Go to reputable breeder if you want a purebred/pure mix puppy. When I bought my tri-color Cavalier from here almost three years ago, she had pneumonia and horrible infections in both ears (and had back to back infections after). Others have gotten puppies with kennel cough! My pup also has congenital conditions. I just came back from my vet which made me want to finally write a review!If you do purchase anyway, get health insurance asap and immediately take your pup to your vet for a full exam. This clinic does offer care for a period after purchase but if they couldn't tell whether or not a puppy who was in their care 24/7 was sick then would you trust them to care for them after the fact? After all, it's obvious they don't source the puppies from reputable breeders. If they did, I wouldn't have gotten a 6 week old puppy (and I waited a week to pick her up so she was 5 weeks and away from her mother). No reputable breeder would have sold me a puppy that young.That being said, the staff was very nice and I'm giving two stars for this reason.

I got a new puppy here based on a recommendation from a friend. They have purebred dogs to buy as well as rescue dogs. They're professional, responsive to questions, and the well being of the dogs seemed to be a top priority.

I adopted a small chihuahua from Love at First Sight. The staff is simply amazing. The manager, Lorraine, is a wealth of information and willing to assist in every way possible. She truly made the entire process very easy and made certain I was comfortable but also the puppy was going to be well cared for. Like humans, dogs handle stress very differently. Upon bringing my puppy home I had some medical concerns. I called Animal Medical Center (after normal business hours- midnight to be exact and again at 5:00am) and spoke with Allison. She addressed my concerns with professionalism, care, and compassion. She eased my fears and assisted in making sure my puppy's health and welfare her #1 priority. I could go on with so many examples of how wonderful and amazing the staff at Love at First Sight has been. I hope everyone would truly take this review to heart when in the market for a new furbaby. Give them a try I promise you will not be disappointed.

Went there in past for one of my pets. I regret going there they over charged me so much for little stuff. One review is right if you don't have 5 thousand or more at a drop of a hat. Even if your dog is in terrible shape. They will not help you. Agree with another review. Was told they check the puppy from head to toe. They don't. Got my baby who from them who pass away only at 3 years old. I still cry. She had a underlying condition they did not check her from head to toe. I recommend all animal clinic in hattiesburg,Ms. Have great vets. They care about your animal and won't rip you off. You pay alot for a puppy there is no health guarantee. You go directly to a good breeder You pay them what you would pay animal medical center but they will give you a 2 year health guarantee. Snazzy Southern Shitzu is a excellent place to get a shitzu

Visited the adoption center today and was never greeted or asked how could she help us. She seemed to be the owner. Was totally ignoring me yet spoke to another customer of the opposite race and held a whole convo about puppies she had to feed. When I asked her if she could answer some of my questions, she was very dismissive and talked over me when I asked her questions about some of her statements. She quoted me very high prices when I asked. She gave me a range of $2000-2600 for any of their puppies as to deter me from purchasing. When I asked another associate, she stated 1600 for one of interest. When I inquired about small Yorkshire puppies she told me they were sold. When I asked how were they advertised, she stated on website and social media. I replied I’ve been checking that everyday, she changed it and said they were never advertised. So my question again, was well how are they sold? She became very dismissive and said not another word to us. I don’t trust this business. If she was the owner, she this is unacceptable to have this level of customer service. I wouldn’t suggest anyone shop here for a dog.

I will say the positive 1 star first. The staff was very nice and professional. But I bought a toy poodle - male there about 7 months ago. This pup had kennel cough even though the vet signed off on his papers I brought him the next day That I bought him to my vet and she confirmed. He also has something wrong with his stomach. She also confirmed that he had a disease from him standing and sleeping in dog poop. I also paid twice of what the pup was worth thinking I was getting good breeding due to he was coming from a vets office. No! This is def a puppy mill! There are local kennels for half the price and their puppies are a lot better breed! I will never again use their services.

First let me start with the positive. The staff here was very friendly and professional. They answered my questions about the breeder and the fur baby I purchased. The reason for the low score is to do with the breeder they are working with. My baby passed my vet's exam; however, I see signs of puppy mill in my baby. She had a odor when I picked her up. It took 4 shampoos to reduce the smell. Also, she feels like she has to fight for her food. I purchased my previous fur baby from a wonderful breeder (not associated with this Pet Center) that took very good care of their animals which means no odor, well groomed, and slightly trained. While the fur baby I purchased was kept with her siblings, I can tell the care was less than adequate. I would suggest Love At First Sight visit were the pets are cared for to ensure they are receiving quality care. I also know pet have different temperaments but you can also tell the level of care they receive. The breeder did not clean the pets nor could they have spent any time with them. I will reverse this but it is unfortunate that I have to do this with the amount of money I paid for my baby. I love her already so we are going to put in the work.

The staff is super friendly and the puppies are adorable! They are NOT puppy mill puppies!! They come from local breeders who deal with the Veterinary Center. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me making sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision.

DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They have a front of being a reputable Veterinarian but they are nothing more than a bad puppy mill. I bought a shihpoo from here 2 months ago. My puppy was only 5 1/2 weeks old when they took her from her mom and litter. We soon saw the irreversible, ill effects of taking a puppy away from its mother and siblings too soon. I admit I should’ve done my research first to know a puppy needs to be 8 weeks before being taken away from its litter, but I trusted a vet would know this and would never sell a puppy this young if it wasn’t safe. First thing they tell you is no refunds. If asked about the breeder, they can’t tell you any information and don’t know anything about them. Do not trust this place!! If you want a healthy puppy and a happy experience, do NOT get your puppy from here.

Terrible experience. They were very unorganized, tried to squeeze every penny they could out of me. My cat screaming the whole time. The time to get all details straight is before I arrive, over the phone when I make the appt, not when i arrive with a screaming cat. I will NEVER go here again. Not even for grooming. No way I am leaving my family member here with these people. I can't wait to take my money elsewhere. My advice to anyone thinking about going to this place is don't do it. If you need a good vet go to Davie Animal hospital. They take good care of your animals and don't try to rob you blind while doing it. They actually CARE

Does not even deserve one star. Worst experience ever. Purchased a puppy. The dog had a seizure as soon as I got him home. Would not stop throwing up. They sell sick puppies that are way over priced. Refused to take him back even though when I brought him back to the facility he was clearly too sick to go home.

We are from Chicago and bought of our yorkie poo puppy from here and it was an amazing experience! Nicole and Lorrianne helped us, answered all our questions, and calmed our nerves. We bought the puppy after seeing her picture on the website. She had to be flown to us, which was nerve racking, but love at first sight assured us she would be ok. They sent us pictures/videos of her at the park before her flight, calmed us by calling us and giving us all the information, and followed up with us all day until we got her. I would highly recommend buying a puppy from them! Our worry was finding someone trustworthy not only with paying for her up front, but delivering a healthy puppy that was the same one that we saw on the website. They are extremely trustworthy and I would purchase from them in the future! We were more then sastifed with their services and highly recommend purchasing from them!

Great place to buy a pet. I love my little mini schazeur from here. Staff is helpful and friendly informed me how to train and set up his ckc paperwork. I will say this it is not uncommon for dogs to get kennel cough when so close to others. He did however, get kennel cough.if you live far away the health guarantee does you no good.

So to be fair, if you are looking for a pure bred or specialty small dog and money is no option, this is the place for you. They do things right in regards to their pets and the facilities are the cleanest Ive ever seen; however, they are I feel a little over priced, but some might would argue that youre getting what you pay for.

I rescued a bull terrier and after took him to get an exam for parasites and he had a small rash. They gave him a antifungal cream and a wormer that did not work! They told me the estimated cost was 65 dollars. I told them I was on fixed income because I am a disabled vet. I ended up paying almost 300 dollars and then I ended up ordering my dog an antifungal shampoo and a dewormer.

Do NOT adopt your pet here. We adopted a Maltese for my mother here for Christmas, and paid substantially more for him than other breeders. After being assured his mother was AKC registered, they promised to mail us the papers for our new Maltese...the fact that they didn't have them on hand at the time of adoption should have been my first sign. However, I wanted to assume the people were honest, so we left there expecting to receive his AKC papers via the mail. Weeks went by, no papers. After calling them to check to see if they had gotten lost, the owner of the business acted like she didn't even remember us and that the breeder in fact was not AKC certified. They lied straight to our faces knowing we would not have paid that price had we known there were no papers. All in all, unethical business practices. Would not advise adopting here!

Do not go here!!!! My friend bought a dog from them that they promised would not weigh more than 2 pounds and the dog is now 5 pounds and still growing. They refuse to give her money back and they tried to lie and say they don’t take dogs less than 3 pounds. False advertisement!!!! This was at the Petal location!!!!
