New building is nice! So were the staff. They made the whole ordeal so much easier. Had to surrender a stray dog, but I knew he was in good hands.

I've left numerous calls, FB messages, etc. I never get a response of any kind. Often, the only person I can reach is the man who does the cleaning. Very difficult to reach an actual person, even when they're supposed to be open.
