I have been using this place for years. The care is fine, however when it comes to meds, it is not. I got a script here for my dog. At first I bought the pills from vet i got 25 for $50. I checked on chewy and found I could get it for much, much less. Chewy charges $1 per pill. I accidentally ran out so I went by this vet to get a couple to hold me over today. I was told if I only bought 1 pill it would be $17.60! But, the more I bought the price would go down!! Ridiculous! What a ripoff ! I had no choice so I ended up buying 6 pills and I got them for $25! That's all I could do at the moment. You would think after all these years and money spent they could do a better job!

This vet office and staff are great. They have taken excellent care of our Old English Sheepdogs over the years. Staff is always professional and very helpful. We recently had a situation that turned into an emergency which was handled very well.

I’ve been using Town and Country for years now. My dog was sick and Dr Smith diagnosed him with lymphoma. She thoroughly explained exactly what happens with this disease so I’d know what to expect. She was 100% correct. When the time came to put him to sleep she was there to take care of Lucky and made him feel loved. She was very compassionate to us as well. All of the girls who work there are so kind and helpful. DeAnn was so helpful in getting him in to be seen when he started declining. They are so professional and made this difficult time much easier on us. Thanks to all who worked with us. I’ll always be grateful.

What wonderful Dr !! And staff!!! I’m so grateful for them they saved my dogs life!! Very caring and compassionate!! I will continue using them and will refer everyone there!! Dr Smith worked on my dog for three hours to save her life!!! I can not say how much I appreciate all the girls and Dr there!!!!

Prescription Nightmare: They want you to order through their on-line store. 10 days to get medication! I could have had it next day and much cheaper from Chewy! Too many Vets to choose from to put up with THAT!

My brother's poor dog I brought her to this clinic 40 minutes before they close this poor dog has mange or something anyway long story short they would not see her because they could not squeeze her in in 40 minutes whenever I did talk to them they all were like well we're closed there's nothing we can do they do not care at all about animals are they would not take time out to help This dog is suffering and they had absolutely no regard did not tear all of the employees looked at me like I was crazy to ask for help for this told them I would pay no problem but this dog needs help and they absolutely do not care it's a shame they should not even be veterinarians

I brought my dog to clinic at 12noon.I reported he had stroke over weekend and needed to be put out of his pain.I was told to come back 3.5hours later.I arrived at clinic at time required by the staff.While waiting (10 minutes) past scheduled treatment time, my pet went into heartfailure, while waiting.I didnot feel that staff or doctor was urgent inPreventing my pet and I from suffering thisHorrible experience.I wouldn't go back to the vet or this clinic again.Money driven not care driven.I don't want anyone or any pet to be miss treated as we were. Find another vet and clinic.

Dr. Frances Smith is the absolute best! She is very knowledgeable, gives a thorough exam and listens to the pet parent. All of the vet techs are great and the receptionists are kind and friendly.

Dr. Smith is WONDERFUL! She is very knowledgeable and will take time to explain what is going on with your furry friend. Treatment options and medications are explained as well. The staff is very patient and helpful and I can tell they love little furry people. I know my Maya, Dixie, Smudge and Abygail are in excellent hands and I don't mind travelling a little farther to get the care I want for them.

Town and Country is wonderful They treated my dog like their own, he had a horrible ear infection and they gave him meds and some other treatments to try as well. Town and country provided educational info for some issues he was having and also had a list of meds, with side effects and costs. Our family has found the Vet that we will go back to.

Please beware of this place they have techniques on how to steal money from you cheat you and lie to you I have proof that all that has been done show me a numerous people please beware my lawyer will be contacting this place immediately but for the meantime please be careful as my animal is an emotional support dog from my special-needs son and they did not care
