Wonderful experience switching over to Verizon and into a new phone with Emily. I have double the lines I had with AT&T, (added 2 watches, a tablet, and Internet for my shop) brand new devices, and WAY BETTER SERVICE for about $20 more than I was paying before for only 3 older phones. She definitely gave me the "bigger bang for my buck" and my family and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

Mrs. Kristi helped me change to Verizon after being given the run around from 3 different stores, online and over the phone. As soon as I told her what I needed, she was eager to help me and get my business account set up. I will pass another Verizon on the way to see her an extra 30 minutes out of the way from now on and refer everyone I know to her! If you’re looking for top notch customer service, go see her! It’s peace of mind knowing I can go to her for help and get everything taken care of. She is the best in the business and most definitely an asset to your company.
