This store does have almost everything you can think of that you would need for your animal. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the front of the store is always clean. But the mens bathroom was absolutely disgusting.. the toilet leaks water when you flush and needs a big time cleaning they didn't even have paper towels in the towel dispenser just had a roll of toilet paper on the sink..

They have a wide variety of pets from fish, bird, reptiles,to cats and dogs. They have a huge selection of treats, animal food, leashes, collars, pet beds, aquariums, fish accessories, bird cages, animal halters, training aids and almost every other pet accessory you can imagine.They do offer in-house animal grooming and it is a pet friendly establishment.Expect to pay a premium price for such a large selection.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! I didn't feel like a pain asking for help twice and they saw a line of people forming to check out and opened another without anyone having to ask. Seemed like a great team!

I pitched my furry friend Chi Chi, a Chinchilla abt 6 weeks ago. It is a daily chore to clean and maintain a chinchilla but the rewards are so worth it. Just make sure when you begin letting them out for exercise, to keep a close eye if you don’t want them chewing on your furniture, moldings and walls. Remember, they are from the rodent family and they don’t have great manners when it comes to pooping and chewing. Keep abrasives in and around cages as to allow them to file their teeth, if you don’t want big dental bills later. I also allow a rock salt to keep their teeth-growth down and the love Rock salt for part of their diet. Note, when you allow rock salt,,they will drink a lot of waterEnjoy the little furry Squirrel-like rodent. They’re kicks

Staff friendly. It was feeding day for snakes and employee took her time to listen and answer questions of my 4 year old.We went with the goal of adding fish to our tank BUT as soon as i saw poor baby angelfish with ich we changed our mind.

I took my puppy to get groomed in May, but I didn’t want to write this review until now because of how furious I was. I requested Suzanna H, as we had been with her before and everything was fine. I booked for a puppy bath and trim, and asked to clean up my puppy’s sanitary areas and his legs. I was told he would need to be shaved down because his legs had a little bit of matting and I signed saying I was okay with that. I then receive a phone call telling me to come get him because they had gotten started and my puppy was nipping at the clippers and they didn’t feel comfortable continuing. Which I was okay with, I was confused since he had done fine the time before but I didn’t throw a fit since the groomer wasn’t comfortable and the puppy could potentially be put in harms way. HOWEVER, when I went to pick up the puppy his back had been entirely shaved, and nothing else. As a fluffy puppy full of fur/hair, he looked insanely ridiculous. I was told to get him sedated if I wanted him groomed (at the time he was a 3 pound Morkie puppy). What I don’t understand is why they didn’t start in an area that was maybe a “test run” to make sure he was comfortable before shaving him back and leaving him to look ridiculous. I took him to another groomer shortly after and they groomed him with no problems. I was told by this groomer that it was highly likely petsmart was just trying to race through dogs that they didn’t care to try and make the dogs feel comfortable. The icing on the cake was when I went to go online to the grooming services to find the groomers name, I was black listed. The site said “there are currently no availabilities for this service”, so I made a new account and all of the sudden the availabilities must have just opened up. I added a before & two after pics.

They're a dog friendly place. Their groomer does good work, even with a nervous dog. They have training classes for puppies too. Our dog loves her trainer.

We have bought all our reptiles, terrariums, and frozen rats here. Our python was tiny when we got her but now Bertha is huge! She was actually healthy when we bought her. I do not shop any other pet store.

Love it everyone's friendly! The staff is great and it's a great way to treat ur dog by letting them walk around even if u decide not to get anything it's nice to bring them somewhere that they feel at home. I get my baby boy shirts and collars and bowties and leashes there. They also now offer TRAINING CLASSES and THERAPY DOG certification!!!! They have collars for all of my baby's growing stages. The staff usually will always give ur baby a treat at the checkout counter. If ur having chewing or barking or any issues really with ur dog I recommend getting them a Knog it's a toy you fill with a treat. Sometimes bad behaviors are caused by our dogs being mentally bored even if they get enough exercise they can still get mentally bored so be sure to give them some mind challenging toys. Again love this store!!!

Suzanne was awesome my puppy looks phenomenal. His nails aren’t too long his coat is beautiful and he was not traumatized after the experience. He was just as playful and loving as before.

Had an early morning grooming appointment. The gentleman greeted up with a smile. Ladies in grooming salon were very kind. Could only get service on one of my fur babies but it was a good experience.

This was my first visit to petsmart. The store was clean and neat. I was visiting the groomers who were all very nice and did a great job.There was an adoption event going on which seemed well organized. Everyone was having a great time.

Customer service was amazing from everyone inside the store. The stylist who groomed my puppy was Katie and she was AMAZING! This was our first time having our puppy groomed and Katie made us feel comfortable and she did an amazing job with my dog. My pet had a trim and bath. My puppy smelled so good and her trim looked amazing. I highly recommend using Katie as a stylist. She is very patient, loving, and caring towards the animals she works with. She also does a great job bathing and cutting. Everything was definitely a 10/10!!!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and competent. When I have my dog groomed she always comes back dry, sweet smelling and happy. Listening to the staff while I waited for my turn to drop my dog off it was obvious they enjoy and care for their furry clients.There is a wide range of products and they're fairly priced.
