Ordered online and went to the drive up section. Just HORRIBLE. there were people that were just parked there. And the check in I called and waited 30 minutes. For nothing. They had the cart with my food waiting inside I had to go inside. And I was sick. Never ordering from that area again and the lady who answered the online pick up was just rude. Fortunately I was just passing by so I don’t have to go that one ever again. And I love Kroger but this location just terrible.

I hate “working” for Kroger. You go to a store to buy the things and pay for the things…..not to work for getting the things. You stand in a line the runs from the front of the store to the back of the store being forced to use self check out because not matter what time of day your lucky if there is ONE line open. But to not have any other option then to go to self checkout. People with baskets over flowing forced to work for the grocery after working to afford there groceries. This is out of hand. I’m normally the one to put as best of a review as I can. My issue isn’t with the quality of the store at all. Mostly this location does well enough to always have what I need. BRING BACK CASHIERS!!!!! I don’t work for you Kroger!

They have consistently only had the self check out open in the evenings, but anytime I go with a full cart, I am able to get a cashier to open up a lane to check us out.

usually great, but yesterday I bought ice cream that had clearly been left out and melted and then put back in the freezer. the cones were soggy and the ice cream was rancid. Should never put it back in the freezer. Throw it away!

Deli slicer refuses to slice lunch meat for me, always tries to make me take from the grab-and-go though the meat from there is older and shredded into pieces. Really just because of that lack of customer service I now go to Walmart even though Walmart has less quality products. (But the deli guy at Walmart is awesome!!!)

The only good experience seems to be when Shaun i working. Even if he is just getting to work or collecting carts he takes the time to help unload basket into car! Thxs for being great Shaun!

Y’all are usually decent but every now and then like today. The meat or veggies are just gross. The meat was terrible today it took me a while to decide what I wasn’t afraid to eat…. 🤢 four days to the best by date and it sure don’t look “fresh for everyone”

Well security needs to be retrained noticed several individuals that don't belong just walking in between cars and scoping out cars while security gard is gabbing with a woman 45 minutes of shopping inside store and still gabbing meanwhile instead of observing and reporting did not feel safe thank God for 2nd ammendment

This Kroger is nice, and the employees are very helpful. Unfortunately, the workers seem to be struggling with an increased workload and decreased work hours. Kroger is attempting to save money at the expense of their most important asset, the store employees.

The 3926 Goodman Rd W location used to be one of the best stores in the greater Memphis area with a good selection of products, cleanliness and good customer service. However on today July 2, 2022 as I walk in the store it reeked of strong odor of rotting produce or meat that has gone bad. It wasn't a pleasant shopping experience and I left.I rather shop at Aldi's any day or drive ten miles to another location.

The cashier's were courteous, the lady in customer service was very pleasant. The store is clean and the young men who bagged my groceries was very polite and always smiling. Even with some of the rude and impatient customers, the cashiers never stepped out of bounds and did their best to help them. The store is friendly, things are easy to find and they have great sales going most of the time. I just hope those rude and impatient people realize that these employees have a job to do, and, just because their job may not pay as much as yours, doesn't give you the right to look down on them or treat them any way you choose. I commend them for their patience and courtesy they show people like that.

Used to be a great store. Now it's dirty, u have to go find your own shopping cart because the guys who are supposed to bring the carts back inside the store are standing around, talking and watching you do their job. It has gotten pathetic. The check out line is like the DMV.

This location has become very trashy. The cart guys are rude and use profanity in front of customers. The cashiers are rude and direct everyone to self check without knowing if they are physically able to self check heavy items like water or any heavy items. You ALL need to do better!

Was great 2 years ago. Now you place order and get text order is ready. I drive there check I'm and woman calls sorry not ready you can come back. Can't tell you when order will be ready.. Last pick up order here. Be prepared to wait all day for an order. 7am pick up not....

Management needs to check into the Customer service aspect of these new employees. I have always had great experiences for years here. Lately though these younger employees are just plain out rude. Or don't give a care. With Walmart next door and Aldi's soon to open you would think that would be a number one priority.

The customer service at this store is absolutely ATROCIOUS. It is unfathomable that the store manager is allowed to manage anything, much the less an entire store, and the customer service employees should take a course on what 'customer service' actually means.There are several cashiers that are so nice and professional that it makes shopping here somewhat tolerable..as long as you never need to visit the service desk or deal with a manager.I'm relatively sure that training at this store does not instruct employees to be rude and condescending, all the while making up their own rules that directly contradict corporate policy, but that sure doesn't stop them.Luckily, Walmart is right next door.
