My review is for this location in particular. The Horn Lake, MS WalMart Supercenter. The store hours, which are posted online and on the building itself, are completely false. They seem to be at the discretion of the security guard on duty. It’s bizarre really. They say 11pm yet they turn people away at 10:30pm. Around the holidays I was turned away as early as 10:20pm. The employees who work the late shift at this location (obviously not every single one of them, but a good 75-80% of them) are terribly rude. One of the male managers literally yelled at a 3yr old for touching the janky register then yelled at the adult with said child for allowing her to feed a couple of dollar bills into the machine 😳😳 he scared that poor little girl so badly. What happened to people???? Apologies for rambling.One good thing…. Their shelves are usually pretty well stocked.

Everything costs more than the store in Olive Branch and has less selection than both OB and New Albany. Hardly ever any cashiers working.

Worst customer service imaginable. Wanted jewlery for my anniversary, asked 3 people, had someone paged, waited over an hour. Can't call the store because no one answers. Shelves were empty, stockers were to busy taking on their phones and with each other then to help a customer.

This walmart was better organized than my home towns when it comes to what on the shelf not where the product is in relation to location. I.e. the clearance isle was organized roughly by amount where at my local stores were lucky to get get 2 items of the same thing on the same shelf. The down side to this store is that like dept items were not in the dept. I.e. the bread isle is about 4 isles away from the bakery and not in the bakery dept.on that note my home stores have the leg up.

Slow service at registers. Guess maybe you're trying to promote self checkout. Unfriendly clerk didn't even acknowledge the customer before me. Most certainly wasn't speaking to me. I spoke to her. Said "hello" I think I got a grunt. I told her "thank you" she didn't say that either. Looked like man behind me was getting more of the same. Wow! What happened to customer service. This goes to the top of company and it shows!

They allow truck parking. It's nice that some places realize that truckers are people too. Unlike Pell City Alabama. That walmart has people boot the truck tire and charge 600 bucks to remove it or be towed.

My mother and I have been doing the grocery pickups since they started having them at this location, and we have had a great experience with it. We had been driving all the way to Olive Branch to do pickups at that location, but not anymore. Not only do they almost always have all of my items in stock, but the employees that have brought out our orders have been exceptionally nice and helpful. I mean above and beyond. The young woman that helped us today was Brittney. She was so nice. A young man helped us on our last order, and I wish I would have gotten his name so I could give him a mention as well. They were both extremely polite and nice. The only issue I have had at this location is at the self checkout. There is a lady at self checkout early mornings that is pretty rude. Rude to the point of not even speaking when I asked her for help. And I was the only person at the self checkout area. So, I’m not really sure what the problem was there, but all of the other employees in store and at pickup have been exceptional people that deserve five stars.

What a great little Walmart!!! And I do mean little. But it’s perfect & has everything I need. And there’s truck parking. With a full trailer!!! And across the street from Loves. And has overnight parking (over by the garden center). Just keep it tidy drivers … let’s not lose another place to park cuz we wanna litter & be gross. Respect the areas that value us!!!
