees 5 stars.

I went to this store today, such poor customer service!! I was told that they had disinfecting spray that came in but the workers refused to put it out. I sat there for three hours waiting. I was told the day prior to come back and it would be out myself and several other customers waited while the workers just sat and conversed amoungst eachother in this time of crisis. Its just ridiculus how rude they were acting just laughing and whispering. When I asked if they were gonna put it out they were just rude. DG needs to teach better sensitivity and customer service skills to their employees because the ones at this store are just pathetic

I used toLove my dollar general back when Chrystal was there things ran smooth I lost out on 7.30 in savings from coupons.com cashier didn't want to help me out and then machine froze up on it and I thought ahe was going to jump across the counter and attack me I'll never be back until management steps up to fix the problems or dollar general hires New crew and that's a promise fix the attitudes and digital coupons 7.30 on my fixed income means a lot to me whose going to do right by giving me my cash I'll tell you nobody at glade dollar general

Living in the country the convenience of Dollar General makes my busy life easier. I can get in get what I need and get out in a snap. Sometimes I just don't feel like dealing with the drive to town or the rat race of larger bigger box stores .

They carry just about everything. It's nice to run up there instead all the way intown to Wal-Mart. Very convenient.it's always clean stocked and the girls that work there are the best.

Dollar General in Ellisville MS needs some for real extra cashiers and stockers. Bite the bullet and come off some money and get that store into order. Even if it meant having a crew come in between 4:00am & 5:00am and getting the shelves stocked up it would be a starting point.

I'm a regular here. I enjoy shopping at DG. I fond almost everything I need. Its close to my house. Prices are competitive. The staff is friendly. What more can I say. 😃👍

Everything is always neat and orderly and the customer service is ALWAYS spot on.I highly recommend this one stop shop. Peak hours are between 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.

Horrible customer service and messy store. They don't care how many people are waiting in line because whether there are two or thirty they aren't going to open another register. Store looks like a tornado ran thru the aisles and half the merchandise has shelf tags in the wrong place making it difficult to figure out how much something costs. Terrible overall.
