The store itself isn't the issue. The cashier's have always been polite and helpful. The problem is with the pharmacy and all of its staff. They always have an attitude. They hold prescriptions and tell you it's on order then when it's supposed to be available it isn't. Wait on hold for 15 minutes just to find out they never even put it in the system until you called looking for your meds. It's always a runaround with them. And they don't care at all if it's a medication that you have to take every single day. I wouldn't recommend anyone relying on this place for meds that you really need. And they all need to learn about how to talk to customers. Would give zero stars if I could.

The worst customer service experience! Long call waiting just for them to pick up and hang up in your face. You go inside the pharmacist tells you they will give you a call back and you never even receive that.

This cvs had worst customer service I have seen in my life . The employees have a rude and nasty attitude. They are also talking and not doing their job or customer service as employees are supposed to be doing. They also did not greet their customers as they enter the store. They also were following me like I was going to steal I have never stolen something in my life and I would never steal anything. If I could give them a negative star I would . This is the worst cvs I’ve seen in my life.

This is the worst pharmacy. I started calling the pharmacy at 9:30 A.M., I'm still waiting on someone to answer my calls. They closed early so they never bothered to even turn on their phones or try to answer calls. Customer service really sucks. The sad part is this is normal behavior. I dislike this pharmacy. 😒

This store need to be closed because their “supposedly” cashiers are RUDE, NASTY, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. The line was excessively long while employees are laughing and joking, which makes the costumers feel UNWELCOME. We are not from here and we’ve never been anywhere with such RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL behavior.

This place is garbage to the most rotten degree with very poor attitudes. They do not open on time and their system goes down with no solution to getting your medicine untill it comes back. The workers acting like you are bothering them when you are just tring to get ur medicine. The workers are not fit to sell snow cones much less someones medications. The world would be a better place if this store closed down and the building tore down because this is not how business is done and any person who accidently tries this place is left with a horrible experience.

They need a double negative rating! Especially for their phone service and in person service as well in the pharmacy. Pharmacy in Laurel has no one there that knows what they’re doing especially a particular pharmacist. who was very rude and loud! Unbelievably mean and nasty! It was worth a doctor visit to get scripts changed to another local pharmacy.

I enjoy the drive threw window to pick up my medicine, but when I need to call to talk to a pharmacy person it takes for ever to get them on the phone. The pharmacists and employers are very nice and helpful, and the store inside is very clean and organized.

The bald headed associate is rude but the guy that works in there is super nice. Not sure about the pharmacy part I've never had to use them. The 1 star is for the store part.

The few times I've been in here, the staff and pharmacist were very friendly. The store is clean. I even had to call once (a while back) and ask the pharmacist some questions about the medication I was taking. He was very nice on the phone, he talked "down-to-Earth" to me, he didn't rush me off the phone. Overall I think this store and the service they provide is Great.

By far the rudest pharmacy in Laurel, I hate Dikets is no longer here. CVS needs to hire a whole new staff...The staff is rude and they act like they don't want to be at work. They are never smiling, never greeting customers...just horrible service, the cashier is the only friendly one in there( blonde white man).

For seven years I’ve been going here to get and pick up medication but today was told at the window they did take my insurance, but they took my friends who was seating next to me at the drive through. But, after leaving to ask the same lady picked up to tell me “yes, we do take that kind.” So when I asked why did she just say they didn’t she asked one of the employees did they take my type of insurance. When they told her YES she said “no, I said yours wasn’t on file.” Even though I handed her any information she needed and after all I’ve been going there seven years so yes it’s on file. On top of that she kept saying I didn’t have insurance and kept wanting me to pay $153 EVEN THOUGH I HAVE INSURANCE! After talking to a manager to prove I have insurance the phone just hangs up.

I have just sat waiting for them to answer my phone call for a hour and a half.. they close at 7 now.. so they leave u waiting so they don’t have to deal with u.. oh and don’t waste your time calling corporate cause they will promise u the moon and never do anything to help situation

I would like to thank the entire staff at CVS 501 North 16 th Avenue Laurel Ms. Especially Sana, Alexisis and Renne. I was on evacuation from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida and packed a week supplies of routine meds never dreaming that I would need almost 2 weeks of meds. I was on hold over a total of 5 hours with no answer to any calls. During the last “on hold” session I drove to the store and went inside…they had no phones turned on to take calls! No one waiting in store….1 car in drive thru!!!

Do NOT do any business with this store. They are a VERY dishonest business. Ripped me off for over 400.00 even though I used my bank card for the transaction they would not refund my money because I did not have the receipt.
